MMengmei and Pete¡Qué hotel tan maravilloso! Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia, explorando esta increíble parte de la provincia de Sichuan. El hotel en sí era excelente: bien ubicado, limpio, con desayunos deliciosos y muchos detalles que marcaron la diferencia. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hizo que la estancia fuera excepcional fue el personal. Nuestros anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento, nos dieron consejos muy útiles y nos ayudaron a organizar el transporte a los distintos parques cercanos (a menudo llevándonos ellos mismos). No les supuso ninguna molestia.
Recomendaría esta región en general y este hotel en particular a cualquiera que busque unas fantásticas vacaciones al aire libre.

IInaz Ab.llahWe stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Shangqouai Valley, Siguniang, making it easy to get around.
The room was clean and comfortable, which is very important, especially when traveling with a baby.
The staff were extremely kind and attentive. They reminded us not to wet our hair while showering to reduce the risk of AMS. When our baby cried nonstop at night, the staff showed great concern — they offered to take our baby to the hospital and provided oxygen as they were worried about AMS.
We truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel is fantastic, it will definitely be my top choice when i visit Bipenggou again. The hotel surrounding & room is very beautiful. Room & bathroom are spacious, modern & nicely decorated, it offerred a super comfortable & relaxing stay. A dip in their indoor hotspring pool definitely enhanced the overall experience. Staffs are friendly and helpful, the hotel even peovide transfer service to & from the Bipenggou park entrance.

AAaronpiao開過一段幽靜的竹海小徑便來到守拙。前台小李姐姐熱情周到、細緻妥帖；進門即刻奉茶、提拿行李，娓娓道來守拙的獨特匠心，暖意自來。民宿兼具川西風骨與京都園林雅緻，一步一景皆藏巧思，木構木飾温潤質樸，讓人全身心擁入自然懷抱，靜享歸真之趣。
若求遠離喧囂、修身養性，守拙必是極好之選。大門口的話癆小鸚鵡和院子慵懶的貓咪小花不僅是小朋友的最愛也為守拙增添一份“家”的温暖。
更暖心的是途中小插曲：愛車輪胎漏氣未察，民宿大叔及時發現，又與管家王姓小哥哥火速相助、妥善處理，助我們平安歸家。這份貼心與擔當，遠超期待，感念於心。
擇守拙而居，得山水清歡，遇人間善意，此行圓滿，必再回訪。

UUsuario invitadoEn general, la experiencia fue excelente. La habitación era luminosa y estaba muy limpia, además de contar con todos los artículos de aseo necesarios. El personal fue amable y atento. La zona era conveniente para comer y desplazarse, tranquila y apacible, lo que me permitió dormir profundamente y disfrutar de una estancia muy confortable.

ZZuguoyiduohuaReservé este B&B un poco a ciegas, sin saber qué esperar, ¡pero resultó ser increíblemente bueno! Para empezar, es un hotel nuevecito, inaugurado en mayo de 2026. Además, a pesar de su reciente apertura, el servicio es impecable. El encargado, un chico joven, incluso ayudó a mis amigas a sacar fotos geniales bajo la lluvia. El conductor, un señor muy amable, no se cansó de llevarnos una y otra vez entre el hotel, las atracciones y el pueblo, y siempre nos recomendaba los mejores sitios para comer, preocupado de que mis amigas y yo no tuviéramos una mala experiencia. La chica de recepción también fue muy atenta, y la cocinera nos preguntaba constantemente si teníamos suficiente comida. Aunque nuestro objetivo principal era visitar el Valle de Jiuzhaigou, este B&B sin duda nos dejó una impresión profunda e inolvidable, poniendo el broche de oro a nuestro viaje. Muchas gracias de nuevo, si tengo la oportunidad, ¡volveré con mi familia!

WWai Kit KanWe had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good!
If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

TTripzeiraLa habitación del hotel es cómoda, pero la realidad es un poco diferente a los videos y fotos de la aplicación. La piscina de aguas termales no funcionaba, el lugar del desayuno estaba helado, lo que hace que la comida se enfríe minutos después de que la ponemos en el plato. De todos modos, tiene una buena variedad de comida para el desayuno. La calefacción por suelo radiante en la habitación fue la mejor parte. Además, la recepcionista fue muy servicial cuando necesité algo, nos comunicamos por WeChat. Otro punto bueno es que el hotel tiene un restaurante, por lo que no es necesario salir a buscar comida. Utilicé el servicio de traslado para ir al lugar pintoresco, también fue bueno.
