Una amiga que había estado hace poco me recomendó el hotel y fue muy buena decisión quedarnos aquí para nuestra estancia en Zhangjiajie. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y muy cómodas y estuvimos muy a gusto, sobre todo también por el trato tan cercano y personalizado. La hostelera es encantadora y nos ayudaron a planificar nuestra visita al parque y a reservar las entradas. En un principio íbamos a estar dos noches pero como llovió el primer día nos quedamos una más para disfrutar mejor la zona y nos sugirieron alternativas para aprovechar también el día de lluvia yendo a visitar el pueblo de Furong. Si volviera repetiría sin dudar, ha sido una de nuestras mejores experiencias de hotel tras dos semanas viajando por China.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel Ruke de Zhangjiajie ha sido estupenda. Exquisita. No sólo porque el hotel es precioso y muy confortable, sino porque todas las personas que nos han atendido mientras estábamos alojados allí son super amables.
Te hacen sentir en tu propia casa. Tienen un servicio gratuito de lavandería que es estupendo y a media tarde, cuando llegábamos de las excursiones nos llevaban a la habitación unas bebidas y dulces muy ricos y sin ningún coste. También tienen un servicio para limpiar zapatos que no llegamos a utilizar, pero es muy útil cuando vuelves de las excursiones. Y sin coste!
El personal es súper amable. Nos recogieron gratis en el aeropuerto en una furgoneta con asientos con masage y el dia que nos fuimos nos llevaron a la estación de tren. Estos dos trayectos son de 15 o 20 minutos a cada una de las estaciones. Y adivina... Sin coste!
El desayuno es estilo chino, pero todas las tardes te dan un formulario personalizado para que elijas que quieres desayunar. Toda la comida estaba exquisita, aunque no estes muy acostumbrado a desayunar fideos o sopa.
Nos ayudaron a planificar la visita al Parque Nacional de Zhangjiajie y a comprar las entradas online, y todo con una rapidez y sonrisa enormes.
El trato ha sido inmejorable y tienen una gatita que pasea libremente por el hotel y es súper cariñosa. Nos recibia siempre en la puerta. No dudaría ni un segundo en volver. Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda! Muchas gracias!!!!!

UUsuario invitadoEl jefe es especialmente bueno. Después de haber decidido contactar con nosotros, hemos estado en contacto antes de partir, y es necesario, tan pronto como el pueblo entra en la casa, lo mejor es ser inteligente y especialmente limpio. 1. Hotel Experience & Unmatched Hospitality
My stay at XiFuWan Resort Hotel was truly unforgettable—one of the most heartfelt and sincere displays of hospitality I’ve encountered in all my travels. A family-owned hotel opened in 2024, it makes you feel like a guest in someone’s home rather than a commercial customer.
As a solo traveller on a spontaneous trip, I had very little planned. The hotel staff kindly helped secure attraction tickets to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Tianmen Mountain, and ZJJ Grand Canyon, even managing to get them at slightly lower prices than the official sites. The owner—formerly with the Zhangjiajie Tourism Bureau—also provided invaluable advice on routes and timings, tailored to my stay. This made a huge difference in navigating the expansive park efficiently.
2. Cleanliness, Comfort & Amenities
The Exceptional Business Double Room was impeccably clean—easily among the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Rather than a work desk, the room had a lounge table and two chairs by the window, creating a cosy spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery.
A wonderful bonus was the complimentary laundry service, which was thoughtful and convenient, especially after outdoor excursions.
3. Generosity & Personal Care
I arrived early in the morning and was offered a free early check-in. On departure day, the staff also offered late check-out due to my evening flight, which I truly appreciated.
When I felt unwell on my first day, the owner’s father—a retired doctor— kindly offered a medical consultation and continued to check in on me. Their level of attentiveness was deeply moving.
To top it off, the hotel gifted all guests a box of fresh local fruits, reflecting their warmth and generosity.
4. Location, Accessibility & Language Support
The hotel is located in a fantastic area—peaceful, yet close to numerous eateries, shops, and amenities. The convenience of having everything within walking distance enhanced the entire experience.
Despite being in a mountainous region, the hotel features a built-in lift, making it very accessible—something that’s not always common in small towns.
For English-speaking travellers, one of the owners is a former English teacher, which made basic communication smooth and reassuring.
5. Community Feel
The hotel sits beside a local primary school, which added a lovely, heartwarming touch to the environment. There’s a strong sense of community and kindness, not only within the hotel, but throughout the surrounding area. For those who value authentic, local experiences, this place feels like home.
6. Final Thoughts
Although XiFuWan Resort Hotel only began accepting foreign tourists a few months ago, it is an absolute hidden gem that deserves more recognition among international visitors. If you’re considering a stay in Zhangjiajie, I wholeheartedly recommend giving this hotel a try. The care, hospitality, and personal touch truly set it apart.
Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again the next time I return to ZJJ.

