What a beautiful hotel. Great location right beside the station but not noisy and 5 minute walk to edge of town. Room and bathroom were lovely. The paintwork could do with a spruce up but otherwise beautiful. Great bar areas. Breakfast at £15 per person was well worth it. Great choice and lovely restaurant.

Si estás deficiente puedes querer darle a este hotel una miss, como si usted específicamente pregunte estar cerca de un ascensor cuando reservas, pueden ponerte en una habitación sin acceso al ascensor en absoluto, y el personal no es muy útil ni acomodable incluso cuando tienes. una discapacidad que se ve afectada por las escaleras. La cocina de entrada fue de más de 50 minutos, aunque intentamos comprobar mucho más tarde de las 3:00. El hotel cuenta con muchas escaleras, la habitación no era insensiblemente limpia, pero adecuada y vino con todas las exigencias básicas. La vista desde las ventanas era grande. En general, este hotel es un hotel de buen presupuesto que sólo es adecuado si se puede hacer el cuerpo y puede ocupar un gran número de escaleras.

El hotel tiene una ubicación bonita. El edificio antiguo se ha mantenido en excelentes condiciones. Eligimos quedarse en el antiguo salón de habitaciones doble. La habitación era muy espaciosa, con zona de estar. También estaba disponible una máquina de café. El desayuno era delicioso, cocinado individualmente, con una amplia selección. El personal era muy amable y atento. Sería muy recomendable este hotel

Having visited previously we were very much looking forward to spending 2 nights at The Feversham Arms. We were disappointed to see how tired the venue looked on the outside the sun was shining and we looked forward to spending the afternoon having lunch by the pool and Soaking up the sun.  The service was below par and the food was average despite being quite heavily priced. There wasn’t enough seats to accommodate the guests who all obviously wanted to do the same thing. The pool area had uplifted flags with weeds growing and the pool is in desperate need of repair. Having visited previously and been treated with kind and courteous staff I was disheartened by the attitude of some of the service staff, especially in the spa area and the alfresco dining area.

El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta. La primera habitación estaba un poco deteriorada y, al estar en la parte trasera del hotel, cuando se lo pedimos, nos cambiaron enseguida. El personal es muy servicial y muy amable. Un lugar ideal para una escapada corta. Solo estábamos mi perrito y yo, y lo recibieron de maravilla. Me encantaría volver. I had a comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn York. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute ride from the train station using bus 840 or 843, which made getting there fairly easy. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, providing a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring. The only drawback is the distance to the Hop On Hop Off bus pick-up point. We either had to take another bus or walk about 20 minutes to reach the nearest stop, which wasn’t always ideal. Overall, the hotel offers good comfort and cleanliness, but travelers relying on sightseeing buses should plan for a bit of extra travel time.

The hotel stay was really peaceful and quiet, very clean and spacious big room and space. The food was delicious and the waiters were so helpful and friendly. The staff helped us and gave a free chocolate box for my friend's birthday party.

Situado en el corazón de la ciudad de Helmsley, el hotel es un hotel villa tradicional de estilo inglés. El entorno del hotel es sencillo y acogedor. El pequeño jardín del hotel es muy bonito, es ideal para sentarse en el jardín a tomar el té de la tarde. Es solo que el hotel no dispone de ascensor. Es más difícil mover el equipaje a la habitación y el hotel no cuenta con personal adicional para brindar dichos servicios.

Nice hotel room with a nice view. Only downside was the parking space was quite small. Finding parking was difficult. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.

We had a lovely stay at the Tan Hill Inn — the location is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere in the pub was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. We especially loved the cozy open fires in the pub area, which added a real charm to the experience. The beer selection was also great — plenty of variety and well-kept. Our room, however, had a couple of downsides. The floor was unfortunately quite dirty — we had to keep our shoes on while inside. Also, while the room had a fire burner, it was bio-fuelled and didn’t provide any actual heat — more of a short-lived visual effect. That said, the room itself had excellent temperature-controlled heating, which made up for it to some extent. Overall, a unique and memorable place with great character — just a bit of room for improvement on cleanliness and room heating experience.
