Spectacular stay as always, I upgraded to a balcony a room and we weren’t disappointed. Amazing views of the harbour, beach and the white cliffs of Dover on the large balcony. At night it was lovely clear skies and we could see France from our balcony. Room was a great size with homely furniture and furniture for the balcony too. All clean and up to a high standard. Beach and harbour is just a 2 minute walk across the road. Bar and restaurant yet again superb! I went with a dog and had no problems getting meals. Staff as always super polite and helpful they are a credit to the hotel! Highly recommend The Grand Burstin to anyone!

Great hotel .large well equipped rooms . A bath in shower. Had 2 fans.ironn hairdryer and a fridge. 2 double beds in room. Plenty of tea and coffees. Large open reception area and reasonably priced restaurant. Great pool . jacuzzi.steam room and sauna with free towels.hotel was clean and tidy . Staff were friendly

Tuve una estadía agradable en el Holiday Inn Express London - Dartford. El proceso de check-in fue rápido y eficiente, y el personal fue amable y profesional. Mi habitación estaba limpia, era cómoda y estaba bien cuidada, y ofrecía todo lo que necesitaba para una estadía corta. L’établissement séduit par la qualité de son accueil : le personnel fait preuve d’une attention constante, sans jamais en faire trop. La chambre réservée offrait une vue dégagée sur la campagne du Kent, apportant calme et sérénité au séjour. Mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner à la carte, d’excellente facture, où chaque plat est préparé avec soin. Une adresse de caractère, où l’on apprécie autant le confort des lieux que le professionnalisme du service.

La habitación es limpia y limpia, los árboles verdes están en la ventana, el entorno es hermoso, el desayuno tiene varias opciones de comida, el chef está haciendo ahora, otros cafés, pan, pan y frutas se ayudan

In general the hotel is very clean beautiful location. But as a light sleeper, I struggled as you can often hearing the banging doors. And the night I was there, I could hear a constant alarm noise throughout the night, which felt somebody forget their alarm clock somewhere. Had a really bad night!

Very warm welcome from the young lady on reception - a very clean and well located hotel for the channel tunnel. Would recommend.
