Nos alojamos en una habitación con vistas al río y desde la ventana podíamos ver Corea del Norte al otro lado del río Yalu (primera foto). Está a solo unos minutos a pie del río Yalu, lo que lo convierte en una opción ideal para pasear por la mañana y por la tarde y para ver el amanecer y el atardecer. El aparcamiento es increíblemente cómodo, con muchas plazas libres, ideal para quienes conducen. La vista nocturna del río es absolutamente impresionante, un lugar perfecto para tomar fotos; las luces son deslumbrantes y cada foto es una obra maestra. A mi amigo y a mí nos encantó este hotel. El servicio fue excelente; el registro fue rápido y respondieron con prontitud a todas nuestras necesidades. La zona de los alrededores es ideal para comer y comprar, lo que le da una excelente relación calidad-precio. ¡Sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo!

The experience was great, when we arrived Michael at conciege did my hubby a good one by upgrading our room, we got a spatacular ocean view with a balcony, this was a great kicker for my husband lol 😆, the overall experience was lovely, the breakfast was OK although you need to add more pastries to your menu, muffins, éclairs, cup cakes, petit fours, puff pastries and the likes, just to make the breakfast more interesting, orange juice was not there you only had two flavors which were not that nice pineapple and grapefruit. and please it's always good to acertertain what the guests needs and offer great service during breakfast, help the guest in acquiring things that the hotel is offering and go and little extra to provide a good service so that the guest is happy and they would cherish their stay at you hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in process was quick and effortless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning! The amenities were top-notch: strong Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the staff’s genuine care for guests. They truly made me feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — and I’ll definitely be coming back!

