El hotel, como mis amigos y yo viajamos en tren desde diferentes zonas del Reino Unido, fue un lugar de reunión fácil.. El desayuno era muy agradable y útil. El desayuno era maravilloso con una gran cantidad de opciones. Nada se apresuró y todo lo que nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía

Three of us booked one room together. Upon arrival, we were told that we could not stay unless we paid an additional £165 to upgrade the room. However, even after the upgrade, the room was still quite small, and in my opinion, the overall value did not justify the price. Regarding check-out, we left at 12:20 instead of 11:00. We were only informed of the £30 late check-out fee when we arrived at the front desk, not in advance. I accept the charge, as we did check out late. However, what confused me was that since the hotel decided to apply a late check-out fee, this implies that the late check-out was accepted. In that case, cancelling our room key authorisation before we actually checked out was inconsistent and resulted in the three of us being locked in the corridor. Many people recommend this hotel, and we may consider staying again in the future. Next time, however, I will make sure everything is handled strictly according to the rules. On a positive note, the hot spring and sauna facilities are very good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was any trouble. The food was excellent along with the atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.

Staff brilliant. Value brilliant. Absolute bargain.  Hot Breakfast was average which was an extra tenner but it had a good selection of cereal, toast, yoghurt. Rooms were basic but in a good way. Everything you need for a cheap stay. Clean. Only small gripe was pillows weren’t the best so next time I’ll bring my own. Some may like the more flat pillows. Thanks IBIS derby.

We used to live this hotel since December 2023. This time during our stay the bathroom curtain was very stingy and it’s bad smell spread all over the room. The staff and other facilities are always good. If they take little more care of cleanliness then it would be commendable.

El hotel ofrece una impresionante primera impresión desde el exterior, con una elegante cara, balcón de adorno y un lobby caliente y luminoso que exuda un sentimiento de encanto del mundo antiguo. La habitación era limpia y espaciosa, el decoro es un poco fechado, pero añade un carácter al lugar y me gusta. También fue difícil relajarse o conseguir un buen sueño de noche debido a un ruido de ventilador de escape en el baño toda la noche. La cama estaba cómoda y con un hierro se le pagó un bono. ¿Me quedaré otra vez?

Sus bares y restaurantes son muy atmosféricos. El entorno es bueno.
