I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The restaurant was excellent, and every meal was delicious and well prepared. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. Most of all, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome. Thanks to their hospitality, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Everything perfect. I love staying here. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Always do everything they can to accomadate requests. The breakfast is the best. Garden lovely. And literally 2 mins walk from the Stupa. Pata restaurent next door is also very nice.

La ubicación es excelente, a poca distancia del barrio de Thamel. Está cerca de la zona, pero es tranquilo y silencioso. I stayed at the Royal Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu and had a very positive experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, particularly for those needing quick access to the airport. One of the standout features was the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service. Both transfers were delivered smoothly and on time, which made my arrival and departure stress-free.

La reservé por la vista de la pagoda desde la ventana, pero nos dio una habitación en la planta baja, con vistas a la sombra. Cuando discutí con ella, dijo que todas las habitaciones estaban ocupadas. Estábamos demasiado cansados ​​para discutir mucho, así que nos quedamos de todos modos. Esa noche, le pedí dos veces que llamara un taxi para las 6 de la mañana siguiente, pidiendo específicamente uno más grande porque llevábamos mucho equipaje. Aceptó de inmediato y también le pidió que preparara el desayuno. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos a tiempo al día siguiente, el recepcionista dijo que nadie le había dicho que llamara un taxi y que tuvo que pedir uno en el acto, por no mencionar que solo había desayunado dos veces. Lógicamente, su servicio debería haber mejorado con el tiempo, pero fue todo lo contrario; quedamos muy decepcionados.

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train.  Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and breakfast staff were very welcoming.  Would stay there again.

I recently stayed at Basera Boutique Hotel, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! This charming new hotel really captures the essence of Nepal with its lovely vibe. It’s super clean and conveniently located near all the main attractions. One of the highlights for me was the pool—it was pristine and perfect for a refreshing dip. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast! There were so many delicious options to choose from, plus their coffee and beer on tap were a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us book taxis and even arranged airport pickups and drop-offs for our flights from Kathmandu. They also offered great recommendations for tours and places to explore. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains, which was just the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to return to Basera Boutique Hotel on my next trip!

Hotel dom Himalaya in center city of Kathmandu, big room and clean , quiet and breakfest every morning , the staff very helpful exactly the receptionist ARPANA always smiling and speaking good English. I recommend this hotel.
