We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Hotel. The suite is just perfect for me, hubby and sister. The room is spacious and clean. The counter staff were helpful and responsive. Love.the happy hour! The bartender was sweet to let us sample the different types of beers. The restaurant service was fast and the food was hearty and yummy. If you have plans to join a day tour, Best Western is one of the pick-up point otherwise the walking to the St Brooke Pier is just 10 mins away. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

Era mucho más grande de lo que parecía en la foto, con techos altos y una sensación de amplitud. La cama era blanda y la ducha tenía calentador, lo cual era perfecto. Me alojé por 2 noches y limpiaron la habitación adecuadamente, cambiaron las toallas y hicieron la cama. Aunque no me reponían los artículos de tocador de champú y jabón, sentí que me darían otros nuevos si les dejaba una carta. También había un microondas, platos, hervidor y café. Era la primera vez que me alojaba en un motel, pero pude dormir profundamente y quedé satisfecho con lo limpio que estaba.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent — even better than some four-star hotels we’ve stayed in. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious. The only small issue was that we could sometimes hear people talking in the hallway. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aunque no hay desayuno Pero buena ubicacion Y rentable Amplio aparcamiento La seguridad La tienda también está muy limpia. Actitud cálida, proporcionar folleto de información turística local. Y la cena es buena

El hotel está muy bien situado en Bicheno, a un paseo de la noche, a un precio ligeramente diferente de nuestras expectativas en términos de limpieza de la habitación y su configuración básica, supongo porque es un antiguo complejo de motel. Tú te pones en pie para las comodidades, incluyendo la hermosa crema de mano y cuerpo y la zona de ducha no vacía, como muchos otros hoteles tienen los problemas de irrigación 👍 Ok servicio al check-in como también es el contador para el bar y las bebidas para el pub, Eso es un poco de servicio de espera y de rush.

Great location, clean and cozy I forgot to submit the ID for the check in progress but they are very helpful and help me to process although it was late (flight delay coz us reached at midnight) Really appreciate it.

Overall, it is worth it, but would be nice if the other customers in the opposite rooms weren’t noisy. Hotel should limit the number of guests with room. For example, the people in my adjacent and opposite rooms have more guests than the actual bed. So noisy all night until morning.

Hotel de calidad, en una ubicación privilegiada.

El Waterloo Hotel, por lejos, dispone de las mejores instalaciones del hotel en nuestra habitación y de la mejor vista de la ventana del mar. El cuarto es amplio para hasta cuatro camas. Aunque hemos pedido 3 camas; 2 solteros y 1 cama de tamaño real. El hotel dispone de una amplia gama de servicios, como el de la cocina, la cocina, las muebles, las placas, el telefónico de electricidad, el ascensor y el calefacción. Buena iluminación y calefacción.

Not bad hotel. But there were no tea bags, no milk. Cutlery looks extremely poor. All was from different set, some from hiking set. Also a lot of dust on the bathroom lights. To fix these problems will cost almost nothing, but it will improve the impression. And the final problem is parking. If you return late, there will be no parking place for you.