4號生日，想着出來放鬆一下，在精挑細選之後，入住了鞍山立山區的智選假日酒店，這也是我第一次入住這裏。我這次住的是2001房間，下面説一下整體的感受吧。 服務：酒店的服務質量還是很高的，有保障的。入住的時候，前台準確快速地為我辦理，在留下電子郵箱後，還送了我一小瓶雪碧。入住期間有東西需要打印，前台也是非常熱情地向我提供幫助，非常感謝。 衹是有一個小建議，想説一下，就是我的訂單裏面是有歡迎零食和深夜食堂服務的，但是在辦理入住的時候，前台並沒有告知這些，當時我也給忘了。到房間之後才想起來。不過聯繫了酒店之後，酒店也是第一時間告知了我深夜食堂的位置，並且用機器人把小零食送了上來。我想説的就是，如果下次能在辦理入住的時候提前告知一下就更好了。 衞生：我住的2001房間，衞生方面沒有什麼太大的問題，卧房挺乾淨的。不過在衞生間內，發現了兩處問題。 第一個問題就是，衞生間水龍頭和淋浴間的噴頭上都有比較明顯的水漬沒有清理乾淨（圖13+圖16）。 第二點，也是我覺得不應該出現的一點，那就是馬桶圈上有明顯的黃色污漬（圖14）……我不知道這黃色的污漬是什麼，我也不敢知道。還是希望酒店能夠加強這些細節上的清潔吧。 環境：酒店位於鞍山市立山區，雖然離站前商圈有一定的距離，但是交通還是比較方便的，坐公交或者打車什麼的都挺高效。大堂沒有我想象中那麼大，但是依然是整潔明亮，而且還有會客區域（圖2）。房間面積適中，沒有給人逼仄的感覺，環境這方面還是不錯的，值得點贊。 設施：這次入住，我最想説的其實是設施方面。先説我比較喜歡的一些點。 首先就是，房間內部配備了應急手電筒和消防面具還有保險櫃（圖8+圖15），這些都有效地提升了入住的安全性。 第二點，房間裏有小冰箱（圖10），雖然説現在這個季節可能用不上，但有總比沒有好，而且我就喜歡喝涼水，放冰箱裏麪冰一會兒，口感還是非常不錯的。 第三點就是，酒店有送物機器人（圖18），可以實現無接觸配送。機器人到門口的時候，房間裏的電話會響起來，提醒我們去取，還是比較方便的。 第四點就是，房間裏的椅子很舒服，材質不錯，能上下調節高度，前後調節角度。這個椅子應該是我住的所有酒店裡麪，舒適度最高的了，好評。 第五點，上樓需要刷房卡，沒有房卡的人是不能乘電梯到客房的，安全性這方面做的不錯，也是值得點讚的。 第六點就是，酒店有三部電梯，電梯裏面的空間很大，明顯比一般酒店的大很多。這算是個非常小的細節了。而對於我來説，就是這麼大的電梯空間讓我感到很敞亮，甚至更有安全感，也感受到了酒店的高級。 還有就是，酒店應該是有健身房的，好像是在4樓，但是這次我沒去，看圖片介紹，挺高級的，等以後如果還能再來，我再去看看。 説完了這麼多好的地方，現在我想再説説我認為一些不太好的地方，以及對一些設施方面的建議。 首先，酒店雖然有洗衣房，也是24小時免費開放，但是洗衣房內衹有一台洗衣機和一台乾衣機是好使的，另外還有兩台壞的不能用，而且洗衣房在這個價位的酒店中，略顯簡陋（圖20）。希望酒店能夠及時維修那兩台有故障的機器，要不現在能用的太少了，高峯期的時候可能根本洗不上衣服。 第二點就是，我住的這個2001房間，是雙床房，房間有一側的床頭沒有牀頭櫃。這個算是個小建議吧，如果可以的話，加上個牀頭櫃會更好一些，要不然多多少少會有些不方便（圖19）。 第三點問題出現在窗户上。我不知道其他房間是什麼樣的，至少是我住的2001房間，卧房的窗户離地面很近，雖然能打開的角度很有限，但是還是感覺不太安全。我印象中其他酒店的窗户都比較靠上，而且大多數都是有紗窗的。現在這個窗户的位置，如果有小孩子的話，可能防護起來就會比較麻煩，建議給窗户加上點兒防護措施（圖17）。 第四點問題就是，房間內部的電視清晰度不夠，看節目的時候比較模糊，不知道是不是衹是我住的房間有這個問題。我想説的是，這樣規模的酒店，還是應該把電視的清晰度提上去。雖然現在沒幾個人看電視了，但是既然有這個設施，還是可以做到更好的。 第五點是關於房間內迷你吧的。除了兩瓶礦泉水和茶葉之外，其他的飲料都是收費的。我倒不是指責收費的問題，我想説的是，就是那個價目表似乎可以做的更醒目一些。説實話，我剛進房間的時候，沒看到價目表，以為那就是可有可無的廣告呢。當時看到桌子上那些飲料，我第一反應真的是免費的，畢竟酒店的規模在這兒擺着。而且免費的水和收費的飲料放在一起，容易讓人誤認為這些東西都是免費的，可能拿起來就喝了。如果可以的話，建議優化一下，比如把收費的和免費的分開來放，或者是把價目表再做的更大一些，要不容易引起誤會（圖4）。 第六點是關於枱燈的，簡單説説吧。如果枱燈能調節亮度和高度就更好了。現在衹有那一種高度，有點兒不靈活。 整體就上面的這些。可以説，鞍山的這家智選假日還是非常好的，至少我還是很喜歡的。如果有機會，我可能還會選擇這裏，期待到時候能夠看到一個更好的智選假日，祝願酒店越辦越好。也謝謝鞍山智選假日，陪我度過了23歲的生日！

La habitación está equipada con instalaciones completas, el entorno es limpio, cerca del mar, ni a las nueve puertas ni a las aduanas de montaña, realmente bueno, es el fruto de mar hecho por el hotel de puertas de la zona, pero el desayuno es muy bueno

First of all , I struggled to find hotels in Jinzhou due to my age . I’m legally emancipated but not 18 yet so it was hard to find hotels convenient for me . Hopefully, I talked with the staff of the hotel and they handled this issue with immigration service . Secondly, I’m a foreigner and a lot of hotels don’t accept foreigners so I was so happy to find this one . The receptionist was patient and kind too . I had a good experience and will recommend to my friends. I hope I will come back soon 😊👌🏾
