Valoraciones de Quality Inn University

No hubo ninguno debido a la pandemia COVID 19. La habitación era bastante desagradable.

Este lugar es lo que me gustaría llamar palacio de cucarachas. Creo que matamos a 16 en total los 5 días que estuvimos allí. Cuando se les pidió que nos trasladaran a otra habitación, posiblemente fuera del edificio "Ghetto", la respuesta de la recepción fue "mañana", "mañana" llegó el infierno y todavía nos pusimos en el palacio de las cucarachas. Es como si el edificio A (el edificio frontal) fuera una vida en el paraíso, pero una vez que te envían al edificio B, es como "HOLA LA CASA DE LA TRAMPA VIVIENDO". “Mañana” adivinen lo que vino mañana y todavía nos quedamos en la misma habitación. Incluso reservamos para fumar y todavía nos dieron de no fumar cuando mencioné algo en el escritorio, la respuesta de las mujeres fue "no tenemos control sobre lo que reserva y le damos lo que tenemos disponible cuando llegue".… .Hmmmmm ENTONCES ¿CUÁL ES EL PUNTO SI RESERVAS LA HABITACIÓN QUE QUEREMOS O LA SOLICITAS SI NO NOS VAS A DARNOS? porque y eso no es mentira.! Entonces, si las cabezas de metanfetamina y las cucarachas de la casa trampa son la forma en que vives tu vida, ¡este es el lugar ideal para ti! Incluso puede encontrarse con un cadáver en la línea de la cerca o en el infierno y la sobredosis puede ocurrir directamente sobre su cabeza y cuando llaman la atención del personal sobre estas cosas, lo miran como si no fuera gran cosa, es parte de su decoración y deja de ser repugnante. ¡Así que nunca nos volveremos a alojar en esta casa trampa infestada de drogas de Roach Palace de un hotel!

It was good for the price the room was nice and clean the shower was great the bed was nice

Es un lugar asqueroso, vagabundos y *********** por todos lados, sábanas quemadas baños sucios, el olor es desagradable, recomiendo a las personas q renten ahí q no se dejen llevar por las fotos q ven, la piscina es como si se hubiese ido secando de apoco. Es un lugar horrible para ir con familia.

No continental breakfast, no Kleenex, no pens, very limited help. Very bare bones … a place to sleep, ok

First I had the problem that after traveling by road for 12 hours the hotel I had booked was not working, I booked this one and it was not what I expected I had to complain because the water came out of the back of the sink and went under the When you stepped on the floor you got wet, the toilet was loose, I complained twice and they did nothing. It's not what you see in the photos, it's bad looking, the pool doesn't work and the gym doesn't work either, I don't recommend it at all.

Roaches, housekeepers knock from 10 am till check out. No continental breakfast like advertised. Just milk an cereal

Rooms look’s so bad! Bed sheets with holes! Some of the stuff bad service!

Was an emergency stay so overall it was ok. Had to go a couple days without clean towels

We checked in the key didn’t work went back down the guy was on a half hour break so we went to eat after driving 9 hrs. When we returned he fix the key card went to the room it was really dirty,smelled, burnt cigarettes marks on the counter and the biggest thing was the bed had really dirty sheets with stains all over it and a big glob of something green and hard in the middle of the bed. We decided to check out the guy never offered a refund. I will never recommend staying there or ever at a quality inn again. There also were people walking around very shady and a kid wheeling around in a wheelchair not needed but he was wheeling around the parking lot and inside the lobby. They definitely have some shady stuff going on at that place. Inside the lobby was ceiling leaking water into a bucket. The guy that checked us in was not friendly at all. I loaded just some pictures of the bed. The blanket looked like it had blood on it too. My hubby said he was not going to take a chance of something happening to us there.

I just want my refund because that was very uncomfortable and very disturbing I didn't get any sleep also checked in hour's early and still had to wait in the lobby for check in. Some lights didn't work. This was a horrific experience for a over night stay

Requested non-smoking but room reeked of smoke, linens had burn holes. Did not feel safe and upstairs neighbors screamed at each other most of the night.
