Checkin was extremely lengthy and the girl did not know what was going on. She took nearly 30 minutes to check us in with a paid for room. Kept saying it won’t work and asked for additional credit cards. Horrible experience and would choose to not experience it again.

Front desk employees get a 5! The young lady at check- in and the guy at check-out were very pleasant & efficient. The hotel and room met basic expectations. Clean and comfortable beds. Great sleep!. First floor had both interior and exterior access rooms. We requested 2nd floor, which we normally do, and those were on interior hallway. Carpeting was a bit worn, but the rest of the room was nicely updated. Breakfast was basic and well stocked. Waffle machine. Preformed Eggs and precooked sausages. Full juice machine. Walmart, shops, fast food and gas at this exit. One night stay passing through Nebraska. Would stay here again - miami91.

Outside especially around the rooms with outside doors look damaged. Our sink did not have a drain stopper and the bathtub was very slick and was glad there was a handle to hold on to when getting out of the tub after a shower.

I stayed here one night with my daughter on a road trip. Our room was infested with crickets, especially the bathroom, where they were coming in from a hole in the corner. When I mentioned the crickets to the person at the front desk in the morning, she claimed they spray every day. But then instead of just apologizing, she suggested that there must be something in our part of the country that gets inside like the crickets do there. Actually, in Illinois, we know how to fill holes to keep insects out, and we definitely do not share our bathroom with large numbers of insects.

Really wish the poo/ hot tub was open. This was the only reason I booked the hotel.

My husband visited the quality inn in York Nebraska in June 2022 he received great service while there. He also left his AirPods in the hotel and did not discover it until two weeks later. When he called the front desk they were able to assist him in locating them and provided great customer service for retrieving them. They even had them fully charged when he returned to pick them up. Fantastic place to stay!!

I stayed at the quality inn in York Nebraska in June 2022. I received fantastic service while there by all of the staff. I unfortunately left my AirPods in the hotel and did not realize it until two weeks later. When I called the front desk to try to locate them they were able to assist me and provided great customer service for retrieving them. They even had them fully charged when I return to pick them up. Fantastic place to stay!!

I called the hotel before I booked the room to ask if they had king size beds available, Emily the girl behind the desk said yes, I have CLC book the room for me telling them I want to king size bed which they already know seeing that I stay at hotels every night mainly choice properties. I get to a hotel and she has me in a 2 double bed room. I said I requested a king size bed And she stated that they only put CLC in double bed rooms I told her I was a diamond member And she ended up calling her manager who then stated that there aren't any king rooms. Funny I called 30 mins ago and had it booked. Lies lies lies. If they would've canceled my room I would've went to a different hotel.
