Excelente ubicación, el personal fue muy servicial y tuvo actividades para los niños el fin de semana. El safari fue increíble.

El Palacio es perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia. El servicio brindado por el personal fue excelente y todos estaban sonriendo y ansiosos por ayudar. Nuestras habitaciones estaban limpias con bocadillos y bebidas. Lo único que faltaba era un cepillo de dientes y pasta de dientes en su baño. El desayuno buffet en el Palace es una buena variedad y el servicio durante el desayuno fue increíble. Alojarse en el palacio es fácil llegar a pie a todas las actividades que ofrece Sun City y siempre hay autobuses de enlace que lo llevan de regreso a donde necesita estar. Recomendaría quedarse en lugar de una visita de un día para poder explorar completamente y descansar bien por la noche.

Unfortunately staff was not helpful, porters just steer at us , i was traveling with elder people and they did not help us with the luggage, refused to walk 5 car to get the luggage I informed the front desk and still they did nothing, overall activities were good and well organized , safari and balloon. Unforgettable experience, breakfast buffet was average to the price paid , beautiful location and very convenient. Hopefully management train staff in hospitality to a better standard .

We had an amazing stay at Kwa Maritane! The rate included half board and two thrilling game drives. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Kwa Maritane for a perfect safari getaway.

El hotel de cinco estrellas en Sun City tiene un buen estilo en general. No es un hotel designado para el grupo turístico. El desayuno esta bien. Está cerca del centro comercial y conveniente para todos los lugares.

La habitación es amplia y cómoda, el entorno exterior es elegante, el piso es **, y el restaurante chino, las instalaciones son más antiguas, no hay asientos chinos, el cargamento de teléfonos móviles es incómodo.

El personal fue muy bueno y muy útil, aunque parece estar constantemente formando nuevos reclutas. En general, se siente relajado. El hotel es el mejor hotel de la ciudad, pero no se siente como una Protea de primera clase.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the place is quiet and not too busy. I enjoyed the swimming pool, but it can do with a little bit of cleaning by removing insects and leaves that keep floating around. I enjoyed my stay and willing to go back ❤️
