Hoteles con Aparcamiento en Región de Zanzibar Urban/West, Tanzania

Los lugareños no conocen el nombre de la casa de huéspedes que aparece en el sitio web (mkunazini), ya que utilizan un nombre diferente llamado Flamingo Guest House. Nunca pudimos comunicarnos con su número de teléfono. Sin embargo, la recepcionista fue muy amable y simpática, incluso trató de explicar el problema del teléfono. La habitación estaba casi arreglada y limpia.

Good location - in the center of everything in Stone town. They don’t have water coolers for clients - you have to go to the restaurant to refill. Also: it seems they bought another building. So they accommodated us in like 200 meters from main facility. Surely it’s kind of inconvenient but still ok.

La recepción ofrece una habitación que ya está en la habitación. A las 23:00 de la noche, cuando terminamos de estar, abrimos la puerta, ya había un hombre de mediana edad que estaba dormido en la cama, el hombre estaba espantado y muy enojado, y también nos sorprendió y nos sentíamos muy espantados. La recepción se disculpó por esos malentendidos y no nos disculpó. Después de cambiar de habitación, nuestra habitación doble se ha cambiado a una habitación grande. El hotel no explicó esto. Debido a la profundidad de la noche, renunciamos a cambiar de cama. Hay un sabor de salchichas en la habitación, y una botella de agua mineral terminada, que no se limpia. Hay muchos voladores en el restaurante durante el desayuno. Me siento muy descontento por esta experiencia de vivienda.

La ubicación es perfecta. A un corto paseo de las principales zonas de Stonetown. La piscina es preciosa y la vista desde la azotea, durante el desayuno, era realmente agradable por la mañana. La única pega: nos cambiaron a una suite y fue un error. Solo había una bañera vieja y estaba realmente sucia. Las habitaciones normales habrían sido mucho mejores, así que no mejoren. Por lo demás, tuvimos una estancia encantadora.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located to all Stone Town attractions. If there are any issues the front desk manager will do her best to rectify the situation. My only issue unfixable was the food or maybe It was the water they refill for the rooms. I recommend be on side of caution and drink only bottled water. Don't eat anything uncooked (salads juices made with ice etc.) And you won't spend most of your time in bathrooms.

La vuelta a Dar es Salam está cerca. El edificio del hotel tiene un sentido histórico. La habitación es grande y la ventana es el panorama del mar. El desayuno es muy bueno. El restaurante está en el balcón del mar.

Encantador - desde nuestra llegada a las 5 horas hasta nuestra salida 3 días después nos cuidamos tan bien. El hotel organizó la recolección del aeropuerto y se abrió con una tapita suave (puedes necesitar ayuda para encontrarla como en las calles estrechas de la vieja Stonetown). El hotel tiene tanto ambiente, lleno de antigüedades y vegetación lujosa. El desayuno está en el balcón de techo. La habitación es muy buena, pero no puedo creer que la limpieza sea de primera clase y la hospitalidad sea excelente.

Nos quedamos en el hotel, nos quedamos en el cuarto 224, y el olor a la ruina era demasiado grande.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, old style hostel but it was clean and some little hearts on the bed , small things to feel welcomed . The breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruits , juice , eggs salad ,coffee , tea . We really enjoyed our stay .

Room, Balcony, View from the room and Restaurant is really nice. But only one thing they need to improve in their reception customer service. Room I signed when I check in and Room I really received was different. They changed the room without notice. I asked why they said it's same room inside. But it was totally different. Changed room has no privacy at all. We have to close the window during the stay. And I asked for late check out when I check in. They told me to check last day in the morning. In last day, I asked again for 2hrs late check out. They refused my request even didn't check the system. Just say NO. I am very disappointed with their attitude. And when I checked the site there were plenty room left. As everyone knows Zanzibar is the holiday place. Most of 5 star hotels in holiday place, they run check out time very flexible due to flight time. No deserve to have 5 stars in customer service.
