The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. Muy estratégica ubicación. Todo cerca. Puedes encontrar comida, compras en un edificio. Pasar Bawah también en el mismo edificio coz ahora en renovación. Cada vez que llego a Riau me quedaré aquí

Just had a pleasant stay at Dafam Hotel in Pekanbaru, Indonesia for 6 days. One of the things I loved most was the spacious room; plenty of space to move around and relax. The wide window gave me a stunning view of the city, including a clear shot of the iconic bridge, with no tall buildings blocking the view. It felt open and peaceful. The location is super convenient; just across the road there’s an Indomaret for all your quick needs, and I found a few coffee shops nearby serving really good brews (yes, coffee lovers, you’ll be happy here). On top of that, the hotel staff were wonderful; always helpful and ready to assist with anything I needed during my stay. Overall, Dafam Hotel offered a comfortable, scenic, and convenient stay. Would definitely come back to Dafam Pekanbaru

The hotel location is on great location, near mall easy ti access. Recommende to stay at this hotel if you come for business trip amd family trip. Employee is friendly.

Nos quedamos por 2 noches. El hotel está situado en simpang 4. El hotel dispone de un desayuno buffet para 2. Además del restaurante situado en el nivel 1, hay una piscina donde se puede bañar. Total de pisos disponibles r 14 que incluyen el parque de pisos n G=lobby La cabeza de la ducha de la habitación es buena presión ... El cone de aire está refrigerado ... Utilizar Grab es grande donde puedes ordenar comida y transporte convenientemente. Situación a unos 6 km del aeropuerto. Oposite the best Padang Cuisine=Paggi Sore Mejor Mall= Vivir World= a unos 7 km.

The hotel located less than 10 mins from Airport and they provided free airport shuttle as well. Not only that, there were many eateries around just next to the hotel such as Bakery shop, Indomaret. The room was clean, have a nice view (need to request higher floor), good water pressure for showering. The only downside were the AC was not cool enough during my stay and the room was a bit small. Hope the hotel can fix the AC. The breakfast buffet was decent and have a lot of variety. Overall, it was worth my penny and decent stay.

It's a convinience place to stay. Easier to go anywhere for food hunter and shopping. Staff is excellent. For next holiday for sure I will choose this hotel again.
