La cama era grande y cómoda, y las almohadas, las más cómodas en las que he dormido en un hotel (soy muy exigente con las almohadas). La habitación también incluía la entrada al balneario de aguas termales y el desayuno, ¡una excelente relación calidad-precio! ¡Había café blanco de Ipoh y té con leche en la habitación! Si prefieres no salir, también hay servicio de habitaciones con comidas típicas de Ipoh, un detalle muy considerado.

¡Tuve una buena estancia en este hotel! El personal de recepción fue súper eficiente, amable y educado, lo que facilitó enormemente el registro de entrada y salida. Incluso nos permitieron entrar antes, ya que la habitación estaba lista, ¡lo cual agradecimos mucho después de un largo viaje! Me encantó que nos dieran información útil desde el principio, como dónde está el dispensador de agua (cerca del ascensor) y la validación de tickets del aparcamiento. La ubicación es estratégica, cerca del pueblo y de las atracciones que queríamos visitar. El aparcamiento en el sótano era práctico y estaba bien mantenido. La habitación era satisfactoria, equipada con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda. También hay una encantadora cafetería en la planta baja con un diseño moderno, perfecta para pasar una tarde relajada con un café. ¡También sirven pasteles deliciosos! En resumen, una estancia agradable con buen servicio y una ubicación conveniente. ¡Muy recomendable!

Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. The room was extremely clean, which we really appreciated. We booked a room with a private bathroom. At first, we thought the living room and kitchen would be shared with all guests staying in the villa. However, it turned out that the villa is divided into independent units with three rooms inside one unit. We only shared the living room with guests from the other two rooms in the same unit. During our stay, no one else really used the common area, so it felt very comfortable and almost private. The self check-in via kiosk was very convenient, as we didn’t have to interact with anyone. Near the kiosk, there is also a water dispenser, sofas to rest on, and a restroom, which was very thoughtful. We also liked the variety of restaurant recommendation QR codes displayed at the property. We stayed here with our 8-year-old child and had a very relaxing time. We would definitely stay here again whenever we visit Ipoh.

Room age and looks old especially the flooring SPC wood layer already peeled out and loose after we accidentally kicked on it near balcony, but is broken easily due to rain water seepage in from balcony and luckily our feet didn't get hurts after accidentally kick on it, also in detachable condition so really deteriorating . Took RM100 deposit upon check in and we worried they will blame this on us but luckily they didn't say anything. I hope the management will at least change the flooring, as it can pose dangerous risk and don't let bad things happen over only regret over it. Breakfast is included, under age 5 is free.

My second time staying at this hotel, the first time was on official work, and this time for holiday. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Annie at the Front Office. The room was nice and clean, had a bath tub and sufficient plug points. The hotel also serves supper beside breakfast, no other hotels serve supper before, except for events, so it's a big plus, and the food is delicious, especially their signature nasi lemak, the best I had in a hotel. And the hotel also link to the shopping mall, Ipoh Parade. So I think this hotel have a complete package.

This is a basic three-star hotel that covers the essentials. Good only for a short stay. The room is a decent size but pretty bare-bones. Most of the room floor is tiled—not wooden, SPC or carpeted —and the amenities are minimalist. The TV set is small and has a limited number of channels. Wi-Fi is not so good, and there is no swimming pool. Parking is free, but it is out on open ground and a bit of a walk to get to the entrance. Difficult when it is raining. On a positive note, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Big thumbs up to them—keep it up!

En general, tuvimos una buena estadía en Impiana Ipoh. El edificio y las instalaciones del hotel necesitarían una mejora, ya que están muy anticuados pero no del todo deteriorados. Sin embargo, nuestra habitación era muy agradable, limpia, espaciosa y tiene una vista encantadora. Las toallas y la ropa de cama también eran muy bonitas y había un suministro adecuado de artículos de tocador en la habitación. El desayuno estaba más bien que bien. Hay una panadería llamada Shake and Bake a poca distancia del hotel que sirve una variedad de panes, pasteles e incluso comidas calientes a un precio razonable. El hotel era muy bueno y cómodo para nuestra estancia. Las habitaciones eran agradables y cómodas, y mi familia realmente lo disfrutó. Todo era grande excepto la limpieza las toallas tenían tintas amarillas, así que la parte necesita alguna mejora. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad.
