Staff showed me the long way to the science museum

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

This a great hotel to stay in for a night or two. All the staff are very helpful and courteous and the rooms are modern and clean. It's nice to be so high up and have a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the money as well.

This hotel is excellent.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

Very clean, good service, good breakfast, nice lounge for dinner.

Very convenient location, five minutes walk to the Ningxia Museum. Great breakfast selection. Very good amenities auch as swimming pool and gym.

滿分推薦銀川JW萬豪酒店！從踏入酒店那一刻，就被周到的服務打動。房間設施高端，窗外景色宜人。不得不提Summer，服務太貼心，幫忙解決各種問題。帶年邁父母，特別感謝她的同事幫忙搬運行李，超級暖心，這次入住超滿意，必須好評！

説實話跟其他的JW萬豪還是有差距，但是勝在價格便宜。美中不足的地方一個是地下車庫太繞，第二個是浴室的地漏壞了不下水，需要把地漏的蓋板打開才行，入住的時候看蓋板打開了就關掉了，結果就不下水了，這個對JW萬豪來説不應該

酒店景觀很好，早餐也很好吃，離店好多天才想起來評價，第一次來大西北，入住了萬豪，問前台耿女士有哪些好玩的地方和出行，耿女士都很熱心的幫助我們，給我們升了房，告訴我們覽山公園在裝修，不然就白跑一趟了。太感謝耿女士了。 提個意見：酒店洗澡的地漏不太通暢，容易積水，水温也不夠高。

萬豪的品質一向有保證，房間很大。提前跟酒店溝通孩子過生日，給準備了氣球和小蛋糕，並送了個小玩偶，感謝酒店的用心。前台王茜熱情有禮，在我們入住期間提供了不少幫助，非常感謝！

一個萬豪，請酒店前台送一趟點的非餐外賣，説衹有一個人值班不給送。 禮賓等於無，看着你進去頭都不點。 mini 吧裏啥也沒有。 酒店房間內電話有一台不好用。 洗手間洗澡溢水。
