Welcome service with Tim Horton coffee next door. Quiet location with shopping mall and restaurants nearby. Great place to stay. Easy access to airport and train station. Near cross border to Detroit US.

Rooms are extremely dirty, service is zero!

温德姆旗下另一個擺爛酒店 走廊和房間都有黴味，或着像那種長者味，設施確實上了年紀，窗簾都酥了，一拉直接碎掉 衞生間實在小的可憐，為了門還能關得上，都不得不在馬桶那裡摳了一個缺口，水龍頭一開就濺一身水 卧室電源插頭都包漿了，床墊差評！居然中間塌了一片

It seemed like the room was being renovated.. the dresser was in front of a closet. The room was exceptionally small. The walls were paper thin as we heard a lot of noise coming from our neighbours

We stayed here overnight from USA to Toronto. Hotel is old and outdated. It had carpet in the hallway and in the room which was old and dirty. Whole property needs improvements and updates.

The property was under construction. The hallways were filled with construction materials and debris. Paint and plaster all over the hallway floor. Toilet was loose and leaking toilet water. There was a loud beeping noise all night that the staff couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. One of my rooms didn’t have sheers to get light in.

Pretty convenient, though not lush, but you’ve got everything you need. Microwave and mini fridge is such a bonus!

Staff was great and accommodating, site was being remodeled, was given old stinky room asked for a room change and was granted one.

It was only a 2 star hotel and I can understand why. They don’t shovel the sidewalks but did plow the parking lot. Our room had a big crack in the floor.

Lady working during check in made a rude comment when I asked for a late check out time. Regardless of late checkout payment, we had cleaning lady pounding at the door before our checkout time and also make a rude comment. The next day while checking out a guest was yelling and belligerent in the lobby. Hallways were loud during the early hours of the morning as well

Heat off upon entry to room on cold winter day. In-room heater not able to raise temp higher than 17 degrees. Breafast included but dining area very small. Renovations underway and newly renovated rooms look nice.
