The hotel was amazing! The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed very comfortable. The amenities, specially the onsen, were great. The staff was very helpful and nice. Also it’s interesting that the hotel is inside the stadium. Plus, the breakfast buffet had many choices and all of them were very good. Would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nagasaki station (about or less than ten minutes walking) and a five minute walk to the bus station that has buses that go to Fukuoka airport, Kumamoto, etc. It's a standard Japanese business hotel that is basically clean, spacious enough, and the staff is efficient and will help with the self check-in kiosks. There are FREE luggage lockers in the lobby that guests can use prior to checking in at the hotel starting around 3 or 4 pm (I forgot the exact time).

Places of interest easily accessible by tram as there is a tram station near the hotel. Staff are super helpful.

Stayed one night in this hotel, the interior is new and clean. The mini self service cafe at the reception is very welcoming, they even provide take away cup for guests to bring the coffee/tea to the room, I find this is a thoughtful gesture. This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one. I personally like the public bath a lot, especially the outdoor pool. The room has the body wash and shampoo, other toiletries can be self service from the reception. Not forget about the location, just a stone throw away from 2 tram stations, basically you could travel around Nagasaki from these 2 tram stations. One thing worth mentioning is, the bus no 5 that goes to Inasa-yama park cable care and slope care station, is just few minutes from the hotel, which is a pleasant surprise and saves me a lot of time when I was trying to find my way to the park. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, highly recommend it!

Llegué a la estación de Nagasaki alrededor de las 11 de la noche. Cuando llegué, la plaza frente a la estación estaba cercada para trabajos de construcción, por lo que el camino era un poco sinuoso. El hotel está al otro lado de la calle y es muy conveniente tomar el paso elevado. Hay una tienda especializada en Katsura al lado, por lo que es muy conveniente comprar recuerdos ~ Instalaciones: Todo lo que necesitas, puedes conseguir un humidificador. Higiene: Los pasillos y habitaciones están muy limpios. Servicio: La recepción es cálida y educada, y el procedimiento de registro es rápido y conveniente.

Estabamos apuntando este hotel a otras cadenas como Dormy Inn y Candeo Hotels. La oferta de Richmond es que pagas menos pero tienes menos instalaciones. El hotel es un hotel de calidad y ofrece un servicio de salud a los holandeses que visitan Japón hace un tiempo, ya que Nagasaki fue el primer lugar con el que entraron en contacto. Es un hotel de cadena típico, pero se encuentra a lo largo del bar y la calle de la vida nocturna, aunque los acontecimientos que ocurren alrededor de esa calle no nos molestó, creo que el precio se reduce debido a la ubicación del lugar.

Very attentive staff, will greet us whenever we walkion and out of the hotel and always ready to serve. Very helpful staff when I fell sick and my wife asked them for help, they readily provided information. Generally the team at the hotel are for nice people. We had a pleasant stay although I wasn't well.

La ubicación es buena, la estación de tranvía está justo enfrente. Se puede ir andando a tiendas y restaurantes. Las instrucciones de aparcamiento deberían estar en el correo electrónico de confirmación de la reserva. Dimos vueltas y vueltas para buscar aparcamiento en el hotel, sin saber que el hotel está en la galería comercial. Paramos el coche en una esquina y uno de nosotros fue al hotel a preguntar, y entonces nos dimos cuenta de que teníamos que aparcar en el aparcamiento público que había enfrente del hotel. El personal del hotel nos dio un mapa con las tres zonas de aparcamiento, pero la letra del mapa es demasiado pequeña y borrosa, así que acabamos pasando por alto el aparcamiento más cercano al hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything about this hotel just worked. The room was clean, spacious and properly laid out. And the amenities were fantastic. From the natural hot spring to the massage chairs to the free refreshments and free evening (small) ramen. There is a shopping mall across the road (AMU Plaza) and also a tram stop a stone throw away. The breakfast was good but nothing to write about. And if that’s not close enough, there is a 7-Eleven next door (and connected to the hotel).

A perfect short walk from the station, we were happy with reception and the big room. Everything we needed was there. Breakfast was included which was more to Japanese taste - western choices were offered yet not to our taste - (coffee, bread, croissant etc). Price/ performance was good - we would book again
