The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location at Mahipalpur was convenient, close to Delhi Airport. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. Overall, a great value for money and a pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi!

Buen hotel cercano al aeropuerto. Dispone de piscina y un centro comercial cercano con bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Se encuentra en un recinto vigilado con otros hoteles alrededor, la zona es completamente segura, limpia y dispone de cajeros automáticos. Hicimos solo una noche para coger nuestro vuelo, esta a 10 min en coche del aeropuerto.

Second time here. This time I stayed 2 nights in the hotel. From there I had extensive walks to explore Paharganj . Phascinating, but challenging, too. When coming back from adventures I had a safe haven in the hotel. A clean quiet space with all the facilities needed. Also very important: no hustlers in the hotel space,, nobody asked me to buy this or to do that. But the services I asked for were provided relyably. Everybody is different, but for me it was the perfekt place to stay in Paharganj.

¡Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en el Novotel Aerocity Nueva Delhi! El hotel es moderno, limpio y muy bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas, y el personal es increíblemente amable y servicial, siempre haciendo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. El desayuno buffet era muy variado y estaba delicioso. ¡Muy recomendable tanto para viajeros de negocios como de placer!

No muy lejos de la estación de metro Aerocity (a 15-20 minutos a pie), que es la siguiente estación antes del aeropuerto. Sin embargo, la zona de los alrededores parece un poco peligrosa. Puede ser algo difícil encontrar el lugar porque Google Maps no reconoce ese hotel (busque el Hotel Ambrosia, que está cerca). La cena (incluida en el precio) estaba realmente deliciosa. No tuve la oportunidad de probar el desayuno debido a que salí temprano.

The hotel is about ten minute walk, less than five minute ride from Dwarka 21. The facilities seem to be fine, and services are fine. The hotel restaurant was decent.

Location good. Amenities not good. No cloth hangers in bathroom of Room 2002. The bathroom door remains ajar, cannot be locked from the bedroom. No window in bedroom. Insufficient lights in room. No exhaust in bathroom. Service good. Food okay.

I booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.

I checked in late in the night around 3.00 am . The front desk staff were very friendly and checked in quickly . Had issue with the room's cleanliness but the front desk staff happily reallocated to the better room . The management should look into the cleanliness issue of rooms and common areas otherwise it's not bad for the price .

Tuve el placer de alojarme en Andaz Delhi durante mi viaje para HYROX Delhi y no podría haber pedido una mejor experiencia. Desde mi llegada, el servicio fue excepcional: cálido, atento e increíblemente servicial, especialmente porque me estaba preparando para una gran carrera. La habitación era moderna, espaciosa e impecablemente limpia, con detalles que la hacían sentir como en casa. La cama era extremadamente cómoda, perfecta para el descanso y la recuperación que tanto necesitaba. Aprecié especialmente las comodidades de la habitación y el ambiente tranquilo después de un largo día de entrenamiento y competición. Lo que realmente destacó fue la ubicación y la comodidad. Estar cerca del aeropuerto y bien conectado con las principales zonas hizo que los desplazamientos fueran pan comido, y el ambiente tranquilo y lujoso del hotel contrastaba a la perfección con el vibrante fin de semana de carreras. El desayuno fue fantástico: fresco, variado y lleno de opciones saludables que se adaptaban a mi dieta de preparación para la carrera. El personal incluso se esmeró en atender peticiones especiales, algo que agradecí mucho. Muchísimas gracias al equipo de Andaz Delhi por hacer que mi viaje a HYROX fuera tan agradable y sin contratiempos. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar a cualquier deportista o viajero que busque comodidad, clase y excelente hospitalidad en Delhi.
