Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, con un diseño atractivo y muy prácticas. La limpieza es impecable. El servicio fue excelente; me pareció muy conveniente no tener que devolver la tarjeta de la habitación al hacer el check-out, ¡simplemente te marchas! Además, ofrecen desayuno gratuito. La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca del aeropuerto (a solo unos 10 minutos en taxi), lo que lo hace extremadamente cómodo.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos pasos de la estación de metro, lo que lo hace increíblemente conveniente para explorar la ciudad. La zona es vibrante y llena de vida, con muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. El hotel es muy limpio y bien mantenido. Las instalaciones eran muy bien equipadas, y aprecié la atención a los detalles en el diseño y el confort del espacio. En general, recomiendo muy bien este hotel para cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda en un lugar excelente.

El día más caliente del viaje, se quedé en el hotel dos noches. El primer día es muy insatisfactorio, el pequeño cajón de la recepción india arregló una habitación sin aire acondicionado, el ventilador sigue mal. El hotel tiene un matrimonio en la noche y se quedó a la 1:00. Me acostaba a las 2:00 de la mañana. Nuestro cuarto siempre ha estado respirando con una puerta de cierre.Salí fuera a las cinco horas más fresco que el aire en el cuarto. Quiero verte afuera. Danilia en la recepción de la mañana fue muy profesional. Después de entender que mi super insatisfecha me había actualizado la suite, se llenó. Pero todavía se olvidó de ayudarnos a enviar nuestras maletas a nuestra habitación y prometió. El mayor problema en general en este hotel es que no hay suficientes manos. El servicio del bar es un servicio individual todo el día y ya ha trabajado hasta el punto de mirar. Este hotel es un famoso hotel histórico, pero los problemas de la dirección y los propietarios afectan la experiencia. Bueno, el inteligente y inteligente de Daiallia se ha vuelto a encontrar con ella. También quiero mencionar a su jardinero Phil, que ha estado en esta gran casa y en el parque por 26 años y me ha compartido muchas historias de la casa. Un ministro británico muy amable y familiar. Él es también la razón por la que me quedaré en el futuro. Espero que la gestión del hotel mejore y que las personas aumenten. De lo contrario, no merecerá la pena este hermoso lujo histórico y un jardín inocente.

Me gusta mucho este hotel, muy especial, el desayuno del restaurante es un punto único de tarifa, pero el yogur azul de pan es gratuito. El cuarto también es gratuito para dos vasos de agua cada día, pero no es de minería, también es de agua potable de la gente local ☺️. El hotel está en la ciudad de Newberry, el entorno es hermoso, muchos pequeños pueblos inglés 🏡, veo un buen movimiento 💗. Eso es disfrutar del paisaje rural diferente a la ciudad 😄

What is good: 1) spacious room 2) comfortable 3) generally quiet place What is not great: 1) sound insulation is poor. You can hear conversations from outside the room clearly 2) wifi from room is not great (it is great from the public area) 3) it’s a bit secluded so don’t expect shopping nearby

On Sunday when I checked out on Sunday 6th July forget my phone ( Samsung Z Fold 4 in the room when I reached my destination I called the hotel and told them that I had forgotten my phone. The gentleman that I spoke to claimed that the phone was not there and I asked him to ask the housekeeper and he told me that there was no phone that was brought to the reception. I called on Monday and asked to speak to the manager and u was told that she is not in but promised that she will call me back. Today 8th I called the hotel there was no answer. I tried to track my phone on google and the location had been encrypted. And it shows that my phone was on on Sunday night at 1:14 am. I don’t understand how can the phone disappear in the room without trace. Kindly help me to get my phone back. I was on room 310. My contact is ***********.

The Hotel was very oldy worldy, Lovely, with lots of history. The location was beautiful and quiet an ideal spot for the wedding we attended, the old barn part of the pub was lovely for the wedding, ideal. Now the pub, food was nice in the pub although my potatoes delivered with my meal were that late that id eaten half my dinner before they came out. Staff were very accommodating and removed the additional cost of £6 for potatoes from the Bill. The Hotel sections of the establishment is now in need of a freshen up, lick of paint. For a building built in A.D 1147 i suppose you would expect it but there is maintenance needed. Cleanliness was ok but needed hoovering around the bed posts a bit closer and a few cob webs removed from the room ceiling. Other than that it was a lovely stay, couldn't thought the staff and the surrounding area, lovely walks along the Thames.

El alojamiento es normal para el precio pagado. Es básico, pero la propiedad y los alrededores son buenos y están bien mantenidos. Mucha vegetación y amplio aparcamiento. Tiene encanto y grandeza de antaño, pero las habitaciones parecen más bien barracones militares o albergues. ¡¡De esas!!

Very nice stay. Bed is soft and service is good. Just that room a little small. Must go eat breakfast early to avoid crowd.
