Hotel muy bien ubicado , elegido como lugar de descanso en un trayecto muy intenso desde Ooty a Chennai 550km , mas de 11 horas , en auto. Personal muy amables . Hotel deteriorado , polvo por todos lugares, exterior, los trabajadores barriendo y los huéspedes , depositando papeles, botellas , en jardines y demás. Habitacion muy descuidada, pasillos con gran deterioro ! Si asomas al mirador , desde piscina, el muro de contención lleno de papeles colgando !! Necesita renovación urgente!

David son help so much, we really appreciated and wish to come over next time. Immediate response and supportive. The food was great we had a great view the receptionist also helped us alot .the climate was good it was kids freindly we really had so much fun Thanks

Great stay with a fabulous view and a great breakfast buffet as complimentary. Was welcome with a smiling face by the employees of the place and a perfect place to stay with your family and loved ones and thank you, David for your wonderful hospitality. Kudos to the grand place team.

The ambience, stay and rooms were splendid. My husband and I were planning a getaway for a long time and Yercaud was the right place and in that grand palace was the ideal stay ever. The food was so yummy. The rooms were super clean and tidy. The staff were excellent, namely Nithya and Dhilip Kumar, all of them were hospitable and courteous. All sight seeing places were nearby the hotel. It was a 5 star stay. Honestly we didn’t wanna come back. Overall, please choose grand palace for your stay in Yercaud

We stayed here for 4 nights , enjoyed and had a very comfortable stay here . All the staff , front desk to the bell boy are very kind and courteous. We loved this property and actually we are staying here for the second time. Previously we had been to this property during 2010 . It's been a decade, still we found same kind of service and the rooms maintained well. Our sincere gratitude to bell boy Davidson and selvaraj and all other staff. Thank you all for a wonderful service and again made our trip a memorable one. ❤️ ❤️

This hotel is probably one of the best in Yercaud I must say, the ambiance and the view is great. We had the valley view rooms and experience was amazing. Most of the staffs are good too, specially Davidson (five star for him) who helped us with most of our needs. However, there were some noticeable instances too, where we felt for the need of improvement. Room service I would say was okayish by default, however few of the staff members co****sated for the same, and yes, the restaurant charges were quite extra I must say, specially for each of the foods that we ordered from rooms, de***ded an extra 60 INR, like for a single meal, if you ordered for 5 items, that's gonna be 300 INR extra, ***** with separate GST items for all. Pools were just okay, and the initial rooms we received were not the ones we booked, so ya one needs to be extra cautious with it. We also requested for baby cot for which we got confirmation from hotel as well, but we were told that it was subjected to availability on the day of arrival, which is weird I must say. Overall, a pleasant stay with a bit of nuances. Thanks.

The stay here at Grand palace was pleasant. The staff a quiet hard working and helpful. A special mention to the activities group (Dharani and Nithik) who handled the kids very well. The swimming pool attendant Karthik also was helpful when one child was hurt. Kudos to the team. The team at the restaurant were helpful however can be a bit better organised. Some of them had to be reminded a number of times to bring the dishes.
