When we arrived, it was a little difficult to find the building, because there was no sign of Lucky Hostel in the lobby. However a very persistent man outside, insisted that the building with sign “El otel”, is the correct building. We trust him and we entered. Another problem, it looked like to use the elevator to 4th floor, we must have access card. We wait for about 5 minutes and fortunately there was a man came down, and we asked his help to tap on the elevator using his card. Other than that, my husband & I were happy to stay in this hostel. Our room was so big and with sofa too!! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot shower was very pleasant in cold morning. And we were very happy that the staff allow us to put our luggage while we were away to Luxor. We stay for total of 4 nights and we were allowed again to put our luggage while we went shopping, because our flight was in the middle of the night.

La ubicación es perfecta, pero no hay señal, así que es casi imposible encontrarlo a menos que preguntes a alguien cerca. Lo peor es que el agua se cortaba con frecuencia. Durante mi estancia de dos noches, se cortó cuatro o cinco veces. Cada vez, el personal del hotel activaba algo parecido a un disyuntor, pero era un rollo tener que ir a avisarles, y estaba constantemente nervioso porque el agua no paraba mientras me duchaba. Además, quizá porque soy torpe, abrir la puerta fue un poco difícil. Tampoco me dieron toallas a menos que las pidiera.

這次去埃及參展，入住有一週時間，老闆是東北人很豪爽，在埃及有五六年時間，中間有給到些在當地有用Tips，整體體驗還是非常不錯。 📍位置: 酒店位於新開羅，相比於老城區，街道要乾淨寬敞的多。 📍生活: 酒店負一層是中餐廳，含早的話樓下有早餐。平時吃飯也可以在樓下點餐，餐廳也經常可以看到外駐開羅員工在這兒聚餐吃飯。同時酒店附近步行10分鐘有超市，餐館。生活還是很便利。 📍酒店佈局: 酒店總共5層，2-4層是客房，分為單人大床（公共浴室），雙人床（公共浴室），及單人大床（私人浴室）。無論公共浴室還是私人浴室，都很大。這次入住是單人大床（私人浴室）房間乾淨整潔，窗外風景也不錯。晚上回到酒店，看看窗外晚霞還是很愜意的。 *房間內部忘了拍，以下酒店周圍的風景照及早餐。

公寓坐落在一個高級小區，附近有CFC Mall，生活方便舒適，安保嚴格。 房間2室3衞2廳1廚，3人出差居住還可以，設施齊全好用，隔天有清潔人員上門打掃衞生。 要注意的是公寓網上協助自助辦理入住和退房，沒有前台/庫房存放行李，有這個需求的朋友慎重。而且攜程上留的聯繫電話打不通，實際聯絡我的是另一個電話號碼。這兩點建議公寓改善下。此次辦理入住的時候因為聯繫不上公寓確認能否早於下午3點入住（至少打了10個電話），也不知道公寓不設前台、不能寄存行李，提前過去了，死等了5個小時，還是門衞保安隊比較靈活幫忙看了下行李讓我們去吃飯，否則真的要寫個大差評，這一點希望公寓能改進：要不在攜程強調沒有寄存服務，且保證服務電話能聯絡上，要不就開設寄存服務。 除了辦理入住的時候非常不愉快，居住期間一切都還可以，客服人員基本半小時內回覆，效率高，退房也方便。

Aparte de la ubicación sorprendente; hermosa diseño interior glamoroso de moda, limpieza de las instalaciones y buena calidad de la F&B, me gustaría destacar el profesionalismo absoluto en la actitud y el nivel de servicio del personal del hotel. Una de mis mejores experiencias de estar en un hotel.

El hotel es increible. El dormitorio es hermoso. El personal muy cercano y servicial. Las vistas desde el cuarto piso increibles. Buena ubicación. Excelente precio.

Wow what a grate hotel in the area city star mall is so close and staff is grate ,with the view and location in the city close to airport 🛫 also

Great experience but shower draining pipes must be fixed ASAP.
