One of the best homestay ever! Recommended to stay here. Both of the host are very nice and accomodate each of their guest. Even though we communicate using translator that’s not an issue. We have super fun stay and honestly we fell in love with snow village and sad to leave. The host arrange everything from transportation to our snow activities and even recorded and capturing video/photo for us. Just talk to them and they’ll arrange for you. They also offer warm tea/coffee and fruits! Very warm hospitality provided to the guest (feels like home). The bed and floor also warm. Great because the weather outside is super duper cold! Have a nice sleep ever. Deserve more than 5 stars!

คุณป้าคุณลุงและพี่สาวน่ารักมาก อบอุ่นเหมือนอยู่บ้านเลย ทั้งไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องจองที่พักแล้วไม่มีรถไปทางพี่สาวลูกของคุณป้าช่ยดำเนินการเรื่องรถให้ จากฮาร์บินไปแวะsnow towe และเข้าพักที่snow valley คุณป้าทำอาหารอร่อยถูกปากมาก มาอีาการหารเช้าให้ทานฟรี ถังหู่ลู่มีให้กินฟรีทุกวัน มีสาดน้ำร้อน มีการใช้ภาษา Eng ได้ดี และคุณป้าใช้แปลภาษาได้เก่งมากๆ ห้องพักสะอาด ขากลับคุณป้าให้น้ำกับขนมไว้กินระหว่างเดินทางด้วย ที่พักใกล้โคมแดง และเวที เดินเล่นง่าย อยากให้คนไทยมาช่วยกันอุดหนุน เพระาโฮมสเตชาวบ้านเค้าอยู่ได้เพราะนักท่องเที่ยว

Hotel was on the central street! Super convenient to head down to walk the street. It's also accessible via subway, but is a bit of walk. However the walk passes by a beautiful park so I think that's ok! Room size is alright, couldn't not open 2 lugagges fully flat on the floor but we could deal with it. Room is clean, the shower shampoo and soaps smelt great. Receptionist is helpful! Will book here again :)

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

The bosses are very friendly and fetched and send us from the yabulixi train station. Upon arrival to the homestay, lady boss free upgrade to a beautiful bigger room for us! I have been communicating with lady boss via WeChat xyxms999 before arrival and she helped us planned the full 5 days 4 nights itinerary including to horse ride, snow play, ski and xuexiang! They literally drive us around to and fro around by their chauffeur. We ordered TB and they help us pick up our stuff too They serve daily breakfast too The room is very new and is exactly as per the photos and housekeeping is awesome The bosses own a restaurant next door and serve super yummy authentic dong bei food that we had our dinner there every night! And they are so nice to give us a discount of the food… Even though this is a homestay but we feel that the service they offer was far so much better than a hotel. They have their big snow area with their own snow play with snow bike and snow car and snow slide and swing too Also they help us buy discounts tickets to all places of interest as well as loan ski gear at a discounted price too… My girls loved it so much that they wanted to go back again!

El hotel debe redoblar sus controles rutinarios del hardware de las habitaciones. Ni siquiera comprobaron si la cerradura digital de la habitación funciona antes de emitir la tarjeta digital al cliente. Nuestra cerradura digital no funcionó y nos dijeron que no hay batería en la cerradura digital. DIOS MÍO

Respite the hotel name containing the word international there is nothing international about this property as they were completely overwhelmed with our arrival. The first thing they did was drive us off to the police as they didn't know how to do the registration for foreigners. The rooms are good and well maintained and we got a delicious complimentary berry juice in the morning. The heating worked well and it was nice and warm inside the room. The location is superb and everything is within walking distance. The negative thing is that we needed some help during our stay and the reception area is always empty. The owners are impossible to find. Do not expect a single word of English to be spoken at this property. A lovely cat is around and is an admirable animal. Overall a good stay and I would stay again in the future. Good value!

Elegí este apartamento porque a los niños les gustaría tener una habitación con tobogán y jacuzzi. El apartamento es más pequeño que el anterior, incluso en el mismo edificio, y el precio es más caro que el del apartamento más grande. Hay demasiadas cosas dentro de la habitación, por lo que no está muy limpio y el espacio es limitado para guardar las maletas y moverse. No hubo respuesta del anfitrión antes del check-in hasta que casi quise cancelar la reserva. Pero respondió la noche antes del check-in y atendió mis preguntas. Mi hija perdió su teléfono en la piscina de bolas en la zona de toboganes justo antes de nuestro check-out. Teníamos prisa por llegar al aeropuerto, así que nos dimos por vencidos después de 30 minutos sin poder encontrar el teléfono entre las bolas. Le escribimos al anfitrión y le pedimos ayuda al personal de limpieza para buscarlo cuando hicieran la limpieza. Al principio, el anfitrión me dijo que había encontrado el teléfono, pero al día siguiente me volvió a decir que era el teléfono de otro huésped y que ya lo habían contestado. Así que no estoy seguro de si el anfitrión o el personal de limpieza son honestos o no. Usamos ”Encontrar mi teléfono” y el teléfono seguía en el edificio cuando nos informaron que lo habían encontrado. Nos alegramos mucho y solicitamos que nos lo enviaran. No esperaba que cambiara a ”No encontrado” después de eso. Perdí mi confianza y no recomendaré este apartamento a nadie.

La habitación es limpia y limpia, tranquila y tiene una sola vez. La chalefacción es muy característica, muy caliente, dorme especialmente. actually i book other room but accidently book wrong date luckly can change to other room. very clean room and so nice . host also easy to deal. can just wechat. the only problem got small stair to go the room. if u bring big lugage its quite hard. but overall ok.
