La ubicación es excelente, justo enfrente de la parada de autobús internacional, nos bajamos del autobús y nos conectamos sin problemas con el hotel. El hotel es nuevo, la decoración es hermosa y cálida, la habitación es limpia, espaciosa y luminosa y las instalaciones son completas. El servicio es cálido y atento. El precio no es elevado y la relación calidad-precio es buena.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Zagreb. Centrally located and perfect location. All staff were extremely professional. From reception to the restaurant staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with a superb bed - slept so well. Very nice shower too. The absolute highlight for me was the breakfast. You can order eggs any which way you like. Tried some various unusual options and was not disappointed. Fresh juices / croissants/ etc. Best breakfast I ever had at a hotel. Highly recommend and for sure will stay here again.

Este es un maravilloso hotel familiar en el que sin duda nos alojaríamos de nuevo (creo que ha sido propiedad de la misma familia durante casi 200 años). Nos alojamos en la habitación Elizabeta. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa y limpia. La habitación tenía un aire histórico con la decoración, pero aún así era moderna y cómoda. Había una bonita zona de estar en la habitación con sillas, un sofá, un escritorio y una mesa de café. El baño también era espacioso y tenía una bonita bañera profunda. El personal fue maravilloso. Todos fueron amables y no tuvimos dificultades para comunicarnos en inglés con ellos. El desayuno tenía una variedad de opciones para llenarnos y comenzar el día. El hotel en sí es hermoso, con fotografías y artículos históricos en todas las áreas comunes. Su restaurante familiar está justo al otro lado de la calle, que era delicioso y conveniente. Una noche fuimos a la recepción y preguntamos si estaba bien que nos llevaran la cena. El hombre de recepción nos dio un menú, nos preguntó qué queríamos y luego nos entregó la comida en nuestra habitación cuando estuvo lista, lo cual fue una agradable sorpresa. Realmente todo excelente, la atencion, la habitacion, la ubicacion y sobre todo el conjunto del hotel con unos salones a visitar. Vale la pena la visita, aunque solo sea para tener la oportunidad de disfrutar del hotel. Esta a dos pasos de la estacion de tren y a cinco minutos del centro andando. Servicio de aparcamiento para el coche.

Situado cerca de la estación de tren, pero no hacia el centro. Aunque no está demasiado lejos.
2 problemas importantes aquí:
- el aire acondicionado no funcionó. Por suerte no hizo demasiado calor durante mi estancia y puedes abrir la ventana.
- La ducha no funcionaba correctamente: el agua cambiaba constantemente de caliente a fría por sí sola, por lo que ducharse fue una experiencia bastante frustrante.
Aparte de eso, no tuve ningún problema. Sin embargo, no volveré a alojarme aquí por los motivos mencionados anteriormente.

La ubicación del hotel y los restaurantes que lo rodean eran buenas, y las habitaciones estaban bien organizadas.
Me alojé por 2 días, y fue aún mejor porque la cama y las toallas estaban bien limpias y reemplazadas.
La parte desafortunada fue que el espacio del baño era estrecho y la bañera estaba alta del piso, por lo que se requería seguridad.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado .Cerca del centro de la ciudad (veinte minutos andando y en linea recta) por lo que no tiene perdida La habitacion en la que me hospede ,era limpia, igua lde limpio el cuarto de baño ,silenciosa , y buenas vistas al exterior.El desayuno muy bueno.Al igual que la cena (que en mi caso fue bufet libre)

柳柳純一Con el tractor 2 o 6 de la estación de Zagreb, saldrá de la estación de Zagreb y no se encontrará en ningún problema.
Si quieres usar la estación de bus de Zagreb, aquí es bueno. No hay desayuno (puedes comprarlo porque la estación de autobús tiene una tienda de pan de 24 horas), pero puedes usar la sopa de agua, la cafetería y la barra de café incorporados para sustituirla. La sopa de sopa de sopa y taza de tapa del supermercado también es buena.
Wi-Fi tiene una fuerte onda de radio y puede utilizarse sin presión.
Como el aire acondicionado, puedes manejar las temperaturas de verano y las temperaturas inadecuadas.
Las instalaciones son completamente nuevas, por lo que puedes pasar un tiempo muy cómodo.

Baños modernos y espaciosos. Restaurante muy bueno, desayuno muy variado y delicioso. El servicio “excelente”, desde la recepción, hasta el restaurante. Me gustó mucho el servicio de transfer, por si se llega antes del check in, le facilitan un espacio para el equipaje, con baños y muy conveniente para esos casos. Flexibles con el late check out. Cuando vuelva a Zagreb, este será nuevamente mi hotel.

