I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

Very accessible and convenient location. Malls and terminal are just walking distance. There's no Grab services though, just the local transportation service liken to Grab. As expected for Sogo Hotels, hotel staffs are courteous, not all but most of them. Thank you.

Perfect location, very comfortable We checked out early and there was no water in the shower, also our room has electric kettle but other room has none. No teaspoon, if we want to make coffee. Otherwise it’s all good.

We had a good stay and the discounted price was an amazing value for money. The room was very spacious and with few sharp corners it was great to let our 1-year old baby run around the room. Breakfast and general helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The swimming pool area could be improved slightly, the paving around the pool was very slippery when wet.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Naga City! I booked a room for myself and my five kids, and they had so much fun at the pool. The food was also really good, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—just walking distance to E-Mall and Plaza Rizal in Naga City. The staff were accommodating, approachable, and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and well-organized. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Escogí este alojamiento porque era el más prestigioso de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Tiene fantásticas vistas desde la piscina y gimnasio. La amplia recepción con muebles de madera de calidad destacan igual que la capilla. El desayuno es extremadamente variado y rico. Sin embargo, la habitación no se sentía tan acogedora. Desde dentro no se veía el volcán Mayón de frente, había que salir del balcón, sin muebles, y asomarse bastante hacia la izquierda. Las sábanas olían bien menos la almohada decorativa que olía muy mal. La ducha tenía signos de cal y el baño en general parece que lo limpien muy por encima. Habría también que cambiar el inmobiliario de la zona de desayuno, no es estéticamente bonito que las sillas sean de plástico transparente. Desde Tripcom hay un error pone que es un hotel de cinco estrellas pero realmente no lo es y se nota. A pesar de todo esto, sin duda me volvería a alojar en este sitio por su personal y desayuno. También por las ofertas gastronómicas a lo largo del día. Hay que tener en cuenta que este hotel se supone que es el mejor de Legazpi.

The room was spacious and clean with a big bed and good AC. The TV connects to Netflix and YouTube which was nice for relaxing. The shower was disappointing - it was barely a stream of water and the temperature fluctuated a lot. But everything else was fine! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged for our laundry to be done quickly which was very convenient. Our room wasn’t refreshed with water each day and we had to ask for more toilet roll but maybe this was because we came back to the room throughout the day to rest. There’s not much in the surrounding area in terms of shops (there is a 7/11 close by) and restaurants but the hotel provides a free buffet breakfast and you can pay for a buffet lunch/dinner if you like, although it becomes repetitive quickly Overall a very comfortable stay for a short period of time!
