"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were thrilled with the hotel from the very beginning. It's beautiful and decorated with great attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. I would also like to particularly highlight the friendly service and the owner of the hotel, Julian, who personally looks after the guests and is available to answer questions and provide tips. There's a spacious parking lot behind the hotel. The location is also very good, right in the center, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The town of Avallon and the hotel are absolutely worth seeing. We would have loved to stay longer."

"Bang average. Reception efficient at best but nothing over and above. We had one room in the Budget version next door. Could we shift it to be together? Non. Heard requests from other guests. Have you got an iron? Non. Our air con is not working, do you have a fan? Non. But quite happy to ask for room number at breakfast multiple times as obviously we have nothing better to do than steal a moderate breakfast from a budget hotel on the edge of an anonymous retail park. Would be happy never to set foot in this or any other Ibis again. Only positive is that it is not as bad as the Budget version. "

El personal siempre está disponible, sonriente y listo para hacer servicio, lo que realmente hace la diferencia. La habitación era inmecible: limpio, cómodo, bien equipado y decorado con gusto. La leche es excelente! Los espacios comunes también son muy agradables y perfectamente entretenidos. Un pequeño golpe de corazón para el rincón. El desayuno es un verdadero punto fuerte: variado, fresco y de gran calidad, con muchas opciones para todos los gusto. El bar es un verdadero bien con un servicio inmejorable, cocktails refinados y variados, todo asegurado por un equipo de cuidados pequeños. Encontrará las mismas cualidades en el restaurante, donde sólo se podrán satisfacer sus papillas. Recomiendo este establecimiento los ojos cerrados! ¡Me alegrará volver a él durante mi próxima estancia!"
