Valoraciones de Ascott New District Wuxi

Do not fit Ascott brand. The room is big. But the maintenance and house keeping is very bad. The washing machine is dirty. The dust is flying around the room. We had bad allergy after staying 1 night. Some furniture and door fittings peels and drop on the floors at the door inner corners, they just leave there not doing any repair to fix back.

Great hotel, clean and near the airport, but far from downtown Wuxi. The pool wasn’t what I expected, but good gym facilities.

The hotel is located in the new town which is very quiet at night time but it is a bit far from the town. The room is really huge and clean (3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms). It is really worth!

The room is very modern and well distributed.

Due to taking train the next day at the new train station, checked in this hotel . Very new hotel but far away from busy town area so food is a problem only walk 10 mins to 萬達城. Take taxi 30 mins to 南長街old town for fun .

We stayed in a 2 bedroom serviced apartment and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities in the room, especially the appliances. The beds were comfortable and it was a great space. The buffet breakfast was well-presented and tasted pleasing however I would have like latte as an option and it would be good to have children’s crockery and cutlery as this was missing as well as regular spoons which made eating cereal and yoghurt a little inconvenient. These small additions would definitely improve the experience. The children’s play area was great for our 3 year old to have fun for an hour or so too, as well as the swimming pool. We did have to pay to park our car but it wasn’t expensive. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

在這裏住過幾次了，每次住幾天，前台每次都是一種不理睬不打招呼的態度！這裏也是我去過去住酒店有機器人，但是壞掉頻率最高的！！！房間設施和景色都是我們喜歡的，但是就客服服務來説並不匹配！以為有事又多訂了一天，因為入住就有巧克力牛奶，孩子喜歡，我就詢問多訂這一天的，我能下去拿嗎？前台説這個衹有入住時候有的，其他酒店會直接拿過來，一盒牛奶而已，然後經確定我確實有另外一個訂單才給了！就是覺得服務非常不好！

10月下旬に泊まりましたが、とにかく部屋の温度が暑かったです。 外は上着がないと寒いくらいでしたが、部屋は常に28℃（体感温度は30℃くらい）でセントラルヒーティングのため、温度を下げることができず、窓を開けても外気がほぼ入ってきません。 昼は部屋に居られないレベルで暑いです。 フロントに室温を下げてほしいとお願いし、対応してくれる約束でしたが、全く変わりませんでした。 お風呂のお湯はぬるく、水圧はかなり弱いです。 バスタブにお湯をはったら、温度が低すぎて逆に風邪をひきそうな温度です。 良かった点は部屋に備付けの乾燥機がとてもパワフルで厚手のジーパンも2時間で乾いたことと、フロントにあるドリップコーヒーが飲み放題だったことです。 ホテルの周りはビジネス街？で本当に何の店もありませんが、配車アプリでタクシーが常に5分で来るため、不便を感じませんでした。 室温と水圧・温度が改善されればまた泊まりたいです。

非常滿意的入住體驗。也是第一次住雅詩閣高端公寓，選擇這家是因為新店，雖然位置離市區稍遠一些 ，但周邊配套設施非常方便，小朋友打車去無錫融創樂魚也就十幾公里20分鐘，方便快捷。行政套間佈置有序，大人躺在房間看網球大師賽，輕鬆愜意。建議之後電視如改進增加投屏功能則更好👌
