Our family of three was traveling to Halifax and finally booked this motel. Very nice quiet environment with a beautiful view of the river. The service staff was very nice. I will go again if I have the chance.

Office was closed upon arrival around 6:30 p.m but a knock at the door was all we had to do. George was quick to show us to our room by the office. Quiet location, backs onto the harbour. Very clean room. Great towels and beds and pillows. Small fridge with tea pot and Creamy instant Nescafe packets and simple instant Nescafe packets with paper cups but no stir sticks or sugar or creamers but we had our own spoon and sweetrner if needed.They have a hair dryer and iron and ironing board if needed. A chair and mirror with table to get ready while your friend is showering would be helpful in our case but not necessary. Just 2 women and o e bathroom...well, you understand. Very pleasant establishment. Clean room, friendly staff, good food for a dinner takeout and breakfast the next morning. We came in around 8pm from long ride and was greeted with a smile and an offer for takeout dinner from the restaurant on sight when it closed at 9pm. Room was clean, hot shower with good pressure, comfortable beds with warm bedding, good working A/C and a beautiful balcony view, all reasonably priced. Breakfast next morning was friendly, accommodating, fresh and better than a typical hotel included breakfast. Wonderful restaurant atmosphere and design! It was unclear to me when I booked online that a “physical” credit card was required to use for a damage deposit. *I had loaded my credit card to my wallet on my iPhone & left the physical card @ home. (I don’t carry a purse, so this was a great option for me). The motels policy was credit card to use as a damage deposit…NO exceptions 😱 I had offered to use cash, but, was told no 😱😱 It just so happened that I had a credit card tucked away in my glove box or I would have been out of luck…would not have been allowed to check in & would have lost $400 on the room rental. SO…beware travellers!!

Este hotel de madera Recuperación es una de las mejores residencias geográficas de la ciudad de Budk. Está a pie cinco minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. El otro lado es el supermercado, la tienda de conveniencia, el Museo de Dabel y el puerto del lago Brador, y es muy conveniente conducir por sí mismo la calle Carbert, El estacionamiento en el aire libre, el automóvil y el automóvil doméstico no están bajo presión. El edificio es un estilo Victoria, típico de la costa atlántica, con un ambiente completo, la habitación conserva vestidos y muebles de tejido, la cama es muy suave y el estilo de la habitación con balcón independiente puede sentarse a la vista para tomar café. Componiendo un restaurante y un bar, la mayoría de los platos locales de frutas de mar son sencillos, el rodillo de dragón y la sopa de frutas de mar son muy deliciosos.Hay lavandería automática en una cama. El antiguo edificio no tiene cajas de alquiler, el equipaje de alto nivel es incómodo; el espacio sin señal WiFi es débil; la base estándar de protección de la habitación es cambiar los toallas, la caída limpia y la profundidad es menor; el desayuno es un punto de pago único, no funciona cuando vivimos; El viejo aislamiento de sonido puede oír el sonido de arriba, y el guardia no tiene viento.

Si estás planeando hacer el Cabot Trail, y no empezando en Sydney, este es un gran lugar para quedarse antes de empezar el coche. Las habitaciones son confortables y tranquilas, y el lavandería en el lugar era grande - nos ha ahorrado mucho tiempo tratando de encontrar uno en los próximos días. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el desayuno es uno de los mejores en nuestro viaje hasta ahora, con mucho fruto fresco.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Parking and Wi-Fi were both excellent. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—you order it the night before by scanning a QR code, and in the morning it’s ready to pick up. It was generous, delicious, and really well prepared. The host was also very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

i was a little bit reluctant because of the low rating in google, but when we had our stay there, it wasnt bad at all. the only thing that id say wasnt really good was the breakfast. not much to choose from, and the poor taste of coffee. Nevertheless, for its price, id stay here again.

I always have a good experience at this motel. It is just down the road from my daughter’s home so very convenient. It is comfortable and cozy. My room was a housekeeping unit so would be convenient for a longer stay to cook a few meals in the unit.  The bed was very comfortable.
