房間很整潔，現代簡約設計令人耳目一新。迴歸核心主題，床睡着很舒服，疲憊一掃而空。衞生間還有一次性馬桶墊，點個贊。每一個前台服務都很好很熱情。可以説是無微不至。服務超好，隔音情況：雖然靠路邊，但是非常安靜，我平時睡覺很輕，但是在這裏完全聽不到外面的聲音，非常贊地理位置：離高速路口很近很方便，配的拖鞋和洗護用品都不錯，很滿意的一次入住體驗，強烈推薦！

第一次寫這麼長的差評，真是氣壞了！是我住過酒店服務最差的！
衞生：掀開被子一串腳印（可見下圖）、毛巾打開還有頭髮、枕巾還有臟印，可以鑒定上一個旅客住完之後未更換床單 毛巾等；
設施：設施部分較為先進，有智能自動窗簾等，但是，洗澡花灑的水一下子冷一下子熱，全程調來調去，差！
服務：床單臟了之後打電話給前台要求更換，前台讓門口保安大哥拿了上來，讓我們自己換！讓我們自己換！讓我們自己換！説晚上不提供服務，要自己動手，我們再次致電前台，前台還要我們把電話給到保安兩人一番溝通，浪費我的話費，保安才動手換，而且換的非常不專業，還要我們幫忙，並且責怪我們為什麼白天不説（因為白天有酒店服務員）我説我們晚上才入住的，才不吭聲。枕巾換了一塊還是臟的，保安説沒有了，我們自己動手從簍子裏面勉強翻到一塊可用的。

房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，空間感也不錯，床品也挺舒服的，唯一要小心房間的小台階，不然很容易會拌到～價格適中，智能小度小孩很喜歡，玩了一晚上！

朋友介紹的，這個酒店翻新了之後，確實很漂亮，地毯是新的，床和家俬都是新的，房間空間又大，空氣打開窗户也是很好。這樣子的價格，住到這麼好的酒店，是在是很難得！在市中心地帶，到火車站也是很近的，大路邊，好停車。樓下也有便利店，買東西也很方便，外賣也很方便。晚上也很安靜，睡的很舒服。又有沙發，來了朋友可以談事情，帶了筆記本，也可以隨時辦公。床也很舒服，布草質量很好。

真的是一個超值的選擇！首先，酒店的房間寬敞明亮，住起來非常舒適。而且，酒店的衞生環境也很好。酒店離神光山非常近，熙和灣也不遠，非常適合想去景點遊玩的遊客，這次我們是去遠一點的麒麟寺玩。酒店周邊還有興一廣場，購物、餐飲、娛樂等設施一應俱全，非常方便。而且，酒店還提供免費停車服務，真的是考慮得非常周到。下次來興寧，我還會選擇入住梅州金源酒店！

因為是全新裝修所以看得出工期較趕。需要再優化一些。優勢：1.裝修風格現代，四件套及衞浴用品新且乾淨（很重要）2.位置在路口，交通方便，外賣挺多好吃的。3.男老闆微胖挺可愛的，有服務意識（記得培訓下其他員工）待改進：1.各個牆角的牆面有灰沒清潔到位。2.水壓不穩定和廁所返臭要改進。3.電梯靠右的房間有機房的噪音。4.裝修過後的空調濾網有待清潔。
