We changed to this hotel from another one which is in downtown area because we have an early morning train to catch. Downtown is about 40 minutes ride from train station. We are glad we made the switch. This hotel has an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from train station. Plus an noodle restaurant next door, which visit for our lunch and dinner. Room is very clean. Love it.

La única deficiencia es que el coche no puede estacionar en la puerta del hotel y llegar al estacionamiento cercano. También se sugiere que el jefe contacte con los clientes antes de que se les informe de cómo viajar y estacionar, y que mejore el nivel de servicio.

A very nice 2 day stay! Good location 10 minutes walk from our favourite restaurant. Washing machine and bike wash 🧽👍nice room, good breakfast and coffee shop. Helpful staff dealing with the mistake I made with my booking. The place to stay in town. Highly recommended!

Después de diez días en Xinjiang, este ha sido el hotel más satisfactorio en el que me he alojado. Le doy una reseña sincera. El dueño debe ser increíblemente atento, ya que el diseño del hotel está lleno de detalles que inspiran tranquilidad y confort. Las habitaciones y las zonas comunes tienen un diseño elegante y único, están limpias y ordenadas, y las habitaciones son inodoras y perfumadas. Se proporcionan toallas desechables y vasos de papel para mayor tranquilidad. Las duchas son amplias y la temperatura es constante, y el suelo está muy bien diseñado para evitar la acumulación de agua. El desayuno buffet es variado y delicioso. El bar del vestíbulo ofrece zumos gratuitos durante todo el día. Hay una gran mesa de agua mineral en el pasillo donde puedes servirte tú mismo. Por la noche, probé la cocina de Yili. El viaje en autobús al Parque Forestal Birch fue un paseo agradable. No puedo quejarme lo suficiente de este hotel. Espero volver en invierno para esquiar en la cercana montaña Jiangjun.

這次入住體驗直接拉滿，必須給五星好評！酒店位置堪稱寶藏，出門就是步行幾分鐘就能到美食街，出行覓食都超方便。一進房間就被乾淨度驚艷到，床單被褥潔白無異味，柔軟得像陷進雲朵裏，衞生間瓷磚擦得發亮，乾濕分離設計超貼心，光腳踩地也完全放心。服務更是暖到心坎裏！前台小姐姐笑容特別親切，辦理入住高效又耐心，還主動給我們推薦了本地小眾美食和避坑攻略。入住時隨口提了句想要個靠陽的房間，立馬就幫忙協調更換。房間設施很新，智能馬桶、床頭充電口、高速WiFi一應俱全，淋浴水壓和水温剛好，連小細節都做得很到位。性價比真的絕了，住出了遠超預期的質感，已經推薦給朋友，下次來還選這家，妥妥的寶藏酒店！

首先感謝老闆免費升級了房型，是一家超預期的酒店，裝潢設備很新，熱水和水壓很足（真的很難拒絕這一點）電視很清晰很大，靠近馬路但不吵，幾乎沒有車輛經過，門前就可以停車，很方便。前台小姐姐還幫忙拿行李送我們去房間，講話也好温柔🥹房間值得，服務值得。

Limpieza: La habitación estaba nueva y limpia, y las instalaciones eran excelentes. ¡Excelente! Entorno: Ubicado en una zona de la ciudad antigua, sin costo de entrada. Ofrecía espectáculos de luces y música de fuentes al atardecer, lo que lo convertía en un lugar popular para tomar fotos. ¡Excelente relación calidad-precio!

Esta vez se hospeda en el hotel, la experiencia es buena. El espacio es amplio, la decoración es breve, la cama es cómoda y el aislamiento acústico es bueno. El servicio del hotel es cuidadoso, el personal es educado y entusiasta, puede responder a la demanda en tiempo oportuno, vale la pena recomendar.

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

Amazing stay with incredible views of Sayram lake. Driving up to the property gave us some worry because there is a lot of construction happening (they are building / developing a lot in the area). A lot of food options nearby. Very close to Sayram Lake scenic area. The dome itself was phenomenal, we three could not have wished for more. Bathroom was very clean, hot water was plentiful, and toiletries were very generous. The dome would get very hot during the day, but the AC tower would cool down the dome very quickly. I would have stayed here happily for one full week! The breakfast buffet was also very full and varied.
