I recently stayed at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully located on Denarau Island, with stunning beachfront views, spacious rooms, and well-maintained facilities. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The pools were excellent, especially for families, and the beachfront setting provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Fijian atmosphere. The food and beverage options were good, with a variety of choices available. The breakfast selection was enjoyable, and the resort’s restaurants offered beautiful views, particularly during sunset. Overall, Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa is an excellent destination for both families and couples looking for a relaxing island getaway. I would highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Nadi Fiji was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was well maintained, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. We had such a great time and created beautiful memories during our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fiji — we would definitely love to come back again! 🌺🌴✨

The Food and Services are both excellent. We order smoked duck breast, Rib eye steak and oysters at Fish Bar, Server is passionate, professional and friendly, especially Sila, she is helpful and kind. She even arranged other member of staff to sing a farewell song for us.

¡Ojalá nos hubiéramos quedado más tiempo! Lo usamos para una escapada de una noche antes de tomar un ferry a las islas. Sin embargo, después de nuestra estancia, recomendamos alojarse aquí y hacer excursiones de un día a las islas. Excelente ubicación, a solo 10 minutos en autobús del puerto del ferry. Uno de los mejores desayunos que hemos probado en todo el mundo: variedad y frescura. La habitación era fantástica, amplia y limpia. Nos encantó que el agua del grifo estuviera filtrada y que la botella reutilizable gratuita fuera un detalle muy agradable. No pudimos usar la piscina por tan poco tiempo, pero tenía muy buena pinta. ¡Lo recomendamos encarecidamente!

A very VERY strange experience here I must say.. I arrived at the 28 bed dorm room (even though trip.com said it was 10 bed) and there was no sign of any other life in the dorm at all. Most of the beds looked like they had been made months ago and nobody had slept in them since because they were covered in a layer of dust and dirt.. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and they said I’m the only one booked in so I just accepted it as it was. However, later on when I was sitting the bar a member of staff approached me and told me I had been upgraded (because supposedly the dorms weren’t clean due to a big group having checked out yesterday) so I ended up spending two nights in a luxurious Bure, the first night shared with someone else who was booked in for the dorms. The Bure was beautiful and spotless and I am very grateful for the upgrade. The outside shower was also very nice! The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from! Eggs, sausages, beans, bread, cakes, yogurts, fruit, multiple cereals, tea, coffee and juice, one morning there were pancakes. The only downsides to this resort is they don’t have any activities or excursions of their own and they direct you to the hotel further along - I did snorkelling there which costs $75 - the whole thing felt rushed in my opinion and the trip wasn’t worth the money. We got barely any time in the water and there was no time to stop and observe anything, seemed like the guys on the boat just wanted to get it all over and done with as fast as possible.

Check in was after 3pm, check out 10:30 , and you have to get the towel from the reception. Too many rules  plastered in the room as if you are going to rob them. A deposit of FJD50 in cash is required (no drinks in the room whatsoever, just instant coffee). I asked if I can check out before 12nn but was allowed only up to 11am. When I went back to get my luggage, the lady told me that I was supposed to have checked out already, without even asking if I already did. Only the cleaning staff were helpful. Would not recommend.

Esto no está a la altura de un resort de 5 estrellas. En general, es una estancia agradable, pero demasiado cara y no esperes el lujo de un 5 estrellas. Desafortunadamente, no ha mantenido el mantenimiento que ha necesitado a lo largo de los años. Negativos - Tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado y dormí sin aire acondicionado, nos cambiaron de habitación para solucionar este problema. - Tenía una fuga encima de nuestra ducha en ambas habitaciones. - La nevera estaba rota en ambas habitaciones. - falta de toallas para la piscina para varios huéspedes, intenté conseguir una toalla para la piscina en varias ocasiones para que me dijeran que estaban fuera. Cuando finalmente conseguimos algunos, estaban manchados. - falta de equipo de snorkel para los huéspedes, desafortunadamente no pudimos bucear porque siempre estaban afuera. Hablamos con otros invitados que fueron y compraron algunos porque tampoco pudieron conseguirlos. - el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones es muy ruidoso - el acceso a Internet se interrumpe constantemente - No podíamos ver televisión porque Internet no funcionaba para Netflix en la televisión y nos dijeron que solo podíamos verla en teléfonos o iPads. - Los menús de comida en la habitación están sucios y desmoronándose. Positivos - la mayoría del personal es muy amable - La piscina solo para adultos es tranquila y silenciosa. - buena variedad de actividades y cosas que hacer en el hotel - El personal es muy útil cuando necesitas cosas. De hecho, intentamos reembolsar el final de nuestra estadía para poder irnos. No se lo recomendaría a la gente y solo sé que si te quedas aquí, es más como un resort de 3 a 4 estrellas.

Quite place away from the crowds and busy centre. The resort is near the beach, which has very clear sea water. The waves are blocked by the coral reef, so the water stays calm. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, but a change of menu, at least once a week would be great.

We booked delux room but was upgraded to entire apartment on ground floor. It was clean, spacious living area, full kitchen facilities, AC and ceiling fans in bedroom & living area & laundry facilities. Bathroom was tiny, with window (no exhaust fan), 24hr hot water with good pressure. Tea & coffee was provided but no bottled water. There are security grills & fly nets on all windows & doors. Main entrance gate to property is remote operated provided with key. No signage at the property with its name. The property manager provided the contact for good taxi driver. There is a burger king & few restaurants within 5 min walk. Shopping mall 10 min walk with supermarket, local bus stop, taxi stand, restaurants and other shops. If you book cultural village tour or island cruise, shuttle pick-up will be at the shopping mall area.
