It was a lovely hotel near to Olympia Park - it was quite a distance from Oktoberfest though, where I wanted to visit. There's not much around Olympia Park and I didn't find it easy to use the public transport, so I walked around 7km each visit. I was very happy with the room, it was comfortable and quiet

Viaje corto para mí. Solo dos noches, ya que estuve allí para el concierto de Adele. Bastante cerca del UBahn, a unos 5-7 minutos a pie. Hay un mercado de alimentos o camiones justo detrás del hotel. El hotel en sí estaba muy limpio. El servicio fue asombroso, ya que el personal fue amable. No pude conseguir mi café en la máquina expendedora y el personal me trajo un capuchino de su oficina y dijo que era gratis. Queríamos guardar algo de alcohol en el refrigerador para la noche después del concierto y nos mostraron un refrigerador donde permitían a los invitados guardar su alcohol para otro uso. Cualquier favor que les pidas, intentarán cumplirlo 🙂 La habitación es pequeña y es difícil moverse si tienes una maleta de 28 pulgadas como yo, sin embargo, estaba muy limpia, tanto las toallas como la ropa de cama. El vestíbulo también es un lugar increíble para pasar el rato por la noche si compras tu propia pizza y cerveza. No hay nada más cerca, así que es posible que tengas que viajar un poco.

Me alojé durante el festival. Es un hotel estupendo con desayuno incluido. Me gustaría destacar especialmente al recepcionista que se encarga del check-in nocturno; probablemente sea el único hotel con recepción 24 horas. Es muy amable, e incluso resulta interesante charlar con él. Hubo un pequeño incidente después del festival (tras hacer el check-out), pero fue muy comprensivo y nos dejó sentarnos en el vestíbulo, nos sirvió té y simplemente charlamos. 🤗 Lo único que faltaba eran unas zapatillas, pero por lo demás, todo perfecto. La habitación era agradable, con dos botellas de agua y dos cervezas de cortesía. 😁 Había té y café en la habitación, y además tenía balcón.

We used the hotel for a one night stopover as a family of four. The room was spacious and toiletries and towels were provided. The shower was over the bath it was powerful. There was a fan and bottles of water in the room when we arrived. The staff who were at reception when we arrived were lovely. We left our luggage in reception before we left at lunchtime, when we collected it we were offered coffee and water, which was just what we needed before the next leg of our journey, again the lady in reception was lovely and helpful. Would go back if we were in Munich for a stopover again.

Tolle Lage, relativ gute Sauberkeit - aber Klimaanlage defekt, Toilettendeckel wackelt extrem, die Duschkopfhalterung ebenfalls und die Temperatureinstellung der Dusche ist nicht wählbar, da scheinbar die rechte Außenhülle des Drehknopfes defekt bw. nicht vorhanden war. Ich hatte Zi 210. Bitte mal für den Nächsten kontrollieren. Ansonsten war alles bestens!

The hotel is wonderful, with friendly staff and more than enough to get by. There is a supermarket about 1km away and a few restaurants close by. The old town is a bit far away with about 2.2km walk until you reach it. When you get to the old town there are wonderful restaurants and shops all along the roads. Really enjoyed the town!

La ubicación es fantástica, con varios restaurantes en la planta baja y muchas tiendas de diseño a pocos pasos. Las paradas de metro y autobús también están muy cerca. Las únicas pegas son que la habitación era un poco oscura y el baño un poco pequeño. Sin embargo, el precio es muy razonable.

Clean service wasn’t good. During the nine nights staying towels were changed and bed was done only once . Trash bin was emptied three times Other things were good, friendly service in a checking zone Hotel is located quite far from city center, but that was ok for me. And only 10 min walk from metro station and 2 min walk from tram station. That is good

The whole issue was a family we have booked. We have booked a room for two adults and two children via trip.com but in the system there was a reservation only for two adults. After showing the prof of booking for 4 persons, the hotel staff provide small chair-bed.. but generally it was not very comfortable.. Apparently the whole issue was a with intermediator/ agency. However, not sure that we would go again to this hotel..

30 mins from NeuSchwanstein was a perfect location. The rooms were comfortable but needed updating. The amount of cigarette smoke around the hotel was very uncomfortable - at the front door and people on the balconies of the rooms making the windows being open the same as a smoking room. The town is small but pleasant. Hotel restaurant has generous portions with relaxed and friendly staff. The breakfast is good and offers a range of food that is more than ample.
