I had a great time with my family. The rooms are super clean and comfortable . The staff are very friendly. The restaurants are great plus you’re connected to a big mall that has everything. We all enjoyed our stay .

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has the facilities you could expect or beyond your expect. And my room is amazing and tidy, and has a very modern vibe, and the amenities inside are nice as well. Moreover, most of the staff I met are friendly and professional, especially the manager Emane and her team, they prepared a birthday surprise to me, made me feel really loved and appreciated. Also I would like to thank Mr. Shailendra, he is welcoming and offered a very heartfelt service when I were there. Thanks Grand Hyatt Kuwait !

Great modern hotel with all the amenities needed, a big plus is its direct access to the 360 Mall. Rooms are very spacious and the staff is very attentive and kind. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I have a massage today in noor spa with Gamunu from spa team , The treatment was really amazing and excellent I will repeat my visit again to noor spa I recommend any one who is planning to do massage to ask for Gamunu The place is amazing and relaxing

The hotel is great. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The customer service is excellent. Location is great. You can access 360 Shopping Mall directly from the hotel. Also, it is about 10-12 minutes drive to Avenues Shopping Mall.

A great hotel, with great facilities. The staff were wonderful and helpful and always attentive to detail. I loved the atmosphere at the Saheel lounge, working whilst being surrounded by a nice ambience! Romelyn was always there to take care of our needs whenever we required something. Thank you very much

The attentiveness of the staff was fantastic. The room was big, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. The toilet was in its separate room. I only used the exercise room of the spa and it had most of the equipment you would need to have a great workout. I only had breakfast at the hotel and there was so a plethora of exquisite food to choose from that every palate would have their needs met. The staff anticipated my needs during my six day stay. I would stay there again given the chance.

The hotel is wonderful and exceeds expectations. Excellent service and friendly staff who are willing to provide service with kindness. They also have restaurants that serve international meals with a very delicious grill. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are very clean and have all the necessities. The hotel is located in a location very close to the city center. The hotel is also located next to a large and upscale commercial complex and has an entrance. It is located on the commercial complex and the hotel is adjacent to the Arena tennis court. The hotel also has a large celebration hall where large concerts and international exhibitions are held. In general, I strongly recommend staying in the hotel for these reasons: the service is excellent, the staff is at a high level of professionalism, the location of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable. You get a welcome from the youngest employee to the oldest employee. Everyone is happy to have you stay there.