不不摂生な旅人Este es un hotel muy bonito y valioso. Está situado a pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad de Zagreb, pero por el contrario, puede ser tranquilo y tranquilo. MMilesLo que comenzó como una propiedad sospechosamente subpreciada, diseñada, epicéntricamente situada con corazón y sonrisas por días ... se convirtió en un pesadilla psicótico, abusivo, como algo directamente de la bebé de Rosemary.
Nunca en todos mis días, en todas las cientos de propiedades y miles de noches en todo, desde los albergues de backpacker hasta las suites de cinco estrellas, he sido sometido no sólo a mal servicio (fijable), sino a hostilidad directa e inrepentible, Increíble.
Como el caballero y el profesional muchos me conocen, yo de buena fe detallé las infracciones, invitó a una reunión GM, recomendó soluciones sencillas, tuvo múltiples reuniones de seguimiento, y presumí que los insultos microtirantes serían disciplinados y neutralizada. No lo eran. Sólo se empeoró. Y peor aún.
Piensa, estafa, lanzamiento de puertas, manejo de mi iPad (prohibido), acortando el cambio de invitado al pagar en efectivo en el bar (con testigos múltiples veces), con seguridad agresiva que se pide para comer en una zona pública de otro modo cinco minutos más allá de una No conocido “regla”, preguntandome repetidamente y puntualmente “cuánto tiempo quedarme ...” usted recibe la idea.
Así que al final, cancelé dos semanas de reservas (que habrían sido ampliadas a 6+) y protesté con mis pies. Me fui.
Un día fuera y aún me siento emocionalmente espantado, inseguro de lo que acababa de ver.

Pero quizás soy yo. Quizás esta es la versión croata de viajes de aventura. No lo suficiente para hacerme caer de amor con Zagreb ...pero cerca.

UUsuario invitadoRecomiendo este hotel ya que está muy bien ubicado para pasear por Zagreb. Es limpio, muy buen desayuno y el personal no solo es amable sino muy servicial. Cuando ha tenido unas vacaciones maravillosas, siempre es fácil escribir una buena reseña, pero mi reseña se basa en sí, unas vacaciones maravillosas, pero tuvieron que interrumpirse cinco días: me enfermé bastante y tuve que regresar a Londres. La respuesta del personal no pudo ser mejor ni más amable. No solo me ayudaron a organizarme para irme, sino que también me quitaron el costo de los 5 días. Ellos no tenían que hacer esto, sino que eligieron ayudarme y apoyarme. Así que no puedo hablar mejor de este hotel y su personal. Y muchas gracias por hacer que este momento difícil sea más manejable para mí. Por lo tanto, esta revisión no se trata simplemente de los atributos físicos de este hotel muy bien ubicado, sino que evoluciona a partir del liderazgo y las prioridades del hotel y el personal para servir fundamentalmente a sus clientes. BBartek W. SowińskiBittirsweet stay at Speeka. Bad weather first 2 days and few mayor sites still closed due to earthquake in 2020. Hostel is located at 3-lanes main street so prepare for the traffic almost 24/7. Windows are old so don't stop the noise. En la primera noche, me quedé dormido en la habitación 9 y había otros dos camas locas que hacen tanto ruido con cada movimiento.
Aquí también hay que prepararse para la falta de café, té y agua caliente y esas paredes de barbacoa hacen la impresión de que el propietario no quiere invertir demasiado en la renovación. La buena cosa es que el albergue está a pie de la antigua ciudad y todo está realmente muy cerrado.
La gente es agradable y útil, gracias a la dama en la recepción he conseguido imprimir un billete para 2Cellos - sin él no me iría por no tener escáneres para leer un billete en la pantalla de teléfono inteligente. Pero el concierto mismo también fue triste, quizás por el sonido de esas cadenas. No sé qué pasó, pero probablemente volverá a visitar Zagreb en unos años y permanecer en un lugar mejor.

UUsuario anónimoThe room was ready by 11:00am so I could check in early and leave my luggage. I have a safety concern and it is that the code to access the main door is the same one to your room door, so unless everyone has a different code for both the main door and their room door (which is the same), any of the other residents can basically access your room since everyone shares the same code. The location is very good, very close to the main attractions. At times, there was a strange noise coming from the patio. Overall, decent experience.

UUsuario invitado Liked · The location - center, 5 mins walking from the train station, everything else is also very near. Free lockers with the deposit. The beds very comfortable. The rooms have fans so people should not be complaining about rooms being too hot. There are vending machines in the hostel - it might be life saving in thee middle of the night - but they accept cash only. Disliked · Apart from the girl working in the morning no one smiles, they do their job, but still, when they looked at me I felt guilty of being there. Urinals in men toilet don't work, on any of the floors. there is a note saying that it's temporary but the note is so old that the color faded away - only one shower for the entire floor, can be problem. When it comes to Zagreb the price is great for the value, but comparing to other countries, it is very expensive, but accommodation in Croatia in general is of high price if you compare the ratio to food for instance.
