I stayed at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for one night on 6th October when I attended the Kpop Masterz concert featuring Ateez and Treasure at Impact Challenger Hall. It was an excellent choice, especially for anyone attending events/ concerts in the nearby venues. What I loved: 1. The location is ideal—walking distance to Impact Challenger, Impact Arena, and Thunderdome. The hotel even has a convenient sky bridge connecting to these venues. 2. I arrived from Malaysia on a morning flight and planned to leave my heavy bag at the hotel before exploring the area, as the concert was at 6 pm. To my delight, they allowed early check-in at 11:30 am, which was incredibly considerate of them, especially since many guests were attending the concert. It made my day! 3. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient. Despite a 10-minute queue, I was checked in within 5 minutes. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. 5. Multiple elevators - Even though the hotel was fully booked, the elevators were never crowded. My friend and I often found ourselves the only ones in the elevator, even during busy check-in and check-out times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. 6. The surroundings felt safe and secure, and it’s just a 20-30 minute Grab ride from Don Mueang Airport, which was super convenient. 7. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable enough for a restful stay before and after the concert. 8. As a Muslim traveler, I noticed there weren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but Grab provided a lot of food delivery options, which worked well for my short stay. 9. The price was reasonable considering the proximity to the venue and the services provided. The Highly recommended, especially for K-pop fans attending concerts at Impact Challenger Hall, Impact Arena, Thunderdome, the Impact Exhibition Center, or the Muang Thong Thani Lakeside. This place is perfect both location and the comfy room. The room is nice and clean. The service is excellent. Recommend to visit:))

La ubicación del hotel está muy cerca de la electricidad, pero no lejos del Bang O MRT. Salga y hay un taxi a la vuelta de la esquina. No está tan cerca de la zona de comida. En cuanto a las cosas dentro de la habitación, parece completa. Pero el estado es un poco antiguo. El olor no es muy bueno pero está bien. En cuanto a la cama, es muy blanda. Se me olvidó quedarme dormido jaja. Y creo que el horario de entrada y salida debería ser al mismo tiempo.

El hotel es bueno, está un poco lejos de la ciudad principal y de los centros comerciales, pero tiene buenas comodidades y un personal educado, y también me permitió salir tarde de forma gratuita.

Hotel is located in the distance of shopping malls (Pantip and The Mall Life Store Ngamwongwan) where you can walk to main road or take motorbike around THB 10-15. The hotel is closed to minimart and silent in the night time. However the cleaning maid is very loud in early morning since the reception informed to check out before noon. We can hear anything from outside or the walkway in front of room. Anyways the price is value to spend.

За такую цену идеально остановиться на пару дней. Мне было удобно рядом с ареной, но это очень далеко от центра города. Комната хорошая, есть все необходимое. Минус я заметила тараканов там

Transportation is easy and it is close to Impact arena or Thunderdome which is good if you are coming for a concert. The person in charge is friendly. It has all the basic needs so if you are a simple traveler, this place is good.

La habitación es muy limpia, el aire acondicionado es frío, el transporte es conveniente, el baño es secretamente un poco pequeño, pero en general se considera bueno.

Am very impressed with the location and price. While it’s far away from central (slightly) it’s very convenient to go to Impact/thunder dome. The shuttle service was helpful too. Just have to check with the counter when they’re available. The room was clean and comes with free bottled water. I’m particular about taste of water, the provided were good. The room was cold enough as well. Please note that there’s trees surroundings you may expect some bugs from nature but I didn’t see any for myself. The water was not hot enough for me but I can handle 2 days without it. Comes with amenities and no questionable stains seen in towel/bedsheets. Bed was low but I slept well. Will definitely come again when I’m here for short trip to watch a concert.

If you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall. Is a good area, which is the noise disturbance from the road. The condition of the room was okay, and the pool was very nice. ✨ Breakfast was good. Only thing that I got blamed by the chef that I did not know how to use the coffee machine because normally in the hotel, the guest just select and press on whatever coffee they want. And I would say that “you dont understand, need to ask the staff to do”. Anyways, the reception and the breakfast room attendant were helpful and nice.

No me gusta mucho que necesite un lugar regular para quedarme por una noche, pero la habitación era un viaje inesperado de mi parte. A pesar de todas las cuestiones menores que no me importan, hay un problema que no podía resistir es la fuga de la condicionador que vi esta mañana (fuga de aire conocido cuando estaba dormido). La posición del fugaz va directamente a la mesa que muy cerca de la TV y el bolsillo de plug donde mi cargador estaba allí toda la noche, está fuera de orden. No espere mucho, sólo una habitación desagradable o quizá tenga mala suerte. Estoy seguro de que harán lo mejor posible para manejar la situación.

The hotel is clean. The receptionist is very good. He is a Muslim. The room is spacious, clean, and the air conditioner is cool. Overall, there is nothing wrong. The price is cheap. I recommend it if you come to visit. There is coffee and bread in the morning.

Останавливались на одну ночь. От донг монга ехать недалеко , как раз пойдет у кого пересадки. Бронировали в 21.00, заселились в в 22:00. Заселили за минуту, номер чистый, простой. Видно что отель не новый. Заполняемость отеля низкая, шума не было. Из минусов - стены тонкие, если бы было много народа - шум бы напрягал. Персонал хороший, вода в номере, чай кофе, чайник, микроволновка.

I already stayed a night in this hotel, and that made me want to spend more. I even re-booked the same hotel for 2 more nights

La habitación es muy limpia y grande. El baño también es muy espacioso. Amar.. esta es mi segunda vez que me quedo aquí.
