¡Qué apartamento y ubicación tan estupendos! Si visitas Liverpool, este es el lugar ideal para alojarse. En pleno centro, con todo a mano. Sin duda, volveré a alojarme aquí y lo recomiendo a todo el mundo, ya que fue perfecto en todos los aspectos, salvo uno: habría sido fantástico que tuviera aire acondicionado, porque hacía muchísimo calor en el apartamento. Sin embargo, había un ventilador portátil que ayudó bastante.

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

Simple but lovely hotel. Right in the centre of all the local amenities. Loads of parking available right outside the front of the hotel. Get yourself in the coaster opposite the hotel live singers and cheap drinks in the daytime.

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en este albergue, pero esta vez me alojé en una habitación de 4 camas. El personal es agradable y siempre tienen que llevarme a la habitación, ya que no me dieron una tarjeta con llave para entrar. Hay un armario en la cama donde se puede poner un equipaje pequeño. Puedes llevar un candado para cerrar el armario. El agua entra bastante y la cama es buena para dormir, pero la calidad del sueño depende de cómo duerman tus vecinos. No puedo quejarme por este precio. Muy buena ubicación, ya que hay muchos restaurantes, bares y la estación Liverpool Lime cerca.

Nice decor, clean and good sized rooms. I stayed on the top floor. Great view from room and sky bar :-) I will definitely return if in Liverpool for business or leisure with family (interconnecting rooms available).

I chose this hotel as it was close to an event we were due to attend which was unfortunately cancelled, but we managed to find our way around to alternative places. The hotel was perfect, great decor, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was plentiful and they even supplied little bags to take some snacks, I took an apple to keep me going later. Our only regret was that we didn't stop at the wonderful looking pub opposite. Next time.

He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

The room was very, supportive and friendly staff. Check in was very smooth. Nice bar for a drink. The environment was easy to find. Parking was pricy though. But there was a cheaper parking just few minutes walk away

The thing that made this trip great was the service! We stayed twice in a week because we were flying out of Liverpool and back into Liverpool. On the second stay, Hassan ensured we got into our room safely despite it being 2am, and sent us our room number and key code in advance so we weren’t stranded. He was really helpful and we appreciated it a lot! In the morning we were brought some teabags which were definitely needed! The building could definitely do with a refurb and some damp treatment but the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were clean. Prices were really decent too. Just near lark lane and Sefton park so lots of things to do and eat!

The experience was great, the hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. This explained things well and were ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel is a not an out in the town centre but not too far out. Most places are a 20/30 min walk. Breakfast was nice and the decor is also appealing to the eye.
