Súper recomendado:) Martina, la chica de la recepción nos ayudó desde el minuto 1! Muy amable y servicial. (El resto de trabajadores también muy amables). El hotel súper bien ubicado, limpio, insonorizado, buena luz… todo perfecto! Por poner una pega, para el aire acondicionado tuvimos problemas porque había que avisar en la recepción para encenderlo y apagarlo y no podíamos cambiar la temperatura ni potencia, pero en seguida nos ayudaron:) recomendado 100%!

Es una joya escondida. Viajando desde Malpensa a primera hora de la mañana no esperábamos mucho de este hotel. ¡Ojalá hubiera conocido el lugar antes! No está lejos de la autopista y ofrece habitaciones separadas (con su propio estacionamiento justo en frente de la entrada), lo cual es muy conveniente. En el interior hay una habitación espaciosa, muy ordenada. Tranquilo, cama estupenda. Y el personal fue muy amable al prepararnos ”bolsas de desayuno” a pesar de nuestra llegada tardía. ¡Me encantó todo, muy recomendable!

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Hotel Metropol Suisse-Como.The central location with stunning lake views made the visit even more special. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly caring and polite. The bar staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed that the team even remembered exactly how I like my coffee — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility difficulties, and the staff went above and beyond for her. They were always ready to help, often running to open the doors for her without us even asking. Their kindness really meant a lot to us. A special mention goes to Elvira, who was wonderfully attentive and polite during breakfast every morning. She always asked about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also outstanding, regularly checking if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better. The food in the restaurant was superb, and it was lovely to see the owner present and engaging with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the hotel enough and will definitely be returning again and again. Highly recommended!

Reservamos una habitación para 3 personas. Abre la ventana y encontrarás una zona residencial. Siéntete como un residente de Milán. El ascensor es bonito y solo tiene capacidad para 3 personas. Si tienes una maleta grande🧳, tienes que subir las escaleras en tandas.

La amabilidad del recepcionista, el chico me atendió muy bien, me facilitó toda la información importante y me solventó una situación. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado, la calefacción funcionaba bien. El servicio de habitaciones dejan todo muy limpio y ordenado.  Lo menos positivo, se escucha el ruido que hacen desde otras habitaciones(en mi planta había gente muy ruidosa), estaría bien pintar la habitación, que tiene las paredes manchadas. Por lo demás, genial.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la estación central de Milán. A unos 2 km de la plaza del Duomo, solo un paseo. La habitación era muy grande y la cama muy cómoda.

阿瑪尼酒店就在最鬧市的中央，酒店大門對着大街，不遠處就是大教堂。進門左手電梯直接上7樓的Lobby大堂。出電梯左轉就是前台了。 酒店房間設計奢華，整體都是他家經典的灰色和黑色。房間面積非常不錯，足夠大，這樣套房很有誠意。隱藏式衣帽間，各種漂亮的鏡子，完美的Ipad掌控整個房間的一切。網絡飛快，不對，是比飛還快。 洗手間絕對的大氣優雅，還配有地暖設備，床和枕頭也非常完美，絕對是意大利最頂級的。衞生打掃及時且細緻。 需要吐槽的是，調節熱水就像用螺旋測微儀，不然要麼燙要麼冷。還有各種門，裝修的時候有點粗糙，經常關不上。 但是這些不影響它的水準，絕對是頂級的存在。

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

Great hotel overall. Yes, it’s a bit dated and could probably benefit from a refresh, but generally it is quite clean, very beautiful, and the bed linen is extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, my room faced the inner courtyard, so there was almost no natural light. The room itself was rather average. That said, the staff are excellent — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to explain everything in detail. The breakfast is good, but in my opinion quite overpriced. €45 per person feels very expensive for what is offered.

This is a wonderful hotel that pleases us in all respects. We believe it is the brightest gem in Milan. The accommodation is:  - immaculately well maintained; - Very close to the airport. Just 3 minutes on foot from Terminal One. - located in a vantage point shrouded in tranquility; - nice and comfortable house that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean; - very comfortable mattresses. You are  mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; Simply one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed!
