One reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome. Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance. For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

Hace mucho tiempo que vivía en China, la última vez que salió de Aksu, vio la publicidad del aeropuerto, y esta vez lo probó. Reservar un día antes de la cita, era yo solo. Cuando llegaba al hotel para ir al baño, salía del auto y el maestro del conductor me ayudó a llevar la maleta al hall. No hay problema en vivir, el desayuno está bien hecho, y el día se oyó al gerente optimizar el desayuno en el terreno, y aprovechar este estilo de trabajo.

首先是位置好，去喀納斯交通中心走過去幾分鐘。早上起來出去走走，沒想到一兩百米就到了喀納斯河，沿着河走走，感覺特別好，還看見了兩衹狐狸。其次是房間不錯，睡得很舒服。再次老闆人很好，我提出拆床墊塑料布的要求，回來後果然已經拆掉了，梳化床也鋪好了，走的時候還一再要給我路上帶水。另外，早餐也不錯。好評點贊👍

El entorno del hotel es bueno, la habitación es muy limpia y cómoda, ofrece un único aparcamiento de caballos, el estacionamiento es conveniente, el desayuno es rico (pero es necesario exigirlo gratis) la actitud del servicio es buena, mejor aún, ayuda a sugerir que la línea de juego de la cocina es mejor, el hotel está un poco alejado del centro, Es bueno para los conductores, parecen más estándar en su gestión, es que el agua de mi habitación no es demasiado caliente ni grande, ¡tiene que mejorar!

Ubicación: Ubicado en el sur de Altay, cerca del Aeropuerto de Xuedu, con cómodos traslados y fácil acceso a las atracciones del norte de la ciudad. Instalaciones: El hotel cuenta con una distintiva decoración con piedras preciosas, herrajes de alta calidad y una amplia gama de dispositivos inteligentes, incluyendo instrucciones de escaneo de códigos QR por video. La mayoría de las plantas cuentan con servicio de lavandería, lo que lo hace muy práctico para los viajeros. Limpieza: Inauguradas en los últimos dos años, las habitaciones son luminosas, limpias y frescas. Servicio: Los ganchos del minibar están cuidadosamente ubicados. La recepcionista, Adi, fue cálida y atenta, brindándole una guía paciente.

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, well thought out, and modern. The room was comfortable and high-tech, and it was clear that a lot of attention was given to guests’ convenience. I would especially like to thank the girls at the reception. They were very kind, helpful, and attentive, and they always assisted us with every question we had. Thanks to them, our stay felt even more pleasant and comfortable. We would be happy to stay here again.

Had another night stay here before heading back, and just adding on to my earlier review—still a consistently good experience overall. One thing I forgot to mention earlier was that we actually stored our luggage at the hotel for about 10 days while we travelled around. Xiao Mi helped us arrange and store everything securely in a locker, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the trip. Overall, still a very smooth and reliable stay with thoughtful service from the team.

The location is good because it is not far from the expressway, and there are both slow and fast EV charges available at the hotel, the check-in process was not as smooth as other hotels as per my experience, they did not add the Wechat in advance which led to slower communication. The amenities were not good because we booked a room for three, but they only included items for two people, even after requesting for extra drinking water, we only got two more bottles, the washroom was not completely clean because we found strands of hair and the drain was not completely unclogged, it is still value for money based on the price I paid.
