La habitación es muy amplia, el servicio es bueno, gracias a todos por ayudar. La ubicación es también muy conveniente, el servicio al cliente es muy bueno todos los días, una vez que viene a Dallas, también escogerá aquí.

亂收費！！！ 本來這是一個無功無過的酒店，房間乾淨舒適，關鍵是位置優越，離美術館、自然博物館都不太遠，其它沒什麼特別的特色。早餐一般，有水果，但沒有蔬菜沙拉。但是離開結賬時卻讓我大為困惑甚至更不好的感覺。第一天早餐後男服務員就讓簽單，我説我的客房是含早餐的，服務員説沒關係，衹要簽了就行，前台會知道。我就簽了，二人52刀。第二天，早餐我們同樣選擇的是自助，女服務員給我們每人端了一杯蘋果汁。臨走也拿來賬單，放下單就離開了，我看也沒看就簽了。不仔細看就簽單是沉重的教訓！！！結賬時我發現多了30刀，問什麼錢？前台説是5號的早餐小費。我説我吃自助，服務員衹是主動倒了兩杯蘋果汁，我沒有給小費。難道她就要主動在賬單上填20刀小費？這樣合理嗎？錢，我可以付，因為怪我沒看單而且簽字了，我得認賬。但是我就是要問他這樣合理嗎？前台把餐廳經理叫來，經理不説這是小費了，他説我選擇了套餐，他們還要收一筆什麼費。這簡直太滑稽了！而給我打出來的單明確寫的是gratuity。以後再也不會去任何一家奧姆尼酒店！太混亂！攜程客服跟他們溝通，他們也還是堅持他們的做法。

No se puede utilizar la red de cable. El viejo hotel tiene historia, pero la estancia en general no es amigable para los jóvenes. La ubicación geográfica del hotel es muy conveniente, puede llegar rápidamente a 7/11 y McDonald's.

The experience was quite pleasant. The members of staff who attended to our needs during our one week training were helpful and responsive to our needs. Mariam, at the reception, was willing to assist and offer help upon request. The location of the hotel and the facilities were fantastic as well. All round pleasant experience

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

We booked a handicap room for my husband who is wheelchair bound, but the layout of the room and bathroom were not easily accessible. We were excited to learn that they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport and that we could leave our personal vehicle there for $10 per day vs. at the airport which was much more expensive. The shuttle was there on time and was wheelchair accessible which was fantastic! Upon our return, however, the shuttle was NOT wheelchair accessible, and the hotel denied having a wheelchair accessible shuttle (I guess we dreamed our departure). I ended up having to leave my disabled husband at the airport, ride in a dilapidated van and go alone to the hotel to retrieve my personal vehicle and return to the airport to pick up my husband. The hotel employees were very friendly during our stay but were very rude upon our return and belligerent when we requested a wheelchair accessible shuttle for our return to the hotel to pick up our vehicle. They even went so far as to tell us we didn't stay with them, even though I still had our reservation documentation/confirmation. That was very disappointing.

The hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy.

Olvidé hacer el check out, pero devolví las llaves y tomé el transporte al aeropuerto. Es un lugar hermoso para hospedarse, el personal y los conductores son amables. Se admiten mascotas.

En general es muy bueno, servicio de recepción, eficiencia, desayuno rico, instalaciones y ambiente, higiene de la habitación, etc. La razón por la que le di un punto menos por el servicio es que un personal de recepción cometió un error y cargó la tarifa de mi habitación a mi tarjeta cuando compré agua anoche (reservé a través de Ctrip y pagué con Alipay, y el hotel ya había deducido el dinero de la cuenta de Ctrip). En general, sigo recomendando este hotel encarecidamente.