MMargo Margo14¡Me encantó el hotel! Lo reservé con mucha antelación y no me arrepiento. Un hotel nuevo, limpio y acogedor, con una vista increíble de las montañas en un lugar muy tranquilo, pero a solo 5 minutos en coche de Wulingyuan. El patio es de cuento de hadas, la acogedora terraza del restaurante está rodeada de un estanque con peces, senderos de piedra en el agua y bosques de bambú; todo es como en una película 😁. Y el personal habla inglés muy bien.
El hotel es de gestión familiar y el dueño, Hu, se esforzó mucho en todo: nos compró entradas para las atracciones, nos llevó a lugares cercanos y pidió un taxi para los más lejanos. En general, ¡lo recomiendo!

They provide transport to and from the east gate of the national park, and will help you plan your day. The service was perfect even down to the small details, like putting mosquito repellent out on the table we liked to play cards at, and providing us with a printed photo of our favourite memory there to take away with us.
The room was great, the views were breathtaking. After a long day at the park, we really appreciated having a small swimming pool there for a dip. Food options were good - we enjoyed our dinners and the breakfast buffet. Orders can be placed in advance on WeChat when you are on your way back from a day at the park. There was a decent range of both soft and alcoholic drinks available.
What we loved the most is that they have struck the perfect balance between luxury and a kind of homely comfort. We felt so relaxed here. An added bonus for us was their friendly dogs and cat, as we were starting to miss our own dogs at home by this point of our trip.
The location was fantastic. It is close to the national park, but the views are so good that if you choose to relax at the hotel you won’t miss anything. If our room wasn’t booked for the following days, we would have extended our stay. One of our favourite places we have ever stayed, not just in China. Thank you to everyone at Celestial Vally for an excellent stay!

Desde que les escribimos por WeChat meses antes de nuestra llegada, el equipo estuvo pendiente de cada detalle: nos ayudaron a conseguir las entradas de los parques y se aseguraron de que durante nuestra estancia de tres días no nos faltara absolutamente nada.
El desayuno es excelente, con opciones para todos los gustos, perfecto para comenzar el día con energía. El personal de recepción merece una mención especial: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Incluso cuando no nos funcionaba la aplicación para pedir comida, ellos mismos se encargaron de gestionarlo.
Queremos destacar especialmente a la recepcionista de la tarde, que habla un inglés impecable y nos hizo sentir como en casa con su trato cercano y profesional. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos sin pensarlo y que recomendaremos a todos nuestros amigos españoles.

UUsuario anónimoEscuché del taxista que el Sunshine Hotel es el mejor hotel de la zona. Aunque ha sido reformada hace mucho tiempo, la habitación no parece vieja y está muy limpia. La habitación es grande, más grande de lo esperado, y es muy cómodo alojarse en ella. El desayuno del hotel también es bueno. Aunque sencillo, tiene todo lo que necesitas. Pienso que los fideos de arroz son deliciosos. Finalmente le doy al hotel cinco estrellas por su servicio. Cualquier solicitud será atendida con prontitud. Al momento de realizar el check out dejé mi bolso en la habitación. Después de que el personal del hotel lo encontró, lo empaquetaron de forma sencilla y me ayudaron a enviarlo a la empresa de mensajería. Por fin el bolso llegó sano y salvo a casa.

