One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at!! Suye provided really great service, they even arranged free transport to and from the railway station. I also booked 扎雅土司 through them, and they provided transport there and back as well. The customer service was really amazing, and I loved all the complimentary toiletries. The hotel amenities were also very good, especially the Kohler shower head and Laifen hairdryer, which made the stay super pleasant and comfortable. The room was also very high-tech, and I love that they provided VIP access for movies/dramas so we could actually have a movie night in the hotel room 🥹

I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

We stayed for one night at the Garden Panorama Suite with Soaking Tub at Dali Yunying Chunxiao Shuiyuan Scenic Hotel. This is a small boutique hotel, and while there are some things worth improving, the views and overall atmosphere were truly memorable. The first thing that struck us when we arrived was the view of Erhai Lake. It was absolutely exquisite and looked almost exactly like the photos online. Every corner of the hotel was incredibly photogenic, and the whole place had a very calm, peaceful and almost surreal atmosphere. The hotel itself is quite small, with a compact lobby that also serves as the breakfast area, but the incredible lake view more than made up for the limited space. The hotel is located along a cobbled street with no direct car access. The hotel contacted us beforehand to ask about our arrival time, which was appreciated, and their staff met us to collect our luggage and transported it to the hotel by motorbike. However, we initially thought someone would escort or pick us up, but instead we were given a location to follow on foot. The route was a little confusing and we got slightly lost, particularly because the final stretch goes through a very quiet back street that doesn’t really look like it leads to a hotel. It was also raining when we arrived and when we left, so we really appreciated that the hotel lent us umbrellas. The location itself is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, one important point for future guests is that the streets leading back to the hotel are completely dark at night, with no street lights at all. We found this quite scary and felt it could be unsafe, especially for families with young children or anyone returning after dark. Our room had a beautiful view of Erhai Lake, but unfortunately the upkeep and cleanliness did not quite match what we expected for the price. There were quite a few dead fish and pieces of rubbish visible around the water when looking over the ledge, both from our room and from the lobby area. The balcony also had a hammock, but it did not look particularly safe to use, and there were plants growing out from the lake and into the hammock area. The room itself was also relatively small for the price, and the cleanliness could have been better. That said, there were some really lovely inclusions with our room, including afternoon tea, a photoshoot, goodnight dessert and breakfast. Breakfast was not buffet-style, but we were given a choice of mains along with some sides and a drink. The portions were on the smaller side, but everything we had was good. The photoshoot was a particularly nice touch and something we really appreciated. Three photos were included with our stay, and we actually enjoyed the experience enough to purchase additional photos beyond the included three. It was a lovely way to capture our time in Dali. We were also celebrating our child’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel went above and beyond by preparing a very cute birthday cake for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture and genuinely made the stay more special❤️ Overall, this hotel has an incredibly beautiful setting and a very unique atmosphere. The views are genuinely stunning and the photography opportunities are fantastic. The thoughtful extras, especially the photoshoot and birthday cake, were also highlights of our stay. However, for the price, we felt the room upkeep, cleanliness and accessibility could be improved, and the completely unlit walk back to the hotel at night is something future guests should be aware of. If the hotel were to improve the maintenance and cleanliness while addressing the nighttime access issue, it could be an exceptional boutique stay because the location and views are truly special.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en MuKa Pastoral Manor durante nuestro viaje a Yunnan. El hotel tiene un auténtico ambiente de resort, complementado por un servicio de mayordomo excepcional. Al registrarnos, nos añadieron a un grupo exclusivo de WeChat con el equipo del hotel. Como no hay teléfono en la habitación, los huéspedes pueden enviar cualquier solicitud o pregunta a través de WeChat, y el personal responde casi al instante. El hotel también utiliza el chat grupal para compartir recordatorios diarios sobre el horario del desayuno, el té de la tarde, la sesión de fotos de cortesía, las sesiones de té y las actividades nocturnas alrededor de la hoguera. Esto hizo que la comunicación fuera muy cómoda y personalizada. Una experiencia que nos impresionó mucho fue cuando tuvimos que salir antes del desayuno para una excursión temprana. Preguntamos si podían prepararnos algo sencillo, y con mucha amabilidad nos empacaron pan, huevos duros, leche y aperitivos locales. Fue un gesto inesperado que agradecimos enormemente. Nos alojamos en una habitación dúplex en el segundo piso con dos dormitorios y baños independientes, ideal para una familia o un grupo de cuatro personas. La habitación era espaciosa, cómoda y estaba equipada con un sistema de suministro de oxígeno y un deshumidificador. El mayordomo se tomó la molestia de explicarnos cómo usar el sistema de oxígeno y nos dio consejos útiles para controlar el mal de altura, especialmente después de conocer nuestros destinos anteriores y futuros. El té de la tarde y la experiencia nocturna de la hoguera se celebran en la quinta planta, que también cuenta con una acogedora minibiblioteca. Aunque la mayoría de los libros están en chino, los huéspedes pueden hojearlos y disfrutar del espacio. Disfrutamos especialmente de la tradicional experiencia del té con mantequilla de yak alrededor de la hoguera por la noche. Si bien el establecimiento se encuentra a unos 20 minutos en Didi de la Ciudad Antigua de Shangri-La, el transporte es muy conveniente y hay servicios de transporte compartido disponibles. El hotel también ofrece traslados gratuitos desde y hacia la estación de tren de Shangri-La, lo cual fue una ventaja adicional muy apreciada. Lo que realmente distingue a MuKa Pastoral Manor es su excepcional hospitalidad y su hermoso entorno natural. La granja, el patio y los espacios abiertos crean un remanso de paz en plena naturaleza. Lo que más me gustó fue despertar cada mañana con las impresionantes vistas de la montaña nevada de Shika (石卡雪山) justo afuera de la ventana. En general, esta fue una de las estancias más memorables de nuestro viaje. Entre el servicio atento, las habitaciones cómodas, las comodidades bien pensadas y el paisaje espectacular, recomiendo ampliamente MuKa Pastoral Manor a cualquiera que visite Shangri-La. Hablo muy bien del lugar, pero si tuviera que mencionar un aspecto a mejorar, sería la selección del desayuno. Dado el estándar general y el nivel de servicio que ofrecen, esperaba un desayuno de mayor calidad. Me pareció algo decepcionante, con opciones occidentales muy básicas (pan, huevo, mermelada) y opciones asiáticas (Mi Xian), además de leche, café y jugo. El jugo tampoco parecía recién preparado, sino envasado.

