UUsuario invitadoEl hotel goza de una ubicación excelente, justo al lado del templo Baoguo, rodeado de exuberante vegetación, con aire puro y un ambiente tranquilo por la noche. La decoración es elegante; el lavabo está hecho con el armazón de una máquina de coser antigua, un estilo clásico pero a la vez original, y las habitaciones de estilo wabi-sabi son únicas. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento. Como llegamos temprano, antes de que el conductor empezara a trabajar, nos reembolsaron el taxi. ¡Sin duda recomendaría este hotel a mis amigos que visiten la montaña Emei!

No duden en reservar este hotel si buscan un lugar acogedor. Es una experiencia que va más allá de una simple estancia.
Hablan inglés y atienden a los clientes de maravilla. El primer día sufrí mal de altura y me dieron oxígeno, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. Siempre nos proporcionaron servicio de transporte o nos llamaron un taxi para llevarnos a los lugares turísticos y restaurantes que queríamos visitar. Nos recomendaron restaurantes increíbles y lugares interesantes cerca. El último día, reservé el autobús a Chengdu, pero no pude contactar con los conductores; ellos nos ayudaron con todo (nos llevaron a la estación de autobuses, llamaron al conductor y esperaron con nosotros para asegurarse de que subiéramos al autobús sin problemas).

IInaz Ab.llahWe stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Shangqouai Valley, Siguniang, making it easy to get around.
The room was clean and comfortable, which is very important, especially when traveling with a baby.
The staff were extremely kind and attentive. They reminded us not to wet our hair while showering to reduce the risk of AMS. When our baby cried nonstop at night, the staff showed great concern — they offered to take our baby to the hospital and provided oxygen as they were worried about AMS.
We truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

JJune CaoAs a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers.
1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property
There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window.
As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience.
2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas
Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience.
3. Room Cleanliness Concerns
Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room.

1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题
酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。
因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。
2. 公共区域允许吸烟
酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。
3. 客房清洁细节有待加强
相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

UUsuario invitadoWe had a wonderful experience at Jiuzhai Yunshang. As experienced travelers, two important criteria for our choice of hotels are the view from our room and the service. This place exceeds our expectation on both counts. Our room has a panoramic view of the mountain, and a delicate Japanese maple swaying in the breeze in our courtyard. The decor of the room is tasteful, and in harmony with the surroundings. There are actually many Japanese maples on the premises, in different shades of red and green, adding a unique flavor to the majestic mountain backdrop.
The service is attentive and all our needs were often anticipated. We could not handle spicy food, and great care was taken to provide us with non spicy options. The dining area is peaceful and the presentation always simple and elegant. We especially appreciated the prompt transportation provided for us to various activities, always done with efficiency and a ready smile.There were many small details of thoughtful service, too numerous to recount here.
This place is serene, and an oasis of calm. We spent time at the National Park, rode horses on the beautiful plateau, and for two afternoons simply sat in our room or patio, reading and enjoying the view. I even had an epiphany moment while contemplating the grandeur of the mountains.
What makes this place a magical stay for us was Lung Lung and Luna. Thank you Lung Lung and Luna! Your gentle spirit and the wholehearted giving of yourselves truly blessed us. May double blessings be returned to you, in all your travels and at home. Till we meet again!

PPanda05Location: a bit far from the scenic area but the hotel provided free ride so there was no big problem.
Room: spacy and clean room with heating and air condition. Toilet with smart bidet; however I would prefer one with manual button to flush 😅 Since there was no way flush the toilet without electricity.
Breakfast: Decent breakfast with wide range of choice.
Service: SUPERB! Super friendly staff who would not hesitate to help you. They have translation device so feel free to talk to them in any language.

- The hot spring looked kinda nice eventhough I haven't tried it since it was raining the day I stayed there.
- There were some restaurants around the hotel but the food served by the hotel own restaurant was good as well.