XXiangduiziyou68La habitación era excelente, la cama muy cómoda y limpia, y el baño contaba con ducha separada. El único pequeño detalle es la cortina eléctrica, que se abría automáticamente cada vez que entrábamos y teníamos que cerrarla manualmente 😂. Además, el aire acondicionado era potentísimo y enfriaba muchísimo, ¡había que abrigarse bien! 😂
La recepcionista tenía una actitud inmejorable. Para encontrar el hotel hay que atravesar un par de callejones, no es fácil dar con él, pero ella misma nos contactó proactivamente para guiarnos hasta la entrada y también nos reservó una plaza de aparcamiento. Después del *check-in*, nos explicó con todo lujo de detalles varias rutas turísticas. Le hicimos muchas preguntas, e incluso nos dio un poco de vergüenza, pero ella nunca mostró impaciencia, ¡fue realmente maravillosa!
Más tarde, debido a unas obras de pilotaje del gobierno justo en la entrada, tuvimos que mover el coche a un aparcamiento de pago en otro lugar. Sin embargo, ellos cubrieron todos los gastos generados y nos reembolsaron el importe al instante. ¡Realmente excelente! ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente, y no es publicidad!
Finalmente, a nuestra salida, la recepcionista nos regaló un imán de nevera de Zhangjiajie muy bonito, ¡más bonito incluso que los que habíamos comprado nosotros! 😂

Aap0El hotel está muy bien ubicado si buscas visitar zhangjiajie. Son muy amables con los extranjeros, usan el traductor para entenderte y te explican muy bien todo.
Al llegar te ofrecen que ellos mismos pueden reservarte las entradas al parque. Les pagas a ellos directamente y ellos se encargan de todo. Te dan un mapa con las rutas y te lo explican todo muy bien.
Me mejoraron la habitación gratis a una mejor, así que está review sería más bien para una habitación superior a la que reservé. La habitacion tenía zona del te, bañera de diseño y era todo bastante nuevo y lujoso.

MM515175****¡La habitación de cristal fue una sorpresa fantástica! Súper espaciosa y cómoda. La cama de matrimonio era tan grande que ¡casi cabían cinco personas! Por la noche, era una maravilla abrir el techo corredizo y contemplar el cielo estrellado. Y de día, si el sol molestaba, se podía cerrar fácilmente. Coincidió con una tormenta torrencial poco común, y la habitación era el lugar perfecto para una noche de lluvia, ¡súper acogedora y relajante!
La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de los lugares de interés. Además, justo enfrente hay un restaurante con muy buena comida.
Pero el servicio fue aún mejor. El dueño es una persona inigualable: nos ayudó con el equipaje, nos planificó rutas turísticas y nos consiguió las entradas con descuento. ¡Súper amable y cercano! Nos encontramos con una tormenta torrencial en la zona turística que nos obligó a cancelar actividades. A pesar de eso, el dueño, incluso un mes después de nuestra partida, nos ayudó a conseguir el reembolso. ¡Un anfitrión increíblemente atento y de total confianza! 🥺
Y para rematar, hay un balcón donde se puede lavar la ropa, ¡lo cual es muy práctico!

UUsuario anónimoZhangjiajie es realmente preciosa, con paisajes a lo largo del camino y una extensa zona paisajística. El albergue juvenil también es muy bueno. Aunque la habitación es sencilla, está bastante limpia. No hay muchos turistas estos dos días. Hay dos chicas británicas 🇬🇧. Tuvimos una charla muy agradable (aunque hubo una pequeña barrera de comunicación). La ubicación del albergue juvenil es fácil de encontrar, ¡sin problema! Este viaje fue muy agradable.
