Shuman Hotel (Xi'an City Wall Andingmen Subway Station)

Estoy bastante satisfecho con mi estancia. El ambiente y la ubicación son muy buenos. El dispensador de agua caliente instantánea de la habitación es muy fácil de usar, práctico e higiénico. El té Shaanxi Fu es delicioso. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Hay un snack bar de autoservicio en la recepción, que es gratuito [ alegría]

Mi estancia fue muy buena. La sorpresa especial es que hay un dispensador de agua caliente instantáneo, lo cual es muy conveniente e higiénico. El té Fu especial de Shaanxi también es delicioso. Hay muchos bocadillos en la recepción, todos gratuitos. Muy recomendable.

El servicio no podía mantener el ritmo. El aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba roto. No había aire frío en un día caluroso. Hice muchas llamadas y el camarero no lo ajustó hasta pasadas las 11 de la noche. La habitación no era grande y estaba muy llena. La fruta de bienvenida estaba marchita. Los melocotones podridos y los snacks de Erba eran bastante variados. Decidí cambiar de hotel al día siguiente y no volvería nunca más.

Después de quedarme allí por un día, no podía entender por qué la puntuación en Ctrip era tan alta. Después de salir de la tienda, descubrí el motivo de la puntuación alta: le daba un pequeño obsequio y pedía la puntuación más alta en la recepción. Solo obtengo 1 punto como máximo, la habitación es pequeña y las condiciones sanitarias no son buenas. El hotel con la relación calidad-precio más baja en el que me he alojado en los últimos cinco años. Quién sabe quién vive allí.

Absolute perfection, the hotel is a stand-Jo alone buidling without mixing with other hotels which makes it safer. check in process was smooth as well. 2 mins walk to the nearest station, close to the city wall, bicycles are just outisde. Their service are good and 24 hrs responsive. There are convenience stores next to the hotel and food stalls within walking distance. Room chosen was upgraded automatically for us. Even tho the view from the room not able to see city wall very well, but the windows are big with good lighting into the room. No complains there. AI smart function useful as well. Room clean and modern. Will come here again and recommend friends/international travellers here.

I had a few problems at the hotel, but my overall experience was ok. The staff were super kind and willing to help. The first issue was with the air conditioning. I’d put the temperature on 20°C (which is the lowest, according to the staff), but it never reached that, the lowest it got on the room was 24°C. If you like a cooler place, maybe that’s not a great option for you. The second one was with the shower. On my second day there, I went to take a shower around 7:40 am and it was super hot, the water wouldn’t cool down no matter what, when I turned the tap to cold, the water would stop. I was quite in a hurry that day, so I didn’t want to waste time talking to the staff about it and ended up not inquiring about this issue. Another con is that there is no minibar in the room, which would’ve been pretty helpful to preserve food (since the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast), especially with the air conditioning problem. The lightning is also kind of bad, so the rooms is a bit dark. The pros are the location of the hotel, which is pretty good, right next to a subway station, and the staff. Once I arrived, they sent welcoming snacks to my room. If you can’t speak mandarin or don’t understand what they’re saying, they’ll do their best to talk to you, even if it requires the use of a translator app. The hotel provides an afternoon tea and a night snack daily.

It was a pleasant experience staying in this hotel. The nearest metro station is within a short walking distance. They have this voice operated AI device that responds to your requests such as turning on and off the lights, setting the alarm etc. which was something quite a novelty. A special thanks to the 小帅哥 hotel staff who gave me a box of welcome snacks on the first day of my stay and a farewell gift when I checked out. The only downside I can think of is that the restaurant was not in operation during my stay there.

During my three nights stay there, never once my bedsheet was changed. Cleanliness is pretty bad.

The Service here is super good. The hotel very clean and very comfortable. Traveling is super convenient because the train station is just nearby. The free afternoon tea is very comforting! The scenery and tourist attraction is just located beside so is easy to take a look.
