One of the best hotels we’ve been to in China. The style of the hotel is beautiful and very characteristic for taking pictures. The staff was very kind and lovely and helped organise the river trip and other requests we had with care and attention. They gave us tea and snacks, very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and really pretty. Location is convenient as well. Everything was clean and organised. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the area. Thank you from Italy!!

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! It is the best hotel during my whole China holiday and the front desk staff ensured I had the best time! The hotel is so cute and comfortable. The room was so beautiful and clean. There’s no elevator but the staff helped us carry the bags. Despite the language barrier they went extra miles to help us. They booked the tours for us at very special prices. And also taught how to ride the e-bike. They customized the breakfast for me as I don’t eat pork. The noodles was so delicious. The girls at the front desk and aunty in the kitchen do a commendable job!!! On a side note, trip.com has to update as some things are misleading. There is no room service here, no cafe, and no playing area as shown in the pictures. That area is close by but not part of the hotel.

Recommended. Very convenient location if taking the Li River Cruise from Guilin; you walk through the covered arcade, come out, walk 50 meters up the hill, and you’re there. It’s also about a ten minute walk to West Road. We got the “Vintage American-Style Family Room - Mountain-View.” It wasn’t very American, but the decor was very over the top, in a kitschy yet cool kind of way. The shower/bath/toilet area was massive (and had its own island) and took up nearly a third of the room. The “mountain view” was a partial view of a hill; in its defense, it was covered in greenery. The room was on the 5th floor and a walk-up, so it was a bit of a hike. It was extremely quiet, which is always excellent. The front desk staff spoke almost no English but were extremely helpful. Overall, this hotel is recommended.

非常温馨，美式復古裝修，很有設計感，兩張大床睡的非常好，第二天果斷續住了，酒店位置方便，碼頭出來步行200米就到了，在西街附近，吃逛都很方便，租個小電驢，相當愜意。當晚知道我老婆身體不舒服後，店主小柒非常貼心給煮了粥、玉米和雞蛋，真的太貼心了，必須大大的贊，陽朔的景和人都給我留下了深刻的印象，景美，人更美！

衞生:房間很乾凈，很整潔，入住之前管家會巡房，確保房間的衞生和安全，特別好~ 環境:環境挺好的，很幽靜，酒店外圍還有些綠植，房間佈置的也比較用心~ 服務:服務很周到，前台管家很貼心、很熱情，答覆很及時，這是其他酒店很難做到的，各位管家辛苦了~ 設施:房間設施很完善，陽台還能看見山景，熱水空調設施都沒問題，還有免費贈送的下午茶，桂花冰粉真的超好喝～ 再次提一下管家團隊，服務確實很好，住過很多酒店，可以説這兒的管家是最好的了~

這次入住體驗非常滿意，酒店的服務態度特別好，前台小哥哥小姐姐都是很帥很漂亮，始終保持着親切的微笑，酒店的位置也很給力，距離西街很近，附近50米就是灕江邊，真的性價比很高，房間也非常好，乾淨整潔衞生又大氣，強烈推薦給所有朋友們。

短暫的端午節旅行。景區住宿很貴，最後選擇西街，走走，逛逛，吃吃，喝喝，整體挺熱鬧。吃了傳説中的大師傅啤酒魚，我這北方胃吃着還可以，另兩位貴州胃好像吃着不是很習慣。天公不作美，遇上暴雨天氣，遇龍河竹筏臨時關閉，後面選擇了興坪古鎮，一樣漂亮，水墨山水，愛了愛了，下次再來。

在網上看到5星好評才預訂的這家酒店。特別喜歡這種北歐風格的設計，房間乾淨整潔，用品應有盡有，很多細節都考慮到了，入住沒有壓力，感覺像在自己家裡一樣舒適。 與朋友乘郵輪抵達陽朔，當天有雨，酒店的私人管家是位大帥哥，服務特別自然周到，得知我們沒有帶傘，他冒雨跑到碼頭給我們送傘，因為時間關係，我們決定先去吃晚飯再回酒店，於是帥哥管家又幫我們把行李帶回了酒店寄存，給我們的旅行提供了最大的方便。 第二天的早餐品種特別豐富，都吃完了，感覺大大的滿足。 酒店整體感覺非常好，在山邊所以窗外的山景也是秀色可餐，仙翠欲滴。酒店所在路段有部分時段車輛限行，不過也不會有太大影響，因為白天都在外邊遊玩。 大堂歡迎花茶: 贊！ 下午甜品: 整點！ 環境：優秀！ 衞生：很好！ 設施：很好！ 服務：非常棒！

我們訂的6樓露台房，長者住的2樓，雖然沒有電梯，工作人員主動幫我們拿行李，早餐也很nice，長者住的也很舒服，安靜舒適休息得非常好，適合自駕。千古情和印象劉三姐也是他家待訂的，推薦的啤酒魚非常好吃，光盤了才想起來拍照，吃飽了西街溜達一圈。

設施：設施齊全，洗髮水的味道我很喜歡 衞生：房間很乾凈，打理得很好 環境：鬧中取靜，去碼頭和西街都很方便，晚上很安靜 服務：工作人員很nice，很有耐心，而且都是可愛的小哥哥小姐姐。給了我們很好的出行建議，還幫忙租了電瓶車。 一次愉快的入住。

房間很大很乾凈，靠着西街，交通便利，箱子幫忙拿上樓，免費送了早餐🍳，還可以租帶篷的電動車🛵，吃喝玩樂有需求可以隨時聯繫管家

我們是一家幾口出來旅遊，訂兩個房太浪費，所以訂了一間雙床觀景房，房間很大，床也很大，有個小陽台，可以看到山景。裝修很別緻，復古風，每一個細節都很到位。上下樓幫扛行李。小姐姐送了我們兩碗米粉，服務超貼心。

住宿很棒的一個體驗，歐美風格很好，很高級，房間是價格不貴，衞生很乾凈，風格很喜歡，一百多，很值得，周邊很方便，去十里畫廊，遇龍河很方便，酒店可以代租電動車🛵，可以代訂景區優惠門票，可以省很多錢，旁邊就是灕江景色很漂亮，很值！距離西街又很近，總而言之住這裏很親民，店家人很好，住宿的完美選擇！

這家酒店環境優雅、服務好、很安靜、強烈推薦入住體驗一下，酒店設計也很精緻，非常的乾淨，周圍吃飯也很方便，離西街灕江都很近，前台小姐姐服務周到，很細緻的服務態度，酒店設備都齊全，還有自助的洗衣房，整體來説真的很不錯，值得五星好評！
