Este es un hotel muy agradable, ubicado a 2 minutos en coche de la estación. Ofrecen servicio de recogida gratuito; al tomar un taxi desde la estación, te reembolsan el coste del trayecto. Ofrecen una gran variedad de artículos de aseo, como crema de manos y gomas para el pelo. También ofrecen compresas térmicas, muy útiles cuando hace frío en E Mei San. Como salimos temprano, no pudimos desayunar. Se ofrecieron a cocinarnos fideos, dumplings y huevos. The service at the hotel was excellent, and every staff member was very attentive. Although the hotel does not have an elevator, the staff kindly carried our luggage up to the room for us. We don’t speak much Chinese and this was our first time visiting China, but the staff spoke English very well. At first, we were quite worried since most people usually speak Chinese, but the staff supported us in every way—they helped us call for transportation, recommended food, and guided us with travel plans. The hotel’s food and drinks were also delicious—everything we tried tasted great. Overall, we were extremely impressed. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back to stay here again.

We stayed for a night, for that it was all we needed. The stuff was friendly and we were able to store our bicycle in their garage.

Convenient location. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and the temperature wouldn’t go below 24/25 degrees inside the room. Otherwise all good, nice staff.

It was the perfect way to fuel up before a day of adventure in the mountains. This is hands-down the best hotel in Bipenggou. Whether you're visiting for the autumn foliage or the ice and snow scenery, this hotel provides the perfect base for your Bipenggou adventure. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de autobús, por lo que es conveniente. El río está a través de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son limpias, modernas y eficientes. El par de propietarios son tan amables y siempre hacen lo mejor para sus clientes. I went on a day tour with the owner and a couple of other travelers. He gave us a lot of time to walk around, no time pressure. The views are magnificent on the tour. A very good place to stay.

Beyond my expectation! I picked this hotel based on the good reviews on Trip.com and happy to report that the hotel exceeded my expectation. From the first impression I love how this boutique hotel is decorated in a traditional chinese style. The room itself is beautifully designed, modern, and clean. The bed is very comfortable as well. It was perfect to come back to the room from a long day of walking & sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the the North Gate & in a quieter part of Songpan old town, which is great for getting a good night sleep. However, the best part of my stay at this hotel is the staff, especially the lovely young lady named Xiao Zeng. From the check-in she showed me a couple of rooms to choose from to make sure I’m happy with the room. Not only that, she went beyond her duty to help arrange for the transportation to Songpan train station (it was not possible to get Didi due to rain), as well as to provide helpful tips on what to eat and what to see/do while in Songpan. This makes my traveling experience much smoother and hassle free. Keep up the good work, Xiaozeng 👍☺️ Definitely recommended.
