Request a room far away from lift, then I got a last number of the floor but actually close to lift which only separated from the lift by one staircase. Poor sound insulation, all people walk through door can be heard.

The location was great. The toilet and shower was a bit cramped but did the job. Towel rails and wall hooks would have been nice. I’m an old bloke so hate all this AI generated garbage with no reply emails

Las habitaciones son limpias y limpias pero pequeñas, algunos huéspedes se quejaron del ruido de las puertas de lanzamiento y de las luces que pasan por las brechas que rodean la puerta de la habitación.

Second stay at Nightcap Riverside. Price point was my main motivation, I paid $130 for the night. Rooms are very comfortable, clean, well equiped, well heated .Renovated. Bed was very comfortable, black out blinds good. Hotel internet signal strong and good speeds. Location is about 5 kms north of the CBD, need a car.  a 20 minute drive from the airport. Meals at the Riverside Tavern next door typical pub meals, large servings and reasonable quality. A small convenience store just across the road, a Woolworths supermarket about a 3 minute drive away. Some noise from the highway nearby, but quiet during the night. Fair bit of noise early ( circa 6 am on ) as early morning workers driving past, and quite a few “ tradies “ stay at Nightcap Riverside and start early. Didn’t bother me as I rise early also, but don’t expect a sleep in.  Overall, very good value for the price point.

Waterloo Hotel, by far has the best hotel facilities in our room and the best window view of the sea. The room is spacious for upto four beds. Though we asked for 3 beds; 2 singles and 1 queen size bed. Kitchen facilities, utensils, mugs; plates were adequate; electricity power phone charging were  and located at easy to reach places. Spacious Toilet was excellent with adjustable shower host for standing shower; plus bath tub; and heater. Good lighting and heating. Well recommended.

Not bad hotel. But there were no tea bags, no milk. Cutlery looks extremely poor. All was from different set, some from hiking set. Also a lot of dust on the bathroom lights. To fix these problems will cost almost nothing, but it will improve the impression. And the final problem is parking. If you return late, there will be no parking place for you.

No puedo quejarme de mi reserva de último minuto durante las vacaciones de la escuela ocupada. La habitación es limpia, espacial con buen WiFi (alojado en la habitación 11 con lavandería a la puerta).

酒店環境特別好，靠近湖邊，免費停車，車子可以停在房間門口，房間裏面裝潢一般，有點簡陋，但是早餐很不錯，需要自己在菜單中點一份，我們點了價格最貴的一套，超值！但是廚房要現做，要等很久，時間緊的，可以先派人提前去點餐，再回去收拾行李退房。

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to do business with. Rooms were very clean and modern. The shower was easy to use and worked well. I enjoyed the experience. Only minor observations, the hotel is fairly old and the soundproofing standards, from outside traffic and other rooms, is imperfect. I'm glad I chose the ”away from elevators” option when selecting a room. Also, finding a spare power point to plug my charger into was tricky. I had to move the tv to get at the only plug in the room. They obviously expect you to plug the electric kettle into the sockets in the bathroom. On a personal note, an additional handrail in the shower, closer to the shower head would have been handy for me.
