Valoraciones de Seasons Hotel-Tsim Sha Tsui

Me trasladaron a otro hotel. Muy cerca de la estación de metro. Pero esta habitación era vieja y muy pequeña, como esperaba. El lugar era muy tranquilo.

Accidentalmente reservé la fecha equivocada y el hotel se negó rotundamente a cambiar mi fecha o reembolsarme a pesar de que me di cuenta de mi error de inmediato, los llamé en cinco minutos e hice que Trip negociara con ellos dos veces. Perdí todo mi dinero. Nunca volvería a reservar este hotel y nunca lo recomendaría a nadie. Sí, dicen desde el principio "no se pueden modificar las reservas". Sigo pensando que son irrazonables y codiciosos.

Hotel tried to extort more money from me by claiming the room I booked is not avaible and that they have to upgrade me for one night. I booked two nights and they insisted that I have to move next morning or talk to hotel boss about paying for "upgrade". This made my short two day stay very uncomfortable since I could not fully unpack my luggage in hotel with fear that they will move my stuff on their own without my approval. I also suggest you to not reveal to them that you have cash or HK dollar. Don't let them change you for hotel key fee or try to export additional room payment.

Not as advertised. The room was beyond the definition of extremely small and crowded. The 2 double beds were tightly sandwiched between walls with barely any space separating the two beds. The linen did not feel clean. The bathroom came with a shower over the toilet. There was the constant smell of very heavy greasy cooking from the restaurants below. Disappointing does not even begin to describe our experience.

Location is nearby Tsim Tsha Tzui. Nearby got many good food. But do not expected so much from hotel

Location is great but solo room toilet is a too small . Front desk is helpful and polite though. Overall it’s good .

The location of this hotel is very good. Next to Kowloon park and in Tsim Sha Tsui. The room is small but that is to be expected. The room could do with a little renovation the paint is chipped on the wall and the roof is a bit dirty as well. I would stay here again

Was down the street from a hotel we should not have booked and was clean and friendly.

Hotel was very clean, cozy, breakfast was amazing, location was very good, staff were very friendly and smiling.

I'm aware that rooms in HK are small especially in Tsim Sha Tsui. But this place is quite nice to sleep for the night. There's a 100 hkd deposit at check-in. It's close to a bar called eye bar where you can see the perfect panoramic view of the harbor. The sign name is actually Seasons Garden not Seasons Hotel.
