From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out, we were surrounded by genuine care, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. A heartfelt thanks to Head Chef Mr. Debashis, Mr. Suraj, and Mr. Suryanarayan, who went above and beyond to prepare special dishes according to our fasting requirements. Their kindness and thoughtful effort made us feel truly valued and cared for. We also sincerely appreciate Ms. Saranya and Ms. Lina, who served us with such warmth and beautiful smiles every time. Their friendly and attentive service made every meal even more enjoyable. A special mention to the reception team Mr. Sivanesan and Mr. Tony, who were extremely polite and helpful. They ensured we received rooms with a lovely view and were always attentive in fulfilling our requests and making our stay comfortable. What made this stay truly special was how the entire team treated us not just as guests, but like family. Because of them, our son’s first birthday celebration became a memory we will cherish forever. "We stayed at Great Trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels from June 12th to June 14th. While I had originally booked for Trail View, we got a free upgrade to Penthouse with jacuzzi. Regardless, the stay at Great Trails by GRT was truly memorable. Our welcome and check-in was warm and smooth. The room was extremely well maintained with an amazing view of the valley. The stay included breakfast and dinner and the food was simply awesome. There was wide array of really tasty and thoughtful dishes to delight the palate, and the soul. The buffet included several dishes for the health conscious too. We had taken our pet Shih Tzu, who was received warmly by all the staff. Our pet also enjoyed the stay which included a pet play area. Overall it was delectable experience!!"
