The room smelled really bad, hotel key stopped working multiple times, and the lady servicing the food was touching it without gloves. Hand placing muffins not even on wrappers all on the bread. Dropped a sausage on counter picked it up and throw it in the warmer. Complained to front desk she said oh and never said anything to the lady. She continued without gloves.

The beds were saggy. The shower dripped all night. There were no drawers to put you things in. The shower had hair in it.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was acceptable. The service was horrible. On the second night of our stay the fire alarm went off at 3:00 am. One of the workers burnt something in the kitchen. No apology was given or explanation. I did received a 10$ discount on my room only after I complained. At breakfast the next morning someone was making a waffle at 9:30 which is when the breakfast closes and the worker unplugged the waffle maker in the middle of the process ruining it. No consideration was given to the fact that we were kept up half the night. At check out the desk person said “Well these things happen. “ Again no apology given. The price was good and it was close to my Dad which is why I visit Dallas but I won’t be staying there again.

I really like how it's right across the street from walmart and walking distance to food options. Its also very clean and we loved the texas waffles!

They can work on that continental breakfast and spray more often for bugs, but other than that, good place to stay.

We were at this location for the Thanksgiving holiday. We are greatly appreciative of the pet policy but the cleanliness of the rooms was a little disappointing. The room we stayed in had a musty smell and you could tell that the carpets needed to be cleaned. In our shower we found a used washcloth and the tub area was not completely clean so it may have been missed by the cleaning staff. The front desk staff was very helpful during check-in when we interacted with them.

For the hotel recently being remodeled, they didn’t clean up very well. Paint splatters, concrete dust, stuff not put together all the way (the faucet in restroom wasn’t put on al the way and the electric window shades weren’t put together. Just minor stuff

There was a curly black hair in the bathtub, which I did not set foot in. That's the worst when you are unable to take a shower because it doesn't seem to be appropriately cleaned.
The knob on the closet door was barely hanging on and looked a mess.
The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful.
