酒店地理位置好，處在無錫最市中心，周邊配套齊全，風景秀麗。酒店衞生乾淨，房間温馨。前台服務熱情！

住了四晚，前台服務很熱情，房間比較清潔，地下停車庫也不限次數進出，隔壁就是公共充電站，去各景點也比較近，比較滿意。
需要改進的有兩點，一是智能馬桶不能使用，修理後仍不能使用；二是第二天早上車被堵在地下停車場，雖然物業到場處理，沒能解決問題，最後我衹好報警，打亂我一天的旅遊安排。

和朋友兩個人住 覺得比較舒適 感覺次卧有點小 衞生整體很乾凈 但有發現床頭上有頭髮 再注意點細節就更好了 前台很周到 主動告知可以提前入住和延時退房 去前台拿水的時候還主動詢問是否需要打掃 很滿意✌️
