My child and I had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Da An Taipei. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. One of the highlights was the lobby area, which offered complimentary snacks and drinks during certain hours. This was a lovely touch and gave us a chance to relax and recharge before and after exploring the city. The overall experience was comfortable, family-friendly, and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent service and thoughtful hospitality. I would happily recommend Kimpton Da An Taipei to families, couples, and anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Taipei. We look forward to returning in the future!

Aunque su nombre indica ”HOTEL”, en realidad es un complejo turístico. La habitación (o más bien una casa con techo de madera) está impecablemente limpia. Si bien en Kinmen hay muchísimos insectos y mosquitos, lograron mantener la habitación libre de ellos (pero recuerde cerrar la puerta y las ventanas). La ubicación está alejada de la zona más concurrida, por lo que el acceso a tiendas como 7-Eleven es un poco complicado. Sin embargo, encontrará un lugar tranquilo y relajante para descansar. También cuenta con un jardín amplio y bonito, donde no se oye el ruido de los coches. El personal es muy amable y atento. Se preocupan mucho por su experiencia en Kinmen. Le darán recomendaciones desde el primer día de su visita a las islas. Además, le preparan el desayuno tradicional de Kinmen. Siempre están dispuestos a recogerle y llevarle al aeropuerto, a la estación de alquiler de bicicletas eléctricas, etc. Es una lástima que no haya mininevera en la habitación, pero sí una nevera grande en el comedor; y que no haya microondas, pero sí un pequeño horno en la cocina. Sin embargo, además de los servicios habituales de un hotel, disponen de agua caliente las 24 horas. Y, en cualquier caso, siempre están dispuestos a ayudar a través de Line/WeChat (no hay teléfono fijo en la habitación). En general, la experiencia en el resort es agradable. Volvería si visito Kinmen la próxima vez.

First of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub. The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working. There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.” Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.

Este fue el primer viaje de nuestra familia a Xiaoliuqiu, y reservamos una casa de huéspedes de cinco estrellas. Cuando entraron a la habitación y vieron los grandes ventanales con vista al mar, quedaron inmediatamente impresionados y llenos de elogios. ¡Estaban tan contentos que no querían irse! La casa de huéspedes incluso se ofreció a pedirnos el desayuno y palitos de masa frita. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez para participar en actividades acuáticas; estoy seguro de que será aún más divertido. El dueño de la casa de huéspedes fue muy atento, ayudándonos a llevar nuestro equipaje hasta el embarcadero, lo que nos permitió disfrutar al máximo sin tener que cargar con él. También nos recomendó algunos buenos restaurantes. Hay un deshidratador en la planta de arriba, ¡y la vista nocturna era increíble!

位置離礁溪火車站步行約7-10分鐘的距離，就在蘇澳市區前往南方澳的路上，若搭乘當地的公車非常方便，站名「蘇澳港」～上下車的站牌就在飯店樓下和馬路對面。舊飯店但有整修過，整體上房間空間寬敞明亮，我們住的是四人房，窗戶大採光好，房間冷氣爲獨立空調，效能很不錯又無噪音。浴室雖然不大，也沒有浴缸（媽媽喜歡泡澡），但淋浴時水壓夠大，水溫調節也適中，使用完也算乾燥快速，感覺很不錯。訂的房型有附自助早餐，雖然種類不多，但都挺好吃的，這次吃早齋的媽媽姐姐對於這早餐都很滿意，先前同遊時吃飯店早餐都很傷腦筋～這次反而可以放心吃飽飽呢。還有用餐的「日出食堂」在9樓，早年飯店爲克服冬天港口強風肆虐用了昂貴的強化玻璃建造了大型玻璃窗讓住客能一邊進食一邊欣賞風景，現今也讓我們得以在用餐時好好欣賞港區的綺麗風景～善哉！ 對該飯店比較不滿意的有兩點：第一點，內的WIFI訊號不好，最多就兩格，這點是可改善的，希望飯店可以改進一下。第二點，個人覺得飯店的安全措施是有疑慮的，Check in的服務台是位在一樓的一個小房間裡，電梯則是在房間的外面，無任何空調、所在位置相信連櫃檯都無法看見有什麼人員進出，這點其實對住宿的旅客的安全來講，是需要有些警惕的，若有可疑人士伺機搭電梯入內行事，這安全問題就很需要檢討了，若是入住的住客Check in時可以使用房卡順道連電梯一起解鎖，那安全措施就更完善了。

El personal de servicio aquí es muy amable, esta calle es un hotel cálido, puede ir a montar en el parque de bosques conocido, y hay un hermoso pantalones cerca. El propio hotel también tiene muchas actividades muy divertidas, también hay muchas opciones de desayuno, los operadores son realmente buenos para que los huéspedes de corazón puedan participar gratis

A beautiful, historic homestay near the port with excellent service. High-quality bedding and comfortable beds. Walking in and hearing Celine Dion made it even more quaint 😂 Jack was super helpful with information about the ferry tickets, and even made an extra trip back to the port because I Ieft my umbrella behind. And his mom was very kind and welcoming too. A note to those who may be sensitive: there was a faint musty smell, which I’ve found common to many hotels and guest houses in humid climates like Taiwan. Earplugs are recommended for light sleepers, since you can hear courtyard and street noise in the room. Plan ahead for cash: nearby restaurants are cash-only, and the nearest atm is at 7-11, about a 20 minute walk away.

Not recommended if you bring an elderly or if you have weak legs/knees as the location required you to take too many stairs. No elevator. To be fair, many accommodation near jiufen street is situated around the hill anyway. It’s good for your quick getaway from Taipei for a night or two and they have very nice rooftop for you to chill. Overall, i’d still recommend this place due to it’s affordable, clean and near jiufen street. If possible, do not bring a luggage and take backpack instead for less hassle.

Good location, easy to get to with scooter. Big lounge area with view of sea from lvl 2. Big area to hang wet clothing. Beds were clean. The only thing is the toilet, sink and shower is in the room so if other do their busy at night, you can hear them if you are a light sleeper but ear plugs are provided. Nothing bad to say actually. It's a good place to stay. Will come back again.
