El servicio de la tienda es bueno. Al salir, el jefe llamó y dijo que el frío había roto la tubería de su calentador de agua. Después de la negociación, se puso en contacto conmigo para quedarme en la tienda de al lado del hermano. Fue muy considerado. El desayuno se preparó por la mañana y fue muy bueno. Genial, un muy buen hotel, se recomienda poner más edredones en las habitaciones y los cojines de la cama son un poco finos.

Decent place, friendly staff. Value for money! We came here at around 7 in the evening. The host gave us two water bottles and showed us the room. Unfortunately the room did not have any view - it was facing some other building. No breakfast. But the place had ample parking space.

從拈花灣打的出來，看到牌坊就到酒店門口，非常好找。前台接待的小姐姐非常熱情，態度和藹，聲音悦耳，好似中央人民廣播電台，解答了吃早飯和附近超市、車站等情況，非常實用，贊一個！房間乾淨整潔，跟酒店提供的照片一樣子，洗澡水很大很舒服。一覺睡到大天亮，早餐後去黿頭渚賞櫻花，這次的無錫之行很滿意！

We had a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were amazing, spacious and comfortable. The beds was perfect as always worry about a hard bed. The quality of the furnishings are high quality in the rooms with lots of lighting options, remote curtains etc and bath with feet and tv to relax in the bath. The tv has English movies which is rare based on our experiences of hotels in China. There is even a cinema with pre downloaded movie options that you can watch with English subtitles and cinema chairs. There are two large pools, one indoor which is really cool with dark lighting and very blue water and one outside which my kids were brave enough to swim in with a view overlooking the lake. The hot springs were hot and relaxing with Tea, milk and sulphur baths. We are in the restaurant for dinner and have good local cuisine as well as breakfast in the morning with western options. The staff hospitality is what set this hotel experience apart as the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Turbo was fantastic and spoke good English so he could help us with checkin and other requests during the stay. Thanks so much Turbo and your colleagues for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. A gem in Wuxi!

... The Hotel called us immediately upon receiving the booking because we booked it at last minute. It was a new hotel that opened 2 months ago. The environment is clean, tidy, and easy to find. Near to the Scenic Area and walking distance to restaurants. They were very accomodating when we arrived. Especially to Stronger, Meng2x and Cici. They showed us the rooms first if it fits for us. Offered us Dinner in a family Style. At that time it was snowing so we don't have time to go out. Foods are home-cooked. We felt like we're part of the family. Foods are organic fresh from their garden. It was new hotel so all amenities and stuffs are new. Will recommend to other friends and definitely gonna come back again. ThumbsUp 👍👍😎

It is not a hotel. More like a resort house. Resort outlook looks like rundown house. But interior was well maintained. Although bedsheets seems a bit dirty. Need to go through main desk of the resort to arrange for resort transport to get to place of stay. Overall convenient for elderly to stay and enjoy inside the resort.

酒店的地理位置很不錯，就在太湖邊上。房間面朝太湖，可以在陽台上喝喝茶，還能邊泡澡邊欣賞太湖美景，特別適合放空發呆。出了酒店就是太湖風光堤，可以帶上露營裝備在太湖邊發呆。酒店還有自行車可以租，沿着太湖慢慢騎行也超級愜意。
