Muy educado y servicial, eficiente. Creo que mi habitación estaba llena de humo antes de que yo llegara, pero el olor desapareció después de un tiempo. Me quedaría de nuevo con amigos ya que la ubicación es agradable

Me and my family traveled in Putaoshan and stayed at this hotel. The staff really helpful, suggested where to go around the island and where to have nice breakfast.
Also, the hotel vibe is very nice, clean and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel and if I have a chace to go back to Putaoshan again I will definitely consider to stay in this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is really suitable for those that is taking vegetarian while traveling, as the vegetarian restaurant (breakfast, lunch & dinner buffet with considerable fair price per pax) is just 1 minute walking distance away from the Hotel lobby. Groceries shop is just next to the Hotel lobby which makes it really convenient for travelers. Whereas walking towards the nearest town may take an approximate 10 minutes. The hotel is surrounded with residential units.

22日～25日和家人在普陀山島上住宿3晚，感覺房間潮也是正常的（天氣預報提示濕度96%）。設施齊全乾凈整潔，住酒店期間我們經常諮詢酒店前台一些問題，她們都耐心的幫我們解釋，服務非常周到。因為看到是長者同行（80歲長者），大堂人員“付曉陽”主動詢問我們出島時間，考慮是長者，我們去往其他城市時間又過早，她主動和司機師傅進行聯繫。在25日的6：45把我和我的家人送到碼頭。同時也非常感謝司機師傅放棄了休息時間。（酒店7：30開始接送客人），萬分感謝“普陀山瑞驛青藤酒店”的所有員工，為我們提供了優質周到的服務。（照相水平有限）

首先，酒店硬件措施一般，衞生更差！
其次，定了2個晚上酒店，晚上6點30回到酒店後於6點45分接到通知，3月26日早晨8點-11點停電停水，無任何補救或者應對措施，讓住房客户自行解決，入住尚未滿20分鐘基礎下，協商退房，店家不肯退，後面協商退款僅50%，而且還是隔天停電的50%！！第一次遇到這麼奇葩的酒店！！！

定的房間，沒提醒在一樓，潮濕，要換房，説沒有了，還沒商量，態度惡劣，進去因福建人泡茶，提供飲用水不夠用，多拿二瓶，就惡聲惡語，好像八百多的房費提供不了飲用水，衹能自己外面買。第二天出去，讓服務員搞衞生，結果，地板油膩，居然沒拖，喝水杯水也沒洗。暈倒，真是差極了，，比民宿還差勁。
