Right from the check-in, we were so impressed with the professional and friendly service provided by all the hotel employees. Their service is prompt and attentive. The lady manager was exceptionally personal and caring. We damaged a part of the tea set and she was more concerned that we were not injured by the broken parts. She also reminded us to dress warm for the winter weather. Our hotel suite is a cheerful and vibrant palette of bright colours and comes with modern technology. The suite is so new and super clean ! Our window looks over to the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street - so convenient !! The hotel buffet breakfast is super delicious and the dining room is spacious and classy. Our experience at this hotel is so enjoyable. We will definitely recommend to all friends who are visiting Xiamen ! Thank you Vishan Keys ! From the Goh family (Singapore)

Equipo limpio y bueno. Mejor de todas las instalaciones de lavandería. Tres conjuntos de lavavajillas industriales y secadoras de ropa. Libre de cambio para los huéspedes. Famosa ZhongShan caminando por la calle justo a través de la propiedad. Muchas comidas locales. El metro pasa junto al hotel. El personal de recepción del frente es amigable y útil. El tema ”LaPiXiaoXin” Cafe.

Thank you for upgrading our rooms and the complimentary fruits. Impressed by the nice rooms and good buffet breakfast with a variety of choices. Received good service from helpful and friendly staff. Overall, it's worth the price we paid for it. Keep it up with your great services and great job. We would recommend your hotel to others.

Great location! Right next to Zhongshan road pedestrian shopping street. Yummy sumptuous breakfast with a good spread, has Asian n western choices. Their sa cha noodles were  fab I had them for breakfast ever morning. Staff were friendly n never forgot to go the extra mile for me. I’m already planning the next trip. Clean n spacious!

Great location, easily accessible from the corner of the road. Shops at our doorstep. Couldn’t ask for more. Really helpful front desk staff who even allowed us to store our luggage for a few days before we checked in. Thank you for a great stay.

The location is not near SM City, as the name implied. Nevertheless, there are lots of food eateries nearby at local prices. The room is comfortable enough and reception service is good. They should have a doorman as some inconsiderate drivers park at main entrance and block everybody off. It happened twice in my 4 days stay there. I requested for a non-smoking room, it was located at level 2. But there is a big hall there with events and smokers are smoking there as there are ash trays provided. This should have been better managed as the smoke travel to the entire floor.

Location is really for a morning flight departure ,5min to the airport.Contact hotel for airport pick up ,and U need to reserve for airport send off .Nothing much to do around the hotel .We took Didi to Zhong Shan walking street ,cost us around rmb39. Overall Fliport hotel is value worth hotel .It's clean and I'm impressed with all the hotel staff . From pick up concierge,van drivers ,,restaurant and cleaners ..Excellent service. Will recommend to families and friends if they have. Long layover in xien like I do .

No puedo quejarme de nada. Este hotel es casi perfecto. Todo parece bien visualmente también. He pedido que se asegure que la habitación del hotel asignada es no fumador debido a la experiencia previa w otro hotel. Se me dijo que el hotel no fumaba, pero no podían detener las quejas que lo hacen en la habitación. Se me dijo que si la habitación que recibimos tiene un olor a humo podemos cambiar a otra habitación. Ya mejor servicio que el otro lugar que me quedé en. La ubicación es cerca del aeropuerto y ofrece servicio de navegación gratuita a y desde ambos terminales. El hotel está muy bien conocido, pero el taxi no sabe cómo se encuentra el aeropuerto.

Everything about my stay at the hotel was great. I had a late arrival, so its proximity to airport was the main reason i choose it. I walked to the hotel +- 500meter and arrived there at midnight. Reception was still available, although they had a selfcheckin service (my backup plan in case my flight got delayed). I got my key within minutes (thank you) and was greeted by a big spacious clean comfortable Mondriaan themed room. Shower was great, bed was super. Although close to airport, not a sound. I had to leave early so i couldb try breakfast. Checkout was done by Carl. Very polite professional young man who not only did the checkout, but also was helpfull in explaining the best way to get to the trainstation. He even arranged a taxi, and stayed with me until it arrived to tell the driver were to bring me. During the few minutes wait i was offered drink (iced tea) and a parting gift (box of almond pastries. My stay was short but very pleasant. The hotel is full of art pieces, a cute usher robot us driving around, staff is professional... i know where to stay. Thanks again Carl (pic just before checkout)
