El hotel no es fácil de encontrar, escondido en el callejón, la habitación está limpia y es cómoda.

We have seen cockroaches in our room several times and we asked to change our room. The very last day they finally changed the room.

Absolutely terrible "hotel". Flophouse is located directly above a cheap restaurant where all the time, every night making banquets, weddings or just marginal hangouts. Music from 9PM until 1AM, and then another hour the drunken guests yells. It's impossible to sleep here. The room they gave me was more like a prison cell. Bed and toilet. That's all. After my complaint, by the evening of the first day, they put up a table and a chair and gave a kettle, hung curtains. Cups were not provided, so I had to buy cardboard cups from the store. There is no air conditioning, the battery barely heats up. Very cold at night, but a blanket saves a little bit. There is no hot water, but if you let the water run for 5 minutes, it will become a little warm. There is no hairdryer. There is no mirror. You can’t shave or brush your teeth (I have braces) without a mirror. There is no shampoo, they gave one bag (by the way, from the last decade), but there is soap. In a barely alive shower, there is nowhere to put soap, so you just have to throw it out of the shower into the sink. The bed is absolutely miserable, one half is dented, which creates a strong height difference in the middle. It creaks terribly, but it's not your heaviest trouble, because you can not hear anything because of the club music from below.

It was an awful experience, they don't have any computer or anything else to save the reservations. I reserved this hotel on June but once I got there they said we don't have available room and you didn't reserve, although I paid for it online. It was 1 am and I had no other way rather than finding another hotel in the middle of the night 🙃

Avoid this place like the plague. Honestly I would likely have bumped up a star or two but Saturday night/after midnight RUINED IT. The STAFF decided blasting music at 1am and having a dance party in the lobby would be a GREAT thing to do, guests, who cares?!. So I woke up out of a good sleep, saying WTH is that, thinking it was a passing car. NOPE. The staff didn’t care either when I went down the stairs and gave death stares. Turned music down and then started up two more times when I went back to my room. This place is not fit for Western tourists at all. A throwback to communist Russia. Also staff don’t speak any English, so more an FYI. Says no smoking on a sign in the lobby… and yet cleaning staff smoke in a room off to the side on the 1st floor. Ashtrays in the rooms too (though mine didn’t smell like cigarette smoke thank god). Wifi is a laughable term. It works excellent only with a booster you can get from the front desk, so just keep that in mind. It worked great for work and Zoom once I had that booster. The staff changed my first room as the bathroom stunk like sewage (and there’s no shower door so the floor gets wet, SO dumb). The second room faced the street but the double-glazed window blocks out some street noise and the busy street gets fairly quiet at night. Note: there was no room cleaning service when I was there and you have to ask for the (very good) hair dryer. The second room had only a tub so again, the floor gets soaked. Room decor is soooooo ugly. Again, all manageable except for Saturday night. SHAME on this property and *********** for listing this property at all.

Останавливался здесь на одну ночь, с 21-го на 22-ое августа. Хочу сказать, что очень благодарен местному персоналу за дружелюбие, но в гостинице есть определенные проблемы, из-за которых оставаться здесь на долгий срок некомфортно. Был неудобный матрас на кровати. Это терпимо, но вместе с тем что под нами был шумный ресторан, где начинались сумасшедшие тусовки в 23:00 и до 2:00, выспаться не удалось. Так же, проблема с водой в ванной. Тёплая вода еле бежит, из-за этого не удалось хорошо помыться. Это достаточно подходящее место чтобы остаться на ночь, но на более долгий срок, хочется место покомфортнее. Вай-фай по факту не работал.