Excelente ubicación; busca los carteles amarillos y la encontrarás fácilmente. Los muebles de la habitación están un poco usados, pero todo está bien y limpio. No recomiendo alojarse en noches frías; la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado. Me alojé en la habitación 207 y oí ruido de las escaleras, incluso de gente caminando. Además, la gente de la habitación 206 estuvo despierta y gritando toda la noche, así que tenlo en cuenta.

Una experiencia de 10 estrellas Desde el momento en que llegué, me saludaron calorosamente las dos hermanas de Mo y sus adorables compañeros de felina, Pirate (el gato negro) y Sweet Dent (el marrón). Todo sobre esta estadía, desde la ubicación y decoración hasta la limpieza y servicio impresionantes, merece 10 estrellas. Algunos puntos destacados: Detalles pensables: Las camas están equipadas con pads de calefacción para noches más frías, que fue un buen toque. Amenidades: Me encantaba absolutamente el patio tranquilo y el techo. Servicio: Son muy atentos; por ejemplo, si necesitas luzes de lectura más brillantes, sólo tienes que preguntar. El aire: El jardín se cuida de la vibración y se añade tanto a la vibración. Incluso como amante de perro dedicado, tengo que admitir que Pirate y Sweet Dent me ganó completamente. Si usted está buscando un estancia con el carácter y el corazón, esto es!

La habitación es genial. En segundo lugar, las habilidades del chef se encuentran entre las mejores de los hoteles B&B en los que me he alojado. En tercer lugar, como se muestra en la imagen, el entorno circundante de B&B Gardening puede ayudarle a recostarse. It has been a great 5 days and 4 nights in Lijiang. My stay could not have been more than memorable if not for this place. It was the best ever decision made. First of all, the location is the most important reason as I wanted to stay inside the old town. Just within a few minutes walk, I was already at the main square of the old town and walking distance to both North gate and South gate was also less than 10 minutes walk. There were many food, retail options and convenience stores everywhere. The hotel provided a pick up and transfer service which made it even better as one did not have to carry your own bags to the hotel. The communication was very smooth, prompt and clear. Despite the proximity of the hotel with the main old town square, it is surprisingly a very quiet and peaceful abode. Secondly, the hotel itself is very beautiful with a mixture of modern and traditional design. One can also see a beautiful panoramic view from the second floor. The room has new and high quality furniture. What i also appreciated was the efficiency, room service done promptly and everything was replenished well. The common area where breakfast service is served is spacious and comfortable with plenty of sitting area. There was also an afternoon tea daily served either at your room or at the common lounge area, with a variety of drinks to choose from. You must also try the coffee too! One cup is always not enough as it's that tasty. There is also a room to host Chinese tea drinking if one is keen to experience local pu er tea! Finally, the hospitality is one of the best I've ever experienced in China. The hotel manager, Ms Li is very genuine, friendly, kind, resourceful and hospitable. She is always checking on my welfare and ensuring that my stay is nothing less than comfortable. She is able to provide recommendations and suggestions on what can be done in Lijiang, saving one a lot of time and effort. If you are willing, she could also assist with booking. Together with her team, Xiao Long and Xiao Ping, all of them meticulously took care of me with their best ability. If you want a good relaxing trip, please choose this hotel, you will never regret it! Thank you once again for making my stay in Lijiang a memorable experience. Looking forward to coming back again.
