¡Este hotel es absolutamente fantástico! Ubicado al pie del Monte Emei, está a menos de diez minutos a pie del Centro de Visitantes del Templo Baoguo. Hay una calle llena de restaurantes y tiendas de equipamiento cerca, así que asegúrate de comprar tu equipo al pie de la montaña con antelación, especialmente en invierno. El hotel tiene todo lo que necesitas: lavandería, gimnasio, aguas termales y piscina. Great family run hotel. Near the bus station (10-15 minutes walk). Our bus got in super late and the owner came and picked us up from the bus station! Very close to Changping valley and Haizi valley and other restaurants. Clean and spacious hotel. We enjoyed the tea room and saw other guests used the oxygen provided and also costumes to take pictures. I would stay here again.

We are a couple from the Netherlands, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zhuolonglinka Homestay — an experience we will always remember! From the moment we arrived, we received the warmest and most heartfelt welcome. We were invited to enjoy tea in the beautiful courtyard, where the meals are also served, and immediately felt completely at home. Our room was incredibly spacious, the beds were heavenly comfortable, and the modern bathroom was spotless. In fact, the entire homestay was exceptionally clean. The owners are not only incredibly friendly, but also genuinely caring and attentive to their guests. Every day, we looked forward to breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious, healthy and wonderfully varied, with different dishes prepared each day. As vegetarians, we were especially touched by how thoughtfully they adapted the meals to our wishes. Whenever we mentioned that we would not be returning for lunch, they kindly prepared homemade cakes and bread rolls for us to take along, and even gave us apples from their own orchard. What incredible service and hospitality! They also helped arrange transportation for us and were always happy to think along with us when planning our day. You can clearly see that they have built this beautiful place with so much care and love, and that they are genuinely proud to share their home with their guests. What made our stay even more special was the sincere personal interest they showed in us. Our conversations and the warmth of their hospitality made this feel like much more than simply staying at a homestay — it felt like a truly special and meaningful human connection. The sea of flowers surrounding the homestay was absolutely stunning, just like our entire experience here. Without a doubt, this place deserves a full five stars — and even more! La habitación presenta un distintivo estilo tibetano. Los anfitriones gestionan el lugar con mucha dedicación y el servicio es sumamente atento. Personalizan los detalles de la habitación según las necesidades del huésped, ayudan con la reserva de entradas y disponen de servicio de lavandería. Además, tienen un gato Ragdoll super adorable. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cerca de Kuanzhai Alley y de la estación de metro.

As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

Our stay at Jiuzhai Yunshang was truly special and one of the highlights of our trip to Jiuzhaigou. Nestled beautifully in the mountains, the inn offers a wonderful sense of peace and tranquillity, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. A special mention has to go to our personal butler, 扎西, who made our stay incredibly memorable. He was warm, thoughtful and attentive without ever being intrusive. He made sure our time was well spent by arranging wonderful experiences such as mountain mushroom picking and a visit to a local Zhang household, giving us the opportunity to experience the local culture and way of life. What we especially appreciated was the perfect balance between activities and personal time. 扎西 made sure we had things to look forward to while also giving us plenty of space to simply enjoy the villa, take in the mountain scenery and listen to the rain in complete peace. It was exactly the kind of slow, relaxing escape we needed. The villa itself was beautiful, with clean and modern interiors complemented by gorgeous Zhang-style aesthetics. It felt luxurious yet warm and deeply connected to its surroundings. Thank you to 扎西 and the team for making our stay so thoughtful and memorable. El hotel ofrece un servicio de transporte gratuito a la entrada del Área Escénica de Jiuzhaigou: un servicio muy práctico que le evita tener que conducir. La cafetería del vestíbulo ofrece bebidas ilimitadas: bastante buenas, incluso mejores con leche caliente en el desayuno. El ambiente: muy cómodo y agradable, un poco alejado del área escénica, por lo que es muy tranquilo por la noche. El servicio: excelente, en especial el del mayordomo, Xiao Qing, quien es paciente, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
