Habíamos reservado una habitación con baño compartido y nos ofrecieron un upgrade gratuito a una con baño privado. La habitación es muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda, la piscina del hotel, aunque no es enorme, es suficiente, dispone de zona para comer exterior. El desayuno que ofrece el alojamiento por 10$ es abundante y bueno. Nosotros lo cogimos una de las mañanas con el extra de bacon y huevos y solo con el extra ya nos hubiera sido suficiente gracias a sus generosas porciones. Para los precios de Australia es muy recomendable desayunar aquí

Lovely clean old Queensland building in a great location, With a relaxed atmosphere , sit out on the front porch and watch the city start to wake up. Will definitely be staying again.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 night paying over $800. Plus had to pay $200 deposit. 20 mins after checking in and storing my belongings into the hotel room. The manager had knocked on my door and falsely accused me of smoking ********* in his hotel. Much to his surprise I was telling the truth and he apologized for the accusation. Upon check out day. I cleaned the floors and all the rest of it. Took pictures for evidence of room when checked out. Realised i hadnt been refunded my $200. asked for my deposit refund as it hasn't been put back into my account. Manager denied paying me my deposit back and claimed that he had to pay his cleaners extra for the extra 40 mins they took to clean UNDER our beds. Which he never stated that would be a reason to withhold my full refund. I left the room clean, no damages to property upon checkout, As manager instructed. I proved I certainly wasn't smoking ********* in his hotel. Completed a complaints form about his customer service as he still refusing to give me my $200 deposit. Will never stay there again.

The service was very friendly, the owners and staff are eager to assist with any requests and like to get to know their clients, hence we rebooked on two other occasions. There is no food, but good food outlets and takeaways nearby. There is tea/coffee, biscuits and a microwave, plates & cutlery, mugs, water & wine glasses. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are a good size with air-con, TV & couch- all the usual extras, shampoo, shower gels, hair dryer, iron and small wardrobe. The bathrooms are very small but work for short stays. Swimming pool available, which we did not use due to short stay. Private car parking is off road and surprisingly quiet due to proximity to the main road. City is within walking distance. I realise that the motel is of an older style, however one tiny concern for older folks is the small step in and out of the bathroom especially if using at night and a step from the car up to the path outside the room. Perhaps a reminder to 'mind the step' - or a Fluro strip to make it obvious might avoid a 'trip'. The prices are very affordable.

El hotel estaba limpio y ordenado, con instalaciones completas y una ubicación decente. Sin embargo, la recepción no estaba abierta las 24 horas, como suele ocurrir en la mayoría de los hoteles económicos de la zona, lo que dificultaba la consigna de equipaje. Después de las 16:00, no se podía recoger el equipaje en recepción, ya que estaba cerrada. Si tiene una excursión planeada el día de salida, debe planificar cuidadosamente la consigna de equipaje. Además, reservamos el hotel porque tenían comida china, pero el restaurante chino estaba cerrado desde el domingo por la tarde hasta el martes por la mañana (no recuerdo el horario exacto), así que no pudimos comer allí. Sugiero especificar el horario del restaurante chino en la descripción del hotel.

Well, what can I say, we booked a “Deluxe” room, if it was 1960, I suppose it would be “Deluxe”, plus points, the room was clean, there was a microwave a kettle and tea and coffee free, a toaster also two bowls and plates, negatives, the bathroom was tiny, the sink in the bathroom was minuscule, the shower was a little smelly and had a shower curtain, you know the ones that attack you as soon as you turn on the shower, we were travelling down to Airlie beach from Cairns, if I was a truck driver or rep, I suppose it would be sufficient, we like a little more luxury, the bed linen was really nice a freshly laundered, you’re right next to the Bruce Highway so it’s noisy all night with trucks up and down, we paid $138 I’m not sure if that’s cheap or not? There’s not a lot to do in Ingham, not many restaurants to speak of, we tried fish and chips which was ok really, would I go back, unless I was driving a truck, no I wouldn’t but for an overnight stop on a long journey 👍🏻

Muy bien por el precio. Habitación muy amplia y bastante cómoda. La cama tiene ruedas y suelo de baldosas, así que se mueve con facilidad. Ubicación práctica, con una zona comercial y muchos restaurantes justo enfrente. Me pareció extraño que se pidiera a los huéspedes que vaciaran la basura de la habitación en contenedores más grandes fuera de recepción y que lavaran, secaran y guardaran toda la vajilla y los cubiertos usados. Se proporciona detergente y paños de cocina, pero los platos se lavan en el lavabo del baño.
