The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location at Mahipalpur was convenient, close to Delhi Airport. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. Overall, a great value for money and a pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi!

We booked the hotel just one day before our stay and got a reasonable price for it. The hotel located in Aerocity was quiet and the room and bed very comfortable. It was ideal for our last night in India. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was of a good standard. The in house taxi to the Airport is however expensive. In terms of service the main issue is that nobody answers their main advertised phone number

I had a nice and safe stay there in the middle of Paharganj. Friendly staff, everything clean. Close to New Delhi Railway station and in the centre of Delhi chaos.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas, y el personal es increíblemente amable y servicial, siempre haciendo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. El desayuno buffet era muy variado y estaba delicioso. ¡Muy recomendable tanto para viajeros de negocios como de placer!

The hotel is about ten minute walk, less than five minute ride from Dwarka 21. The facilities seem to be fine, and services are fine. The hotel restaurant was decent.

The room was large, extremely comfortable and filled with all the amenities one might expect from an elegant 3 star in delhi. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast lovely especially early in the morning when very few people were there. Good for business travelers looking for a comfortable night or two.

I booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.

I checked in late in the night around 3.00 am . The front desk staff were very friendly and checked in quickly . Had issue with the room's cleanliness but the front desk staff happily reallocated to the better room . The management should look into the cleanliness issue of rooms and common areas otherwise it's not bad for the price .

I had the pleasure of staying at Andaz Delhi during my trip for HYROX Delhi, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Being near the airport and well-connected to key areas made commuting a breeze, and the hotel’s calm, luxurious atmosphere was a great contrast to the high-energy race weekend. The breakfast spread was fantastic — fresh, diverse, and full of healthy options that suited my race prep diet. The staff even went the extra mile to accommodate special requests, which I truly appreciated. Big thank you to the Andaz Delhi team for making my HYROX trip so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to any athlete or traveler looking for comfort, class, and great hospitality in Delhi!
