El servicio del hotel fue bueno. Atendiendo a nuestras peticiones, trajeron un radiador grande y una manta eléctrica; El hotel está situado en la ciudad antigua. Es muy conveniente para ir de compras. Se tarda media hora en recorrerlo y es muy agradable; Los fideos de arroz para el desayuno son deliciosos, un desayuno pequeño pero refinado; El televisor del hotel es grande y se puede proyectar en la pantalla, lo que resulta ideal para ver películas con toda la familia; Fue muy conveniente llevarnos a la estación del tren de alta velocidad; El ambiente del hotel es muy bueno y elegante. El único inconveniente es que el aislamiento acústico es relativamente pobre. El llanto de un bebé nos despertó en mitad de la noche. Pero quizás todos los B&B sean así. En general, fue una estancia buena y agradable.

La estancia en general fue agradable. El hotel era muy espacioso y bastante limpio. El precio era muy bueno. La ubicación era un poco marginal, al lado de un centro comercial abandonado. Pero hay una gran tienda de juguetes y artículos de hobby por si a alguien le interesa. El hotel también nos permitió guardar nuestro equipaje detrás del mostrador, ya que llegamos alrededor de las 6 de la mañana.

在眉山住過好幾家酒店，唯舍的衞生和服務絕對排在前面。房間打掃得非常細緻，床品潔白柔軟，衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱台、馬桶、淋浴區都乾乾淨淨，沒有一點污漬，用品擺放整齊，讓人住着很安心。前台服務熱情周到，從入住到離店全程貼心，有問題馬上解決，態度温和有耐心。酒店環境整潔安靜，設施維護得很好，性價比很高。能看出酒店在細節上很用心，衞生嚴格、服務到位，住得舒心又放心，非常滿意，推薦大家來體驗。

I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

Absolutamente maravilloso, una pena que solo nos quedemos una noche. La habitación es excelente, espaciosa, muy bonita. Tiene todas las comodidades posibles, botones para abrir y cerrar las persianas, aire acondicionado central, vater inteligente. La pequeña terraza es muy bonita también. Sin duda lo mejor es la bañera, muy relajante y perfecta para después de un día de turismo. El desayuno también es muy bueno, variado, y tienen máquina de café 😊. La atención del personal es muy buena, consultan contigo si estás cómoda en todo momento por WeChat. Como digo, una opción increíble de alojamiento si pasas por Leshan. Sin duda, nos volveremos a alojar en un futuro si volvemos a la ciudad. Muchas gracias ❤️

Very good place with very good value for money. Also the location is very good they have a parking lot right in front of the Hotel which is very convenient and the service and hospitality of the people who work there is great. they helped us a lot with some inconveniences we had outside the hotel and with recommendations of things to do. We stayed in the top floor room on the ninth floor with a mountain view, very nice for Leshan. We traveled with our dog and they were very kind to him at all times.

El propietario es muy atento. La habitación es limpia, buena iluminación y guapa. Vuelo de transporte gratuito : Ofrece un transporte gratuito entre la entrada Xiling y el hotel. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, pero el baño está muy congelado para duchar. La voz de AI exige: La televisión, las luces y el aire acondicionado también son compatibles con los comandos de voz de AI ”Tian mao JingLing”, que es muy conveniente.

Gracias por relaxC. Estamos llegando tarde y el personal del hotel es muy agradable para llegar al Centro Turístico porque no hay Didi en ese momento. Se nos ha acogido con té caliente. También pedimos que se salga tarde porque nuestro autobús está a las 5 pm. Después de comprobar, esperamos en el lobby y incluso nos sirven con pequeñas piezas y té/cafe. Definitivamente volverá. ❤️

來綿陽出差，選了這家連鎖梵拉圖酒店，體驗遠超預期。房間乾淨整潔，設施都是嶄新的，空調、WiFi 速度快，辦公完全沒問題。酒店位於涪城區核心區域，周邊辦事很方便，到綿陽站也衹要 10 來分鐘車程。房間內還準備了小零食，馬桶也是智能帶加熱的，對於半夜起來上廁所的我，真的很友好，衞生間也都是乾濕分離的，看的出酒店很貼心，價格在同地段酒店裡很能打，性價比很高，下次來綿陽還住這兒！
